I found the front desk staff extremely friendly. I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite on the 4th floor and it was amazing. Very large and the Jacuzzi could sit 3. I wasn't expecting anything that large in a hotel. I was impressed on the size for sure. The bed was super comfy and the room was very large. The Jacuzzi was awesome and extremely relaxing. I would stay here again for sure. I stayed here just to get away and decompress. This was the place to be and would highly recommend this hotel. ... Read more

We went for Baylor u graduation ceremony. We got a larger executive style room. 2 queens and sofa bed. The bathroom opened up to the beds which I didn't like. Room had entry with bar sink, micro, and small fridge. Having 2 sinks was best feature of this room. The sofa bed totally sucked. Should of asked for rollaway or put mattress on the floor. The beds were very comfy though. Water was shut off one night which was odd but was on by morning. Great breakfast. The furniture showed its ... Read more

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers many amenities. The breakfast offerings are of decent quality but the offerings are not varied much. If you are staying more than a couple days, then you will likely be eating similar food. The beds are somewhere between soft and firm, but the pillows are lacking in a little comfort. The cleaning staff does a great job maintaining your room during an extended stay.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend for an early anniversary mini trip in the suite with the whirlpool tub. We had such a great experience with the quality of the room and hotel. It's located right behind a shopping area, so you're in a safe area but we still felt secluded from crowds. The room was large and really clean and the bed was soooo comfortable! There are nice hotels in the area that are cheaper but the staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff smile and say hello, the cafeteria ladies strike up friendly conversation with the diners, and the front staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I gladly paid more to stay here because the staff make it worth it.

I will return to this hotel each time I come to Waco. The staff gave excellent customer service. The rooms were large and the furnishings were nice. They had fresh cookies and coffee available at check in. The following morning, I had the free breakfast buffet. The staff kept the selections filled and the food stations clean. I am not sure about the other Silver and Gold HiltonHonor members, but I find the Diamond parking spots and counter snack offerings demotivating to lodge at Hamptons. Include all members or eliminate the offerings! Also, Hilton should be the first hotel to offer a King and Queen bed combo room. I would pay the extra $20.00 to have that offering!

We stayed at this hotel in Waco TX this week. We were tired when we finally arrived but the next morning it was clear the mattress was lumpy and felt very old, then the nasty hair buildup behind the door to the bathroom was so gross!! It was very clear that it had not been swept behind in weeks or possibly ever. There was also dirt in the corners around the sink area. Plus - it's 2016 -- who should have to pay for decent internet service in a hotel? That is just crazy and cheap!

Everything about my stay was top rate. The breakfast and social hour is very well done. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My luggage was delayed from my flight and they kindly supplied most of the necessities I needed with a note that they hoped my day got better.

We have had great experiences at the Hampton Inn and the service in Waco was no different. Wonderful people and service. Coffee and snack were wonderful and RHR breakfast was on point. The property was older and lacking in the crisp nature that we have grown accustomed to with the chain. We will look to stay at the other Hampton if we go back to the Waco area.

Attended with a group, stayed two nights. Great breakfast with scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon, bagels, danish, waffles, cereal, fruit etc. At least two kinds of coffee with all the fixings. Very clean rooms and well maintained, nice linens including soft tiles. The rooms are large, nicely appointed and have a fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool and exercise room.Parking lot fairly well lighted at night. I really had no complaints about this hotel.Very convenient to ... Read more

Great location, HWY access, outstanding customer service and they will exceed your expectations. Breakfast was hot and the options were great. Very friendly environment and caring staff. They truly make you feel like you are apart of their family. The rooms have a modern feel, clean, comfortable beds, pillows are soft and fluffy. A/C really works well, so if you like it cold you will get it.

This hotel is absolutely excellent! The accommodations are superior and the staff are wonderful. The staff are very proficient and are anxious to meet any needs that may arise. The room that was provided for our use as a hospitality site was undoubtedly the best we have ever had! The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise in its many offerings and excellent quality of food!W

We were in town for a LIONS Club Council of Governors. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check-in on Thursday to check-out on Saturday. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Although we checked out Saturday morning and went to Austin to check out wedding rehearsal dinner venues. We were so impressed that instead of driving home, we headed back to Waco and stayed another night here. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

From being greeted at check in until we departed our stay- this hotel was excellent!!! Their breakfast facility was large enough for our group to sit comfortably and visit with each other. Their staff is a plus. They were very helpful in finding transportation for our groups and in directions. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful trip which included a visit to Magnolia the Silos, the Dr Pepper Museum, the aquarium at the Waco zoo and a trip to Southfork! The Hampton inn and suites was a relaxing spot to start and end the day. Great breakfast choices! The staff were courteous and very helpful and I would highly recommend it.

As a Gold member, I wonder if the "gift" offering upon check-in has been discontinued as nothing was offered when I checked in at the Waco Hampton Inn. After the gentleman at the front desk gave me my key and told me where the elevators were, I had to ask for water, which used to be a part of the gift along with a snack. On to the room: very spacious; however, the shower was disgusting. There was some type of black gunk at the bottom as you step in and the caulk was peeling off the corners of ... Read more

Clean, although quite run down, especially the room and hallway on the third floor. Was disappointed because we stay here each visit to Waco. Complimentary breakfast fills the void but isn't particularly tasty. Staff is nice!

Great location to get away from it all and stay at a nice clean hotel with a breakfast. If there are sports teams staying at the hotel, get to breakfast before them. They ran out of everything and it took a while for us to get breakfast. I'd use the hotel again.

I've stayed at this Hampton several times in the past few years usually on business but this time on a pleasure trip with my wife. I keep coming back because it is clean, easy to get to, and near a number of restaurant options.

Upon arrival everything was great until we walked in our room only to find a boo boo stain in our toilet and a Popeyes drink in our refrigerator. We informed housekeeping of this issue but a day later the stain was still visible. We asked for a handicap seat for the shower and it was never delivered after the staff suggested that it was on its way. Nothing good about this hotel other than the complimentary breakfast. Poor choice.

Best hotel experience I've ever had! My boyfriend and I stay here when we go to Waco to visit his family. We have visited there three times this year and all three times our experience at Hampton Inn and suites in Waco has been absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room is clean and well stocked and everything is in its place. The sheets smell clean, they feel clean and the beds are extra soft. The bathroom amenities are all clean and the complementary breakfast is am... Read more

This hotel is one of the nicest in Waco. It is very accessible and is near shopping and good places to eat. The service was excellent and did I mention how great Hampton beds are for their guests? I have stayed here before and will do so in the future. The hotel is well furbished and very clean. They have a great business center where you can fax and make copied without addition costs. With breakfast, parking, and the internet included in the price of the room makes it a great deal.

Nothing negative about our stay. Good location, no traffic noise and easy to get to. The hotel is close to shopping and is also close to several good restaurants. Our family has stayed here many times and will again when we are in Waco.

We had a great weekend at the Hampton Inn in Waco. When I checked in, the friendly agent told me about Waco's Winter Wonderland experience and other events in the area. The kids and I had a lovely evening at the Wonderland event. The hotel staff is most attentive. This is one of the best "free" hotel breakfasts that I have found, even my picky eater was happy. Clean, Cozy and Convienant.

We won a free nights stay in the jacuzzi suite, through a silent auction. We checked in, took the kids to see the Nature in lights, then came back to spend the night in the suite. The room was big, clean and inviting. The staff was wonderful! We had no issues with availability, the front desk staff was so friendly and quick to check our room upon check out, so they could refund our deposit. Our kids had a blast and so did we. Thank you Hampton Inn, we definitely recommend and will be back on our... Read more
