The Good: Great location in south Waco. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants just the next light down. Anything you need is just a short drive away. Room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, with eggs, sausage, and baked items. Free breakfast is always a plus! The Not so good: Like another reviewer said, the room smelled. Like bad cheese. I'm guessing it's because we had a room near the fast food joint and garbage bin. The room was also a bit l... We have stayed here for years and have enjoyed the hotel for its cleanliness, price, and convenience. My group and I checked in yesterday and were hit with strong odors of smoke - both cigs and weed. No thanks! I spoke with the front desk and they said only half the rooms were smoke-free. They were sold out, and we were already booked for $119 per night. We stayed but never again!

The suites were very nice. Housekeeping did a great job replacing the towels and cleaning the room daily. I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of David from the front desk. Would highly recommend anyone staying in Waco to stay here! I plan to return again soon!

Desk clerk Roman was very nice and check-in went well. The room was clean with a table w/2 chairs as well as a desk and chair, fridge, small wet sink, microwave, coffeemaker, and lots of cabinets. No overhead lights, several lamps. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Some road noise as our room fronted the road, but not unbearable. Breakfast was good and kept stocked, even though a softball team was also partaking. This was our first time in a Quality Inn and we would definitely stay... Read more

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, attractive. The breakfast is exceptional. Very well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Will stay here again. Nice to have separate room for beds and living room. Tv in bedroom and in living room.

We booked our room at Quality Inn online with the intent that it would be a quick overnight stay during a long road trip. I had very low expectations of the place because it was pretty cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The check in clerk was so kind and helpful. Our room was great. It had two queen sized beds, a full bath with a separate second vanity, a sitting area (with a pull out sleeper sofa), kitchenette, and two televisions. The kids really loved having their own area ... Read more

This Hotel is awesome. We booked through booking.com. Was very pleased with this Hotel the room was a very nice suite, clean, big and roomy. We had difficulty reaching our destination to Waco due to weather and road closures and they were great with changing our reservations. We did make it to Waco. Would like to thank Jerome who was awesome support to us on the phone with changes to our reservations and in person once we arrived he was awesome. Great place to stay and highly recommend it.

Hotel was crowded as was Waco for that matter. A lot going on. Nice hotel, the desk person was really nice and gave us good information. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Nice Suite. A good location for most everything in Waco.

Not a bad hotel but first impressions say a lot, front desk personnel was uninterested in what she was doing and made you feel that she was doing you a favor by talking to you. Room was nice but the layout for a 2 bedroom suite shared 1 tv which could only be seen on one side of the room. Not bad but for $10.00 more you can find a better hotel...

this is a great safe environment for my position as travel nurse - staff is very friendly! room was clean. I will continue to stay at this location - it's great access to town and I 35 corridor. I booked through TripAdvisor - usually stay 3-4 nights week when in Waco or surrounding area. I wish someone would loose decaf coffee tho! (smile)

Nice clean hotel. Employees very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Lobby area very clean. Only issue was that the elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs when we left. Would recommend this and would stay her again.

We spent one night here. The room was very nice. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast here, but only bacause IHOP was across the parking lot and I love IHOP and there is not one in my home town. I would definitely stay here again.

Husband and I stayed here for our visit to Waco. It is easy to get to from interstate 35. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and spacious. Free breakfast with several choices. Other places to eat nearby. But I don't recommend the IHOP close by.

This was not a good experience. I walked in to check in and walked out again 5 minutes later - not checked in and itching terribly. There was no one at the desk - someone told me the clerk had gone off with a plunger in his hand. Was he the only one on duty? It was 6:00 pm.... But the main reason I left is because the hotel is under construction and, although the inside looked fine, there was a horrible, pervasive chemical odor in the lobby. A guest said that his room smelled, as well, plu... Read more

Standard hotel room like many chains, but more nicely appointed compared to many and very clean. Had a superior stay versus competitor hotels previously stayed at in Waco costing 30%+ more. My steer is to try it. I did once and came back to stay the following week when back in Waco.

We arrived in the middle of the night and was so glad that check out wasn't until 12 noon! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off but other than that it was a clean nice room. Staff was very nice. We would stay again if we ever visit Waco again!

This Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is clean, large and priced great. Check in was quick and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. The best was the bed, we slept great.

We came to Waco for Magnolia Market and other attractions. This hotel was a great home base being clean, having comfortable beds in a good safe location, 5-10 mins to all attractions. We had room 204, a suite with 2 queen beds in 1 room and a sofa bed in a separate room which was great for 2 adults and two kids. On the first morning the kids and I ate breakfast bars in the room while my husband tried the breakfast downstairs and he reported that there wasn't much there and it was just "ok". On t... Read more
