I stayed in a suite. My wife and I own property with company. The room was large, two TVs, an area with a desk and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great ( for a fee). A full bar, indoor swimming and spa. Outdoor smoking area. Enjoyed.

I heard the housekeeping staff every morning. Do not plan to sleep in if you stay here. Also, very expensive for not including breakfast. I asked about the Hilton rewards, I was told to come back because it would take too long. Really?

We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting family in the Tyler area. It has always been very clean and the staff members are prompt and welcoming. It is centrally located but feels secluded. Beautiful trees and landscaping. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

This is a new Hilton Garden in Tyler Texas. The hotel is very attractive and in a quiet area. Staff was very efficient. My only issue was that I did not think the bed was as comfortable as I normally expect. I found it very hard.

Room was not the cleanest. Looked like some cheap patchwork done on walls. AC unit was loud and our room also had the hotel's AC unit right outside our window which was also loud. Kept being woken up throughout the night.

Receptionist handled check-in ably, but had her boyfriend hanging out and sitting on top of the counter behind the front desk so that they could talk and play on their phones together during her shift. Very unprofessional if not downright rude. Also, room walls were paper-thin, such that I could make out the telephone conversation that the guest next-door was having.

From the moment we arrived...we were treated like family. Everyone was courteous and polite. Not only was our room clean but so was the pool and the main lobby. We will be staying here in the future. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!!

Not the best Hilton experience I had. Would definitely give this a 4 on scale of 10. Hard beds that wouldn't adjust. Dirty exercise equipment. Staff not very knowledgable of restaurants in town. Not enough tv choices.

Very pleasant stay ... the room was quality as was the staff. We spent hours in the indoor pool and hot tub. It was great being able to watch the children and use the Internet at the pool. The restaurant facilities and the staff were a pleasure to use over the weekend.

This hotel is always clean, great breakfast - made to order omelettes, and love the running trail behind it. Every time I come to Tyler I prefer this hotel over the others because of convenient location and the other items I mentioned.

This property was a pleasant surprise and something of an oasis. The staff is highly professional, as others have noted, and the design and decor are well above what we were expecting. The rooms were nice, clean, and fresh. The lobby is spacious with a bar attached to a breakfast area, a large open seating area with coffee and flavored water all day, and a "man-cave" nook for watching TV. There's also a "Smokers' Oasis" which was a pretty garden area, from the looks of it. Pool, hot tub, an... Read more

For pricing and service. This hotel has the best for service in the area. Even paying the additional price for breakfast the price is still cheaper than the other hotels in the area that offer free breakfast or no breakfast. Rooms are always nice.

Stayed at the hotel for one night following a simple wedding near Tyler with only one night to spend and was hoping for something like a honeymoon suite. It was perfect! They called it the Romance Package....was a suite with a whirlpool tub for two, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Had a late check in and late check out! Absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for!

The Hilton Garden Inn was an average hotel. For Hilton Honors guests there was nothing special other than two complimentary bottles of water. The Studio Movie Grill was a welcome experience for movie goers. The presence of a full bar and grill with much better than average fare made for a very enjoyable evening for my wife and myself.

To preface my review. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant. I spent my weekend here for a wedding. The facility was beautiful but when I went to the second floor A smell that I can only describe as death crept through the halls. The a/c was out in ALL of the halls surely not helping smells. When confronted the front desk agreed and Called the manager who was not on site. She agreed to a 30% discount. Everything was very clean. High quality, comfortable bed and desk chair in our king-bed room. Easy to get to. Great, quiet neighborhood. Loved the South Tyler walking trail that practically connects to the back of the hotel property. Great for a morning walk without feeling like you're leaving the hotel. My husband said the in-room K-cup coffee was a quality brand and superior to usual hotel fare. Aside from slow WiFi, we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was nice. Very friendly staff. The exercise room was nice. But all of that does not make up for a terrible bed. They have an adjustable air mattress that is very uncomfortable no matter what setting you use. I woke up in pain both mornings. The Internet is unacceptably slow also. I will definitely not stay there again.

Not up to par at all....When my reservation was made I had requested a roll away, when my family and I checked in we had to continuously ask (5 times) to get the roll away. This hotel truly captures the "garden" experience in the Hilton Garden Inn.The grounds are lovely. I loved that I could walk out the door and be on a lovely winding trail through woods that allowed me to walk or jog early in morning and later in the evening. I would return just to be able to experience this again. Thank you......

I travel 3 weeks out of the month for business. The Tyler Hilton is my #1 location to stay at. If I could clone this hotel and staff then each night would feel like home! From the staff, dining, layout and cleanliness of this hotel it is just shy of being a 5 star and that's because the only thing they are missing is valet.

The Tyler Hilton Garden Inn is outstanding. The only problem is the adjustable beds which has been reported by many other reviewers. If they don't work they should just replace them with standard Hilton beds and stop advertising them as adjustable beds. If they didn't advertise the beds as adjustable no one would care as long as the beds were comfortable. I've stayed at countless Hilton's over the years and never had a problem with the beds until they gave me the added feature of an adjustabl... Read more

The free wifi in the guest rooms worked great, but my only complaint is that the coverage did not extend to the lobby. The lobby itself was very beautiful and spacious, great for impromptu before-work meetings and after-work briefings. The hotel bar was very accessible and breakfast was always served and taken care of by very attentive staff members. The personal Keurigs in the rooms were a nice touch, but the TV quality/reception left something to be desired.

Many issues with the room that made it not worth the cost. Issues with the TV, toilet, bedding and alarm clock. Would not recommend the hotel unless the price was more in line with a cheap Motel. We were tired and it was late so we looked past it. If it had been earlier we would have definitely got another hotel.

Hilton Garden Inn Tyler was host to two wedding parties the weekend we stayed (we were a part of one of those weddings). I was surprised to hear this as the hotel was pleasantly quiet and very clean for having so many guests in house. Breakfast service is excellent and we enjoyed the cooked to order option available for being a Gold HHonors Member. Overall great value for the price. Omelette did not have much flavor. Overall a great night's sleep and I will come back.
