This is a standard Comfort Suites. The rooms are large and well-appointed. Though not new, the hotel is in pretty good shape. My room was clean and everything worked. In particular the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The cable had a large number of channels, particularly channels selling merchandise. The breakfast was good. The biggest drawback is that the location from the freeway can be a challenge to find. Since this is the second time I stayed at this hotel, this was ... Read more

We came to visit our son for the weekend. This place was so awesome. Ralph did a great job at check in. The place was clean.Beds were extremely comfortable. It's quiet since its location is away from the busy traffic highway. The breakfast was also great. We will stay here from now on when visiting our son. One recommendation would be to put better lighting in the parking lot.

During our trip to San Antonio Sea World. I Lodged with my friends and family at this hotel and it was enjoyable. They have helpful and Warm staff. Clean rooms and great breakfast. We will definitely stay here when next we come to San Antonio. Kudos

This was probably the worst Comfort Suites we have ever stayed at. We had to switch rooms 2 times, the first time the room smelled of smoke, the second time the room was not made because another family tried it, laid on beds, used the bathroom and then switched to another room. The final room seemed ok but it smelled of urine near air conditioner! We were too fed up of switching rooms so we stayed reluctantly. In the morning, most things were not set up for breakfast, and we were in a hurry. Waf... Read more

Very welcoming staff and small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast and likely a small dinner is served (hot dogs). Has a dorm fridge so don't expect much. It wouldn't hold a gallon of milk or water. I was there for a week, so that was a big drawback for me. Otherwise, I would recommend the stay to anyone. Good location to hit all of the big sites within a reasonable drive.

I thought that this stay would be the same as a previous stay that we had done. The service was good. The breakfast was the usual with the texas waffles. I had taken my daughter for her birthday with a couple of her friends. First issue started when they went to the pool and came back not even a half hour later that the water was hurting their eyes due to it having too much chlorine, they never went back to use the pool, same issue because they could smell it before going into the pool room. Stayed here many times in the past. 15 plus nights. This time we were only going to stay one night but my calender opened up so we stayed another night. We prepaid through our rewards program. Then we decided to stay another night once again we prepaid through our rewards program. The clerk told me this was no problem and that the rate was indeed better then I'd get at the front desk. Anyway two days after I get home I'm charged by Comfort Suites for those extra two days and I'm double char... Read more

My wife and I have been staying at Choice Hotels for many years both in the US and Canada, and are Choice Privilege members. We are usually quite satisfied with our visits. However, in this case, we found the management of this place disappointing. We stayed here for three nights. When we claimed our room on the 2nd floor, we found that one of the pillows on the queen bed had what appeared to be dried blood stains on one side. It had been laundered, but the stain was still there. The pillow case... Read more

Booking was kind of a chore. The lady changed the price on us a few times over the phone once here had no issues. At first glance hotel look clean but looking closer you can see the carpets are in need of being cleaned. The room was ok beds were hard small TV compared to some other chains. The breakfast was your normal quick hot bar that almost all generic hotels have it starts at 630 and ends at 9. But I'm guessing if your on this side of San antonio your going to 6 flags so need to be there ea... Read more

We bought season tickets to Six Flags and decided to stay in San Antonio on the way to the beach. I booked this hotel through Priceline and got a good deal. Overall, we had a nice overnight stay. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was normal "continental" with waffles. It's relatively close to Fiesta Texas, there were lots of families.
