Fantastic time. The team played great. Weather could have been better. Obviously that you had no control over. Overall it was a wonderful weekend. Hopefully they'll have the tournament there in 2018. Thanks

If you have business at the convention center or Alamodome, this is the hotel for you. It's conveniently located and the staff has a "can do" attitude. They make your visit a pleasure. It is our go to hotel when we have events in San Antonio.

Hotel has the best location in all San Antonio Downtown, I may say. It's adjacent to Henry B Gonzalez convention center, and strategically connected to the Riverwalk, Hemisfair Park and event the Tower of the Americas. It may be a close match to some other great hotels in the Area, but this one has it all. It's a walking distance from the Alamodome. Hotel features a modern-classic style. Great service, great location. Recommended.

We've stayed at quite a few hotels in San Antonio and on the Riverwalk. The Grand Hyatt is right up there with the best. We stayed on the Concierge floor. Do yourself a favor and do it. Separate elevators up to the 20+ level floors. The concierge lounge is pretty sweet, lots of snacks through out the day and a Starbucks Cappuccino/Espresso machine. Not a crummy little coffee machine. Rooms have Keurigs with Starbucks coffee, but they don't beat the automatic espresso machine in the lounge... Read more

I was shocked when I walked up and they said I was guess of the day and they upgraded my room! It was really nice and at the time I needed a smile on my face and was very happy to see the smile in their faces!

This hotel was almost perfect... the staff at the front desk and especially in the club level lounge were amazing. (Joy, Judy, Riley & others!) Only issue I had was with the cleaning staff not refilling room supplies or emptying the garbage (with a 7 night stay). Hotel staff was very apologetic once I mentioned this & bent over backwards to resolve the issue. (even brought me an apology bag of goodies)

Staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Clean and comfortable. Great Location to see the sites and not have to drive, so much in walking distance. Conference center right next door for our conferences!

Quick check in and out. Self-parking was good and easy. Getting to the rooms using elevators was very quick. This hotel is close to the convention center and Riverwalk is right out the door. Thel staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was treated with respect by everyone that I interacted with while staying here. This hotel was right next door to the convention center were I was going to be several times a day. There were a number of restaurants with in a very short walking distance too. Also you can access the San Antonio Riverwalk directly from the hotel.

Hotel is very nice, and room was spacious and clean. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but not that bad. Our room was at the far end of the hall away from the elevator, which was quiet but a long walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel building is connected to the Convention Center, but you have to leave the building to go between the two. Walking distance to the River Walk and many restaurants/shopping and the Alamo.
