This is a good hotel for the price. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an affordable and clean place to stay. We were in the area for an event with the whole family, and this was an affordable option that met the needs of everyone in the party. We will be staying here again in the future.

We stayed here for one night during a road trip. It was a fair price, but could use some work. Check in was quick and easy and the clerk was friendly. Our first room smelled strongly of smoke- the clerk was able to get us switched pretty painlessly so thankfully that wasn't an issue (though it is supposedly a smoke-free hotel, so it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place). The room seemed pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was not the best with the shower faucet v... Read more

Read some bad reviews, but this location is just where we needed to be for our new home search so with reviews in mind, I decided to take a chance. Yes, the floors were dirty: I took a washcloth and ran it over the bathroom floor and then took it to the front desk. The desk clerk was shocked and whipped out his iPhone to take some photos. (See photos.) I was relieved by his reaction. Made me smile. The next day the floors were remarkably cleaner. Yes, there is mold in the shower: (See photos... Read more

Stayed here for convenience to family location. No maid service 2 out of 5 days. Apologized both times I showed up at the front desk for towels. Poor quality for the price of the stay. First stay 3 years ago was better. Definitely went down hill since then.

Great Hotel very close by Fiesta Texas and the shoppes. Everything you need when traveling with small children is close by this hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel for family's with small children. Very clean and everything is a short drive away for this hotel

Overall used hotel to sleep while we attended a function. Bed was comfortable and room had a nice setup. Had a nice atmosphere and hotel was quiet. Service was very good. Parking was easy although there is construction in the area. Located near lots of eating places.

The hotel is in a good location and looks nice, but the staff doesn't seem to care about keeping the commons areas or rooms clean. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and not cleaned (vacuumed) during my two night stay. The carpet in the rooms was also dirty. Breakfast on the first morning was minimal. The second day was better, but there was only one person trying to keep breakfast items stocked and the hotel was very full on the second night.

Have stayed now twice at this property. The only thing I would tell La Quinta is that more plugs are necessary for the room. There were not enough plugs to charge electronics. Add some to the desk area or even just a USB plug in the base of the lamp to charge devices. Otherwise, clean place with helpful kind staff.

While relocating to San Antonio, I stayed at this hotel. My overall impression is that it a wasted opportunity. The hotel is in a great location (despite the roadwork on I-10), and during my stay I had the opportunity to be served by Ms. Myrtle the night front desk manager who was truly an outstanding staff member. It was all down hill after that. I was given a king suite on the second floor directly above the portico in the picture. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. I had not... Read more

Chose this location because it was lose to family. Room not real clean. Breakfast choices were limited. Housekeeping was non existent. Paint spots on the wall, broken curtain puller. Low number of towels, toilet was dirty.

I've stayed at other La Quintas that were much better than this. Price paid $106. I don't know how they justify what the are charging when most Motels at half the charge are just as good. The over all state of the facility needs major remodeling, it's old and worn. After entering the room, I always inspect the beds. One of them had a dirty comforter top, luckily the other seemed fine. Most the other features were average but could tell it was aging. We went down to the pool to swim. This area n... Read more

This San Antonio location truly brought customer service to greater heights. We were traveling with our cat and all of her requirements (ie litter box, scratching post, etc) and preferred not to have daily service so we did not have to keep her kenneled. Kudos to William and the entire staff who honored our wishes, yet were always ready to supply fresh towels, shampoo, etc when we requested them. A special shoutout goes to Deborah whose breakfast bar was always well stocked and clean. A crum... Read more

We won't do that again- it was the kind of place that seems to have made an effort to update but falls short. I just felt like it wasn't very clean. It was a one time lesson on a bargain bed. I wouldn't recommend this one - I questioned the cleanliness.

We have season tickets for fiesta texas and it was close to the theme park. The most enjoyable was the pool. it was so hot that day. We stay on the first floor and it was so convenient to get our things off the vehicle into the hotel. We are already thinking of making another trip. And I can assure we will be back for fright fest and Christmas.

This is one of the least expensive hotels in the area. I've stayed three times. When the hotel first opened, it was great. But two years later lack of maintenance is showing its signs. Most disturbing is the door lock on the main hallway, which is supposed to be 24 hour key card access only, was unlocked 24/7 during a four night stay. Air conditioning in any Texas hotel can be a problem. This one in particular, as the window mounted units don't have adequate power to cool from 85-90 at night t... Read more

We chose this hotel because of the location and the generally good reviews. We were happy with our choice. The room was clean and met our needs for the weekend. Breakfast was okay - but our needs are very basic. It does have a pool, but we didn't use it. Quick access to I10 was a big requirement for us, and in this way it was perfect

The staff was amazing and so friendly. We were allowed to stay in the pool a little longer than 10 since everyone was being pretty quiet. The room we had was impeccable and the breakfast bar had the largest variety I had seen at any hotel. Amazing experience at this location!
