We stayed here for four nights in April 2016 in a grand club room on the 23rd floor. We particularly enjoyed the club room service. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, courteous and professional. The outdoor pool on the 5th floor was decent and had plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy a nice sunny day. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature however lacked a whirlpool / hot tub. The gym facilities were exceptional and was noticeably large for a hotel. The free wifi is qui... Read more

The hotel itself is nothing special but the staff are the most friendly I have encountered in a long time. I was on the Club floor - room was ordinary and there was a problem with the TV that took ages to fix (not in my room but some sort of system failure). The staff in the Club lounge could not have been more helpful and charming. Marissa, Judy, Ashely, Alexis and Ramir could not do enough for me - and the food was delicious! Lovely pasties for breakfast as well as the usual cereal, oatmeal, f... Read more

The hotel and rooms were clean and stylish. The beds were comfortable. Did not wake up with a sore back or body. The staff were very friendly and answered all the questions that we had. Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The food we had at the hotel (Was there for a conference) was excellent. Nothing bad to say about our stay. The location was great for visiting all the sights of San Antonio (within walking distance).

The staff at the Grand Hyatt went above and beyond. I wasn't able to check in until 11:30pm because of a flight delay but they were very helpful and quick with my check in so I could get right to sleep. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and even helped me zip up my dress! Concierge were very accommodating in keeping my breast milk in their freezer after I checked out but wanted to explore the area a bit before I had to fly out.

We arrived for two nights and never moved our car from the parking lot, we were close to everything there was to do! Unfortunately, we did not get the perk of Ruth Chris Sunday brunch, but we did have the concierge lounge. I had never met Pinky Williams before but she made us feel at home and went out of her way to serve us graciously. I hope that on our next trip we have her help us because she was just a delight. Mary was there on one of the days and she was as nice as she was in the past.... Read more
