This hotel is the worst one I've ever stayed at. TV had a total of 8 channels, we were told at the beginning of our stay (a week) that it would be looked at, it never was. WiFi was non existent, couldn't watch NetFlix or anything else with internet, so basically no TV at all. The maids came super late in the after noon daily and didn't clean at all. We asked them to numerous times but they were "too busy". Continental breakfast was a joke. They had waffles one time out of the 8 days we were ther... Read more

I was a bit scared about the location when I booked, but the hotel is in a very good location and about 15 minute drive to downtown San Antonio where the festival was. Hotel is situated in a good area with LOTS of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was nice and I had a king size bed which was very comfortable. All the staff was super nice and made us feel welcome. I would stay here again.

The room just looked unclean...t was really worn down. We didn't see any bugs or mold or anything like that; I think with it being as close to the AFB as it is, it gets used a lot so the room does look really worn. The front desk was exceptional! He gave us a ton of great information and was just a huge help! If you just need a place to shower and sleep, this place will be fine.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We reserved 4 rooms for family and each room was DIRTY, despite a promise they had been cleaned after we called the front desk. The floors had a dirty residue, had not been vacuumed, and the bed sheets were clearly not changed, but only remade for our arrival. There were black hairs intertwined in several of the towels and all over the bed sheets. On our bed sheets, there were crumbs and what appeared to be flakes of human sk... Read more

was overall a bad experience, had to change rooms several times for many different reasons, room was in bad shape, no hot water, tv sound did not work, night staff was nice day shift was rude and not helpful. Room had a horrible smell, bath tub was nasty and old, overall not good at all. At check out there was not thank you or did you enjoy your stay just a simple "you good to go".

Kevin S. Was the best employee there, he was the only reason the stay here was bearable. He helped in any way he could and helped solve any problems we had. He's the sort of person who makes a company, the face and representation. If you have a guy like Kevin then you're golden.

was a overall bad experience, had to change room several times and the work staff was rude and unpleasant. One word that could describe this hotel is dirty. We were surprised with roaches on all of our toiletries in the morning.

Booked a room at this hotel a month and a half ago and it was just horrible! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was clean and a wonderful experience. Being that I booked a room thinking it would be the same. Not at all!!!! The first room smelled like they washed a bunch of dogs in there or there was mildew in there. Went to the front desk to change rooms, so they gave us a new room. My husband and I saw at least 20 BUGS within a hr of being there. Went back to the first desk and they wanted to gi... Read more

We stayed here for my sons graduation from basic training. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to Lackland AFB this definitely works. I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. We had to pull garbage out of the pool, someone had spit sunflower seeds all over the pool deck and we kept stepping in them. We asked several times to have them cleaned up, but they were still there when we left. I dropped a towel on the floor in the bathroom and moved it with my foot. When I... Read more

I have stayed at Marriott's for the price of this motel. It was dirty and smelly. There was FOOD from the previous occupant on the floor, as well as debris. The toilet seat was broken and the bottom of the tub was filthy. The beds were so worn down you could feel the springs in the mattress. The bedding even smelled unclean. This was the last hotel I could find for our stay and we were just driving through. Next time I'll gladly drive on to Houston before staying here! The pool was green!!!
