I stay at a lot of Hilton properties, mostly Hampton Inns and this location really stands out as an example for all the rest. The property itself is really nice, much nicer than many of the properties in the Hampton chain. The staff is outstanding. The desk clerk that handled my check-in and the desk clerk that handled my check-out were both extremely friendly, making me feel like a family member. The host in the breakfast area (Carol) was super friendly and she was making scrambled eggs wit... Read more

As others have mentioned, the staff were friendly and capable. I thought that the room could have been cleaner and that the TV was a bit too small, considering its distance from the bed. The weight room was satisfactory. Breakfast was okay, as they had oatmeal, but not much in the way of fruit or tea selections. The price seemed a little on the high side at $130 inclusive of tax. We had a decent dinner at the nearby Great Wall Buffet.

Fox News Not Available . The room was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great . The staff was good . Everything was good about this hotel except Fox News is not available . I formerly was a customer of Holiday Express . Fox News became unavailable there causing me to move to Hampton . Now Fox News is unavailable at the Hampton causing me to find a hotel in the Sweetwater Texas area that offers Fox News.

I usually stay in a king bed room. I was given my room and went up and it was two double beds. Shame on me for not asking but the staff usually ask me if I need a king or a double. So I went back down, no big deal I was given a king room. Went to plug in my phone next to the bed on the light on the night stand it would not work. So I went to the other side and nothing. First thought my charger had quit working. I plugged in at the desk and the phone was charging. So I did the scenario again and ... Read more

This stay was an extremely nice stay. I stayed two days and the atmosphere was welcoming along with the staff. Hotel was clean and tidy. The room was also clean and all was in order. If I had a question they had an answer and we're will to help with any questions. I soul definitely stay here again when traveling through Sweetwater!

Our whole (large) family stayed here for a funeral. The staff was more than accommodating to all our needs and opened up the meeting room for all of us to have meals catered in so that we could all eat together. They were also very understanding with all of us hanging in the lounge area. It was great for us all to be able to spend all that time together instead of having to find restaurants able to seat all of us or all of us doing our separate things.

Three night stay. Very clean, modern, friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and so clean. The room faced the highway but was not that loud with the a/c running anyway. Nice pool. The hot tub was down but wouldn't have used it anyway. Nice breakfast each morning. Cereal, eggs, bacon, waffles, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, several different juices. The coffee is available all the time. Recommend you eat at Bucks just down the street.

The staff at this hotel were less than helpful, although the property was nice. The parking is limited and you are on your own to find a spot. I requested sater for my room, as a Diamond Honors member, and was told for a familyoffour, I could have one bottle of water! It was ridiculous.

This was one of the best that I've stayed in. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Stay was very comfortable all around! I'll definitely choose this hotel if I return to Sweetwater!!!! Have stayed in several Hilton brand hotels and this one was fantastic.

While the room was clean, spacious and the breakfast was great, I would give this hotel an "average" rating. I had to wait for the front desk to end his call before being acknowledged, and even then he was not overly friendly or helpful. As a general rule, Hilton hotels, including Hampton Inn's are above average. I did not find this one to be the case.

This was a good week stay of overall comfort and coziness. I enjoyed just relaxing in my room. I didn't want to get up in the morning. It was cold and i mean cold in here all day long. The location was right off the highway so there was easy access to and from wherever you wanted to go.

Clean and very nice hotel! If you are debating about places to stay in Sweetwater and are considering to stay here, just do it. Parking is tight, but otherwise the hotel was very convenient to US 84. A/C worked great. Lots of hot water. Well-kept rooms. Manager questioned my HHonors status during my stay without ever verifying, and they're not the cheapest, which accounts for my "Very Good" marks, otherwise, this hotel is a good choice.

Stay was fine, room was good but disappointed that pool was closed, breakfast not that great, juice machine was not working and ice machine was out of order. Did have some electrical issues one evening also. Still, probably the better place to stay when in town.

For the most part, everything was up to the standard we are used to getting from Hampton. This room's air conditioner was so noisy that it caused both my grandson and me to not get a good night's sleep. I chose not to report it since the lady that checked me in told me that this room was the last available that was away from the highway and outside noise.

Hampton Inns are my go to hotel while on the road. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds are sooo comfy. The staff is polite and helpful. Also very nice is the free breakfast in the morning with real eggs, potatoes, meat and fresh fruit. The coffee is good too.

Hotel for the most part was clean. The room on the 1st floor was not as cool as we felt it should have been. Breakfast was "ok" ..breakfasts in other Hilton/ Hampton/ Homewood hotels had more of a variety.

This was a typical Hampton Inn. Room was clean. Service good. Good location. Only problem is we like to have a bathtub but the king room only had a shower. It did have a lot of TV channels and they all worked.

We arrived around 8:30 on Thursday evening. We remarked as pulling in that the Holiday Express lot was full, but not too many in the Hampton lot. After 14 days on the road, we had pretty much split nights between Hampton and Holiday Express and had great experiences at both chains. This hotel is not being maintained very well. The first room's a/c was not working. The person at the desk told us she would bring us keys for another room. The second room's lights did not work. The hallway was miser... Read more

Not the best experience I've had a Hilton property. Staff was excelleny, of course. Could not have been better. Buy several things were not working at this property, and the breakfast selection is awful now... Quite shocked how poor breakfast is now at Hilton. Also, room was not what I expected for the price, and it had a very musty smell...

Hamptons are normally above the average hotel. Not the case with this one in Sweetwater. Very poorly maintained. Obviously being operated on a shoestring budget. Even the plants at the front door were dead. The TA 4 1/2 average rating for this Hampton is totally off the mark. Can't recommend this property. Breakfast offerings were sparse and limited. Drive a little further and stay in Abilene.

Very friendly staff made you feel important and safe. Very helpful. Great experience. I loved the manager, she cared about her customers and treated me with respect. The staff was very helpful and were able to give me information I needed and if they didn't know the answer, they were committed to finding it. Thank you Hampton Inn Sweetwater.

Poor training with staff on know how to take care of customers needs to getting the customer bill correct tje first time. So you do mot have to keep calling back to get tje bill corrected . Management has not trained the staff correctly or tjis would not have happen.

Staff greeted us with a smile, gave us a ground floor room which we requested. The bathroom, room and the bed were exceptionally clean and the whole place smelled fresh. Very important. Will stay there again when in the area.

Long day trying to make a travel dent in Texas landed me in Sweetwater and this hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating for everything. It was raining and the desk clerk had a menu for a close by Chinese delivery place that was perfect. Mongolian Beef. Room was roomy and spotless. Snack pantry available near front desk. Breakfast varied and fresh. Free, fresh coffee available in lobby 24/7. I like it here!

Very nice and clean. Staff helpful and always with a smile and greeting. Sheets were silky and nice. Comforter smelled clean and was warm and comfy. Bed not as soft as some of the other Hampton inns I have stayed at but was still better than most! Vanity in bathroom was too tall. but overall clean and comfortable
