booked hotel indigo at the last minute and was very pleasantly surprised they had a cancellation! Excellent service from start to finish. Even had a room with a view of the night parade. Room was nicely furnished and unique. They shuttled us over to King William & recommended other festivities that were taking place that weekend. Would definitely stay again....maybe for New Years Eve! thx for a great weekend get away!!!

Rooms were okay. Tv could have been larger. Housekeeping didn't replace used towels. Valet was slow getting car despite being given 15:00 minute heads up. Good location to sightsee. Alamo across the street. River walk within a few blocks. Skip the breakfast at their restaurant, it's really bad. Try getting in some fabulous pastries, good Greek yogurt and FRESH fruit! The hostess, however, was cute and friendly

Almost as if you have stepped through a door taking you back to the early 1900's. Rooms were clean and somewhat up to date while keeping some of the original charm. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are average. Located across from the Alamo, close to several shops and attractions and just a short walk from the River Walk.

The location of this hotel is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were a little bit small but very comfortable, clean, and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and historical sites. The hotel restaurant downstairs has excellent food at a fair price! The room also comes with a fridge which is always a plus. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is considering visiting San Antonio for any reason.

Stayed here for Fiesta and the location was perfect. I usually ask for a mini-fridge but i didn't bother because there wasn't anywhere in the room to put it. We were all out and about most of the time anyway. Beds were very comfortable. One bizarre thing was that staff instructed us to put on pink paper bracelets to indicate that we were hotel guests because of all of the Fiesta traffic trying to come in to the lobby I guess which is fine except for the fact that they expected for us to wear t... The place was great. Across the street from the Alamo, Riverwalk less than a block away, nice bar and restaurant. Lydia is a great employee!!! She did a great job making us feel like we are home. She also sold us on fun spots to go. She is your best spokesperson. Your hotel would have gotten a 5 if it wasn't for the valet service. Hint, when one calls them to get your car, make sure to ask them the status of where your car is when you reach the desk. We had to wait 35 minutes for them to get... Read more

The entire staff was very friendly and the valet parking was a lot quicker than most places. The hotel was super clean and the room was great. We had a window view of the Alamo and it was beautiful. The location was amazing and convenient to get to the fun places. One block away from the Riverwalk and 20 yards from the Alamo. Would stay here again for sure and tell friends about it!

I love old buildings , and the fact that this hotel is a restored 1911 office building , made this hotel very intriguing to me. Unfortunately there were things that overshadowed that. Others have complained about the loud a/c. I thought why would anyone complain about that? It would be soothing , white noise, right? Well it's not white noise. It's the most annoying high pitched whistle that starts when the fan kicks on. It's like hearing a dog whine all night long. I asked staff about it and t... Read more

The historic hotel was very well maintained and the staff friendly and accommodating. During our stay we took advantage of the complimentary shuttle (in a Mercedes Benz) to specific locations. Also, the staff (specifically Jake) let us know about special events that were happening in San Antonio that weekend. A very pleasant weekend, convenient location. It is now on the top of our San Antonio hotel list!!

Stopped here for a couple of days before heading home. The hotel is right near the Alamo and only a couple of blocks from the River Walk. The hotel is an old office building converted to a hotel, there is no parking on site but they do have valet parking or if you're lucky a public lot next door. The room was nice and big with a view of the Alamo. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. I love the history of this building. It still has original pieces, fixtures, and pictures of what the building used to look like. The rooms have modern updates for today's comfort. It is a convenient location to the Alamo and Riverwalk. I could even see the Alamo from my room.

We came to San Antonio for my husband's 40th birthday. The location is perfect. Its across the street from the Alamo, and about 1 block away from an entrance to the Riverwalk. Parking is pretty much non-existent in this area, so using the valet service was the easiest way to go. There is a public parking lot directly next to the hotel, but the spots are VERY small and cramped. I would rather pay an extra few bucks than attempt to park in that lot. Rooms were clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, the staff was really nice. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We ran a few minutes late for check out and they were very accommodating. The AC was a little loud like previous posts have stated, but we were not bothered by the noise. What did bother us was the poor internet connection. We regularly were unable to connect, or stay connected to the internet for the entirety of our stay.

We spent 2 nights over the weekend and the stay was great. The Front Desk manager Joshua went out of his way to make sure that had what we needed. We had booked our stay with a online company but they had given the hotel wrong room info and the manager helped us to upgrade the room. In addition, Jake (driver) was really helpful in showing us around Downtown San Antonio as well as showing us where to park. He is very knowledgeable and customer friendly and he definitely made our stay enjoyable.

Although this hotel is an old building it is very well kept and has very nice rooms. It is located right downtown and pretty much next to The Alamo, we checked in very late, the staff at valet parking were very pleasant to deal with. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the only drawback and the reason why I wouldn't stay again is because I have a family with teenagers and a baby, a fridge is a must and our room had none and no microwave either... Hotel is perfectly located near Riverwalk. The staff is more than helpful. The hotel has a courtesy driver that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Jake is one of the drivers and should be the mayor of San Antonio. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Really great place to stay vacation or business.

There is a hotel Mercedes that offers free transport within a 3 miles radius which is helpful if you want to head to a restaurant slightly away from the River Walk location. Great location for site seeing, close to lots of good restaurants and things to do. Staff at this hotel were great and always willing to help. The only downfalls were the WiFi which was pretty much non existant unless you were in the lobby and the air-conditioning which was terribly loud. Lastly, If you're in a low enough room you can hear the music and street noise from the bar which isn't great when you have an early flight.
