Stayed for one night in a room with 2 queen beds. There were 4 of us on a little girls trip to Kemah and stayed at this location since it was close to the Boardwalk as well as for getting to the dock for a sailing adventure. Check in was easy, room was clean and very roomy for 4 women. In addition to the beds, there was a sofa sectional with a pull out mattress (probably twin size), a desk, and a little bar area with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Probably the best part was that the... Read more

We were not impressed with the unfriendly desk staff. We stayed here because it was close to Kemah where we wanted to go and have some good seafood. The rooms were relatively clean but the whole hotel needed an update. We also did not get recognized as gold members of Marriott which was a big surprise since we usually do. Would definitely not go back.

This is a fairly new hotel with nice décor--and a few oddities. The hotel is located directly behind a small office building, so it's almost invisible from NASA Road 1--keep a sharp eye out for the sign. The office building seems unoccupied. There are some architectural oddities, too. The door to the toilet/shower area hit the toilet every time we opened it. There are electric blue floor-to-ceiling curtains in the Lobby/Breakfast area that are used to separate spaces--for no apparent reason... Read more

Stayed here on a visit to the Space Centre. Comfortable beds, nice rooms, friendly staff, but the breakfast was served on cardboard plates and cups with plastic cutlery!!!! I have never experienced this before and have travelled around the world, and stayed in budget hotels. The water for the tea was in a thermos, not exactly hot. The bread labelled croissant was not a croissant, it was just croissant shaped. Cardboard cups and plates. Plastic cutlery.!!!!!!!!!!!! This is shabby and shows tot... Read more

We stayed here before a cruise leaving out of Galveston. Nothing super special, but it was a nice hotel that was conveniently located for the price. You will drive right past the turn in without even noticing it was there. We had to have a handicap room due to my wife having a broken leg. It was okay, but there was a fairly high lip to get her knee scooter over to get into either the shower or bathroom. It wasnt the most convenient, but we were able to deal with it for a night pretty easily.

This SpringHill Suites seems brand new. The property is in great shape although in a strange location and a little hard to find if you're not watching. It is a very short drive to the Kemah boardwalk and about 30-45 minutes to the cruise terminals. The property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was standard-nothing special. The rooms are large, spacious and a very interesting set up. It worked well for my family-traveling with children.

We chose to stay here primarily because it's convenient to a number of local attractions. It's on NASA RD 1 very close to HWY 146. It's a fairly small hotel but seems relatively new. We arrived on a Wednesday with our five grandchildren to find no other families staying here, only business folks. For the first two days we had a pool all to ourselves. It's located literally five minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk which was one of our stops. We purchased the City Pass booklets to visit Kemah, S... Read more

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly. Amy at the front desk was exceptionally nice. And went over and beyond. Thank you for recommending restaurants to my family and I. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Would come back to this hotel when coming to this area.

Clean and cool break from the hot Texas sun after a day at the Houston Space Centre. Just a quick drive along the road toward the bay and close to Kemah amusement pier. Easy check in and out. Good breakfast. Nice set up with separate sink with toilet and another room with sink and shower. Rainfall shower head could use a little CLR to remove calcium build up but otherwise spotless.

Great staff and very friendly - chemicals they use to clean leave a lingering odor, but at least clean. I had a few dirty issues with sofa, but left it and didn't complain. Overall VERY quiet and location for Kemah great, space center is super close! Rain shower is interesting, but door opens into the shower which makes everything wet.

We stayed for 2 weeks during a sailing regatta so we got to know the staff and experience all aspects of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great for the kids, having a bar available in the lobby made for easy socializing at night.

Room smelled like paint. Strange lay out. There is no privacy in the room. This is not my definition of a suite. It's basically a one room that felt very small. Free breakfast was typical of any chain hotel. Lobby was very clean. Friendly staff.
