Was just traveling through & spent the night here. Pretty typical Fairfield - staff was courteous & efficient, the room was clean & everything worked. The breakfast was decent. No complaints. Nice, clean, quiet & safe - just what I was hoping for.

I've stayed at this particular hotel a few times and keep returning because it is very clean and close to restaurants and shopping. The main reason is the friendly staff. We arrived early and decided to do some things in town, and they even called to inform us our room was ready.

The new lobby is nice and has comfortable vibe to it. When checking in we had to wait for the desk clerk since she was not at the front desk for awhile, but did not let that deter my feelings in the beginning. It did upset me when I noticed during my two days staying there that when she was at the front desk she seemed to be gone quite often. Once we checked in we rode the elevator which seems small up to the second floor upon getting off of the elevator my husband and I noticed an odd smell som... Read more

We were traveling back from a Softball tourney and needed a place to stop and rest. We choose this hotel and we were very happy we did! The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was perfect! Hotel was clean and very nice. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

Easy check-in, helpful staff, attractive lobby. Stayed two nights for a horse show, then decided to stay an extra night. Special rate was honored, we were welcomed back. Rooms well appointed and very clean. Roomy bathroom, comfortable beds, great breakfast, put on early for those of us needing to get to the horse show early. Very accommodating of our needs. Will be back!

Friendly staff, decent breakfast in the mornings, clean rooms. The lady that works in the mornings at breakfast time was super friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed, chatted with customers, and brought the little kids out some coloring pages and a little toy. Overall a good stay.

I stayed with a friend at this hotel while we enjoyed the Magnolia Trail. The staff, and I mean the entire staff, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Each one I passed asked if they could help in any way. Remarkable! Clean and Affordable! Great!

I stayed here passing through town. It has a much nicer lobby than most hotels. Indoor pool with hot tub, rooms are pretty nice. The breakfast was really good, staff was really nice. There is a pretty nice mall right on the other side of the freeway with a bunch of restaurants in the parking lot. Good place!

As a current Marriott Rewards member (former Platinum Elite Premier, currently Gold), I have stayed at literally many, many Marriott properties all over the US and abroad. As such, I am well aware of Marriott standards, level of service, amenities, and consider myself a good judge of Marriott properties overall. I stayed at this property as part of a family Christmas trip in 2015. I found this property to be average as a member of the Marriott family and as compared to other Marriott properties... Read more

We went to a party to celebrate a 50th anniversary and needed to stay overnight. Fairfield Inn was the place we picked as it was very convenient to everything and close to the party location. All the staff was very friendly. The rooms were quite and clean. There's an inside pool, hot tub and exercise room. They provide a great hot & cold breakfast. The bad point I have is I thought the price was a little too high, but I paid it as I said previously said it was close to where we needed to go.

This stay was prompted by our return from overseas and being unable to complete the drive from DFW airport to Austin without falling asleep. As a Platinum Elite member, I frequently stay at Marriotts, JW Marriotts, and Courtyards. As we made the decision to stop for the night, the nearest Marriott was the Fairfield Inn and Suites at South Waco. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff, were amazing. They were so welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the amazing customer... Read more

We stopped at the Fairfield on a road trip knowing what to expect as we stayed here several years ago and as a Rewards member I knew I'd get a decent rate. It was just a short overnight stay, in at 8PM and out the next morning. We were surprised to find the hotel had been remodeled and looked very fresh. The beds (2 queens) slept great, shower was hot and strong, and the breakfast was one of the largest free breakfasts I've encountered with eggs, sausage, waffles, ceareals, baked goods, and fru...
