Every aspect of my stay was and is first class. I am always greeted like a part of a large family. I am always greeted by the General Manager and asked if everything is alright. The breakfast staff are both top quality and entertaining. Everett, Jose and Elsa are very helpful. Jennifer F. is always a pleasure to speak to and they make you feel very welcomed.

We love staying at Embassy Suites because we enjoy Managers Reception and the complimentary breakfast. This particular hotel had a really nice selection of food. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They are renovating but the noise didn't bother us. We asked for the shuttle to take us to the airport and it arrived within 5 minutes.

The hotel room was extreamly musty smelling, did not have outlets close to bed and constitution was being done during my stay. The noise was loud and I was unable to get some much needed rest during the day.

Excellent Friendly Staff. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again! My husband was there for business and I went along. The entire staff was helpful and polite. It was a large group but the staff handled it like professionals. The staff even help us with other reservations. Whereas, we may forget the names, we will always remember the warmth that we were shown. AGAIN KUDOS!!!

Nice hotel, convenient to San Antonio airport, hard to get to because of highways, but has a bus to and from airport. Not much around for food, but has great free breakfast and manager happy hour, good for meetings and reunions. Nice pool and gym. Top floors were being remodeled.

Many reunion sites are picked by our group based on cost; I do not know if Embassy Suites San Antonio Airport was picked by this criteria, but it was a great choice either way! From Irene at the front desk, who knew us by name by the end of the three day stay, to the housekeeping that kept our suite lovely and replenished, we were very thankful this was the reunion site. Right now the upper levels are in renovation, but that did not create unacceptable noise. Also, there is a menu for lunch and ... Read more

Let me say the good first. Great location. To be next to an airport you can't hear airport noise. Ok, now to the bad. It is being renovated and if you insist or have no other choice do not stay below the 7th floor. I hear the 7th and up are renovated already and looking nice. The whole hotel is under construction. The 6th floor is completely closed for the renovation. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was a total let down. The room smells like it used to be a smoking room, the air conditioner was... Read more

We had the opportunity to stay in one of the "older" rooms and then in one of the newly renovated rooms the very next week. The older rooms are still very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and clean linens. The decor is a bit dated, but not overly so. One of the biggest inconveniences due to rhe renovation is the breakfast buffet being limited. They still have the omelet station, but it just felt somewhat lacking. The hotel is a construction disaster. For some reason, the owners decided to keep it open during a MAJOR reno. It is a total disaster. While the property was undergoing significant renovation during my stay, the staff there was very accommodating and did a good job of minimizing any inconvenience due to construction. It's difficult criticizing an effort to make this hotel much much better and they will likely be successful. But now the lobby is under major construction with sawing, banging, many workers around, and dust. Ordered room service because the noise was too bad to eat downstairs. On the good front the room was perfect and quiet after 6 and the management was very helpful. I will return but not before construction is completed.
