The room was clean, but the pool was not. The hotel description said we would have a refrigerator, but we did not. They said I should have special requested it. Also, not the best place to take kids. There is a "gentlemen's club" around the corner and there was a lot of activity the weekend we went. Mom's with kids should find other accomodations.

The space is adequate...you get what you pay for. My drapes didn't close the whole way, so I had to safety pin them together. Same with the door---there were these gaps that let outside light in during the middle of the night. Anyway, I mentioned the drapes to a desk worker but she sort of just stared at me with this look like I had just tried to sell her crack. every time I tried to call this motel they would not answer and I know why that when I checked in they were on the phone and when I checked out they were on the phone and when I went to ask about Ice machine they were on the phone talking to someone personal as it wasn't about a reservations very disrespectful.

We've stayed here 3x now and this last stay was bad! First off the lady at the front desk was on her phone the whole time during check-in. We had to change rooms 10min into our stay because the tv didn't work. Then the next morning the toilet was overflowing!

as I walked in to check in the front desk employees are very young and the indian employees talk very rude. there was a girl telling a man over the phone that she couldn't be giving him directions over the phone he needed to gps it because she had stuff to do. and there was a male employee cleaning up a spill with like 3 towels instead of mopping the front lobby. it looks very cheaply maintained. The actual room was nice, fairly clean but the bathroom had both flying and crawling insects, even though I complained to Housekeeping the problem persisted. The bathroom tiles around the bathtub were covered with mold, the toilet seat was damaged. I left two days early due to these ongoing problems. This is a very convenient location with plenty of restaurants and other businesses, the original reason I chose this hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff very nice. My only complaint is that the towels could be a lot cleaner and the plumbing in the restroom could be much better. But overall a good place to stay. I would stay here again.

Worst motel ever.... toilet was overflowing when we came in the room, front desk told me I had to fix it because maintenance wasn't here. Only 2 towels in a 4 person room, when I asked for more towels they sent me on an hour long journey going from front desk to 6 different housekeepers asking for 2 towels until finally the lazy and inhospitable front desk got off of his butt to go get me some after coming down and asking him multiple times. Staff is wonderful, night shift is awesome can't complain. Night attendant Virginia is very professional took care of all my complaints with no problems over its a nice hotel to stay in. For the 2 months I stayed every room was excellent up to date house keepin was phenomenal everyday I was there . It's a must for I to come back an visit this place.

The accommodations are old and dated, the toilet flush handle had to be jiggled once in awhile so it would stop running, the key card worked when you spent the time to get it to, the door jam needed insulation because you could see daylight around it, they used grocery carts from various stores for maid service carts, the pillows were flat and nonsupporting, one of the bed sheets had a large hole in it, there was not any fruit or yogurt for breakfast, nothing but sugar and carbs, tables and bre... Stayed at this Baymont for a two night stay this June. Im a member of Wyndham rewards program and always stay at a Whydham property, this program has the best rewards policy. Have stayed at many of the Wyndham locations inculding many of the Days Inns so I deceided to stop up to the Baymont and take a look. I have stayed at this location on more than one occasion. This location has gone from worst to even worse over six months the last time I was there that were dirty sheets on the bed the beds were made and the bathrooms are filthy and filled with water I had to wait another hour before they made my bad about me clean linens. This is a horrible place to stay and it's a shame they carry this name name because this chain of hotels are normally clean and nice. Plumbing backed up and staff would not come fix problem. Rooms dirty and could use a scrubbing. A/c did not blow cold and we had to buy a fan from HEB to help.people staying at hotel were perminent residents and would sit outside in parking lot drinking beer and smoking weed. We arrived at 10:30pm, parking was scarce and tight. I could barely get my RAV4 into a spot behind the hotel. I turned on the tv the next morning, it wasn't hooked up to cable and the remote didn't work. Didn't even receive a discount for the inconvenience. Breakfast was barely there, no fruit offered. Disappointed for sure.

We have gone to this hotel nearly ten times. We don't stay anywhere else! The people are so friendly and the hotel is so clean. We love this hotel. It is in the center pretty much of everything or near it.

We didn't arrive until after 11 pm so it seems they gave us the very last room by the road even though we had a confirmed reservation. Staff was polite. Due to arriving late the night before, we didn't make it to breakfast until just before 9:30, not much out, a line at the waffle machine but promptly at 9:30, everything was put away. Getting ready to leave just before 11(checkout time), someone was already at the door ready to clean.?!

This place wasn't too bad. It was right off the highway and plenty of places to eat and shop around us. It was kinda loud when your neighbors used bathroom or showers but for price it was ok. Get to breakfast early bc it was packed and no tables and people just standing around waiting on waffles

Had to throw away a whole Pizza because we found roaches crawling inside box, later found then crawling around floor so we slept with the lights on. Before check out we had to shake everything out before packing it into the truck. Very uncomfortable and dirty, they're right, pictures DO lie!!

First off, there were a lot of men just hanging around. We didn't understand why, but we were sure not to leave anything in our car. We got room 129 which did not allow us a view of the parking lot at all. In some ways the room seemed clean, but in others ways, not so much. Tub was peeling and drain was plugged. Toliet handle broke. There was a crib stored in my room,which I never asked for. I'm an actually Club Wyndham owner. So to know Wyndham would be partnered with this Inn, I am very disappointed and disgusted.

The bathroom has mold! the dresser drawers were broken. When I dried off with a towel I was left with black hair on me ( My hair is blonde). This location is run down and is in need of some TLC. I booked through travelocity and decided to pay at the hotel. I had a 107.40 hold put on my card even though I paid in full using a different card, this was not reversed until after my trip was over. Luckily I had extra money and did not need it.

During our 2 night stay to visit Seaworld, we booked 2 rooms in this hotel for myself, husband, mother, 2 children as well as adult son and wife. I have NEVER regretted a purchase so thoroughly. I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years at least 4 times a month. The last few stays I have noticed it decline. Rooms not as clean, a smell to the room. Stains on the bed spreads. They have been good to give me A cheaper rate during their peak season. This time when I ask for it it was declined. I visited Baymont for my son graduation from the AIR FORCE. THE PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY ON LINE ISN'T THE SAME AS THE ACTUAL ROOMS. There were hair in the shower. The chairs had some white stains on them, next to a desk that literally fallen apart. The tv remote control didn't work with the cable. My rooms were next to stairway where guest, people set and talked to the wee hour of the night! The rooms were to non smoking rm, which smell like smoke....too many inconsistencies!

This property was not only dated, but seems to be falling into disrepair. Parking was barely adequate with the spaces being more narrow than usual as well as narrow access to drive around the property to get to your room. Quite noisy and security seemed to be nonexistent. I won't be staying here again.

Where to begin...These people are rude and incompetent. It took them over an hour to fix the tv. The housekeeping barged in on me when I was changing, then didn't close the door. They didn't program the key for two nights. I left some clothing in the room that they "can't find". I'm not sure if they stole it or just didn't bother to look. I would stay as far away from this hotel as possible.

The first time I stayed it was OK. Just some hair (not mine) in the bathroom. This time: 1.) They canceled my reservation when I arrived. 2.) The bed King bed I requested was not provided. 3.) The HAIR was STILL in the bath tub. 4.) The tile in the tub was dirty. 5.) My rate went up 10 dollars from the locked in rate..... I will not stay there any more.

Most of the staff was very incompetent, knew very little of what the job entails, no people skills, and do not seem understand the proper way of speaking to a customer or future guest. Front desk should be better trained by managers and owners on how to properly handle and resolve guest complaints/ issues.

Very unorganized front desk, room was clean but cords and wires hanging from ceiling. Booked two rooms with king beds but at check told they no longer have king bed rooms on property. Housekeeps use carts from HEB as the house keeping carts.

I was quite disappointed when I arrived and found the room was shabby, the handles in the shower fell off in my hand (poor) maintenance and there was no chair in the walk in shower, despite my request and two follow up checks before my arrival. There should be a shower chair in each of the handicap/ walk in showers. I figured out an acceptable solution to this problem, NOT the staff.
