We have always had really great luck with this hotel chain, but the hotel in Lindale was very shabby and run down. I chose it due to the reviews on Tripadvisor.com! My daughter got up to go to the restroom during the night and there was a roach on the wall. Parking area was poorly maintained as well as stairs, railings, and walkways. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large, bed was comfortable. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave provided in the room, with coffee, tea and breakfast items available in the lobby. Clean and basic hotel room, fluffy towels. Quiet, peaceful, and green on the side away from the interstate. Easy on, easy off access to I-20 and Hwy. 69. Truck parking provided. Two convenience stores and fast food within easy walking distance. There were a few items left from previous tenants - ... Read more

The rooms are filthy, but will throw you out because they blame it on your dog. My dog is housebroken and never used the restroom in there. Never chewed or tore up anything and I paid my pet fee each day! If you stay multiple nights, they don't clean the rooms everyday.....only after you check out or on Tuesday if you stay a week at a time. You can go outside at night and see the people outside doing drugs and/or drug deals going down. You might also see prostitution going.....guarantee you will... Read more

It is easy to give an opinion about this motel. Check in is superfast, the lady at reception desk (an american!!) is very gentle and available to solve problems. The room is very clean and quite big with a full king size bed. Sheets are fresh and clean. Air conditioning is not too noisy. Cable tv, free Internet, free parking and breakfast are included. Everything for less than 70 dollars. Strongly recommended and absolutely worth of the price.
