The staff welcomed us after a long 400 mile journey with open arms. The room was freshly remodeled, very clean and neat. The price was a great value Close to anything you need and major highways.Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful,

We just needed a hotel room to stay the night and travel out early the next day. The room was clean but the door key didn't work and the TV needed hotel staff to "turn on" a switch (which they only know) for it to work. It was somewhat noisy as people had gathered outside a few doors down. Not in a bad part of town, but I would recommend trying another hotel chain for a few dollars more for piece of mind.

This motel faces the highway and is barely off the ramp. Our room was ground level, the door had some dents and felt exposed to the exterior in a not-good way. Furniture was not banged up but carpet was very dirty. Bed was comfy and free wi-fi was fast. TV was fine. Free breakfast was all starch & carbs. The whole place is rather dark & drab. Price is low so I didn't expect luxury, but needs refreshing.

Really, when we checked in it had promise, but everything in my room was very worn, returning after dinner, the tv had only 1 station and the bathroom was flooded, they did fix the problems but it was not worth the effort it took.

I booked this hotel very last minute and arrived at 2:00am. All of the staff were very nice including 3 front desk attendants and a manager I spoke to on the phone or in person. The price was good, the room was clean and the beds comfortable it was just a little worn. I was on the top floor. My only issue with the room was I could not get the A/C to get really cold. It was cool enough but I like it freezing when I sleep! My only real issue was there was a strange individual walking around ... Read more

My room was ground level, the door had some dents and felt exposed to the exterior in a not-good way. Furniture was banged up, arpet was very dirty, room had not been dusted in a very long time. Beds comfortable. Free breakfast was packaged sweet rolls & stale cereal. There were roaches and droppings in my room along with rooms several members of our group occupied. Work trucks parked all over the grassy area surrounding hotel. Large groups of men would gather night outside on sidewalk dri... Read more

The room was clean, liked the white bedspreads. Address on Franklin made a easy trip to the river and Magnolia Market, Spice Village, and bridge. Easy to find places I wanted to visit, price was a deal. Staff was very friendly. Only com breakfast was skimpy and needed a clean bread container.

Good for a bed and a shower. Location was not ideal, the main office had an unusual odor and the breakfast was not up to par. I most likely would not stay here again or recommend it...You get what you pay for.
