Hotel is at a great location. Ask for a top level room so you do not need to hear the lobby noise and music. Fantastic restaurant with great prices and fast service. They had a buffet at lunch for around ten dollars. A little market tucked in the corner for your Starbucks cravings

This hotel is right on the river walk and I had an excellent stay. I forgot some items (like toothbrush) and they provided quickly and courteously. The room was nice, but I did notice some dust on the furniture.

The hotel is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - the riverwalk is beautiful. No need to rent a car when staying here. Hotel is 15 minutes from airport and most attractions are within walking distance - or a $5 taxi drive. CVS is next door to get any items you might need.

Hotel was very nice and staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was nice and clean. There were only a couple of minor issues; couldn't control climate in the room; air vent was right over bed, and pillows were way too soft. Other than that, everything was great.

From checkin to check out staff was courteous. Room was clean and housekeepers always said hi every time we walked by. Good job 7th floor ladies. Bell staff helped with luggage graciously. Valet even ran to my car for an item left behind without any issues. Excellent customer service start to finish! Can't beat location smack dab in the middle of it all. Riverwalk Christmas lights amazing!

We were originally booked at the Hyatt Grand but it was oversold so we were moved here. We were disappointed but soon realized that the location on the riverwalk was far superior. We never returned to the Grand. Rozaline at the front desk modified our reservation. Great stay.

The staff was all, to a person, kind and thoughtful and considerate. The bartender remembered I liked water with no ice (after I had been there just once the night before!) And brought it right away. The valet guys were super. The food, which I mostly ate in the bar due to super busy restaurant, was absolutely beautiful and very tasty too. (I'm picky) Downside: Valet parking $40; self park $30; around the corner flat lot was $15.) Also, security on the elevators- you can't go up to rooms ... Read more

If you choose to stay here, be sure that your room does NOT face into the atrium. If there is a boisterous crew in the lobby bar, as there was when we stayed, it will be as if they were in the room with you. Our revelers had cow bells. Also, adjacent balconies with loud conversations present a problem. The folks above and beside us were abusive when very politely asked to take their conversation inside. The atrium design is dramatic, but not conducive for sleep, which is essential to the ho... Read more

The hotel had wonderful employees and was beautiful. We were just disappointed because we paid extra for the River Walk view and we put on the first floor. We had a view of a tree with a little view of the river. I think the view would have been beautiful on the upper floors, but I would not have paid extra for a view of a tree.
