Was expecting more from the comments and pictures but don't be fooled. When we walked into the room the A/C was off there was stains on the couch and drapes bathroom room was moldy and to top it all off the room had a musky smell. After that we tried 2 more rooms but only saw the same exact things from the room before one room even had a broken latch which was hanging off the doorframe. Overall we were very disappointed & disgusted.

Booked the room through Priceline and didn't get what we expected. First thing I noticed about the hotel was that the elevators are REAL SLOW! Response time was fair, they just didn't move very quickly. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but hardly what we expected for this price. The breakfast space is totally inadequate for a hotel with this many rooms. They did have two waffle irons, but the wait was still 10 to 15 minutes at best. The eggs (available only one day out of three) came in l... Read more

I found the hotel itself great. The lady who checked us in was awesome. There was mold in my shower....could easily be killed with bleach, and no shower curtain which would of been better. I honestly was not a fan of the shower setup. We hardly were in the room except to sleep, but it was great other than that. At check out the lady had her dog and kid there....a little unprofessional and should be considered against policy. I am not even sure the hotel was dog friendly. Just wanting to let mana... This hotel appears to have had relatively recent remodeling. The lobby was nicely appointed with a lounge area and TV. Our room had nice decor, the queen beds were very comfortable (no sore back in the morning), the WIFI was easy to connect, and all the usual expectations were there (refrig, coffee maker, iron and ironing board). The water pressure in the shower was very good also. The pool area was just OK...it was small, the chlorine level was very high, and the kids said the water was VERY co... Read more

I was very impressed initially by the location, the hotel is in a nice area near restaurants and some shopping. Also liked the set up, my kids were excited that they had one bedroom and tv to themselves. However, it was time to shower and my kid was about to get in when luckily I looked in the bathtub. It was full of dirt and what looked like pubic hair. I was so disgusted! I call down and tell the front desk and they say, "we are sorry but we don't have anyone to clean it now, you can come...
