We have always had really great luck with this hotel chain, but the hotel in Lindale was very shabby and run down. I chose it due to the reviews on Tripadvisor.com! My daughter got up to go to the restroom during the night and there was a roach on the wall. Parking area was poorly maintained as well as stairs, railings, and walkways. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large, bed was comfortable. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave provided in the room, with coffee, tea and breakfast items available in the lobby. Clean and basic hotel room, fluffy towels. Quiet, peaceful, and green on the side away from the interstate. Easy on, easy off access to I-20 and Hwy. 69. Truck parking provided. Two convenience stores and fast food within easy walking distance. There were a few items left from previous tenants - ... Read more

Granted we booked on price, but the hotel could have been better. I felt safe and the room seemed clean (if you didn't look at the carpet). showers had that soap and shampoo dispenser on the wall apparatus that never seems to be functional and breakfast was nothing to write home about. Check in clerk was friendly but next morning the clerk seemed to be not just in a sour mood, but mad that we were there. Kids liked the pool, though no towels were offered so bring your own. Overall- this place is... Read more
