The staff was about the best I ever met. Clean, welcoming environment. Would highly recommend to others. If in town again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Very enjoyable stay. Probably the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, including business travel.

Great location for ASU campus visits and event participations! The hotel was very clean and the beds as comfortable as ever!! There's an Ihop conveniently located next door if you're looking for more breakfast choices but the breakfast was very good at the Hampton Inn. There was no reason to walk next door to Ihop although Texas Roadhouse is across the way as well so perfect location for lunch or dinner as well.

This is a good solid location for travel. Staff is friendly and property is kept clean, the gym equipment is up to date and in working order. I never had any major issues. The area around there is quiet and easy to get anywhere is San Angelo from there.

We chose this hotel for the perfect location to where we needed to go. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. The staff was excellent, and the food was tasty. You can't go wrong if you stay at this hotel!

Not many choices in San Angelo but this Hampton was good. The rooms need little better cleaning and bathroom could use some attention with caulking around shower/tile. But for location and money this hotel worked. Bad storms lead to bad sleep but not the Hamptons fault.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Best nights sleep on vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. San Angelo was out last stop on our 2 week vacation and the beds were so comfortable that we delayed our departure time the next day. Hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and had various selections to choose from to get our day started. Great Stay!

Other than the breakfast being sub-par and the temperature of the hall very HOT due to hot air being blown from the vents, this is a very nice hotel. I always depend on Hampton Inn being top notch for a reasonable price.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The breakfast is nothing new, but was plentiful and hot, however there is an IHOP next door if you want a full breakfast. We did not use the pool but did use the Jacuzzi and found it to be very clean. We would stay there again.

This was the first Hampton we booked thru five states. The hotel is clean and neat and has the regular amenities compared to most of the chains. The king room was small but had a refrigerator and microwave. However the bed and the pillows were not very comfortable compared to the other chains where we stayed. And the morning buffet was also weak in comparison. We chose to eat at the IHOP right in front of the Hampton. The hotel was located by itself directly off the feeder street of Loop 306... Read more

Hotel needs updating and to provide a little more help to the Hilton Honors members to accommodate the benefits that are due to them. The hotel needs updated and some maintenance to get up to the standards of others in the area.

Other than not getting my confirmation emailed, which I think involved the desk man not spelling engineering correctly, it was a fisrt class two night stay. The bed was far better than expected. The location was perfect for where my job site was and the staff anxious to please.

The registration staff went above and beyond to help us. She allowed an early check in which for anyone traveling knows is greatly appreciated. She found a handicap room for us even though I failed to make that request during my initial reservation. The breakfast was hot, fresh and Amber did a great job.

An older Hampton. A little shabby in places but clean and the staff was extremely helpful, cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was typical fare but hot and plentiful. Location on south end of town and easy to hit highways no matter what direction you are headed.

My daughter and I were staying here while she attended a training. She has down allergies that are rather severe and getting a down free room is always a challenge. We checked in online and the staff already had the room down free when we arrived. The breakfast was great and they also have a grab and go bag for travelers who do not have the luxury of time to set and enjoy their breakfast. The staff was wonderfully professional and truly seemed to take pride and ownership in their hotel and their... Read more

Overall, a good Inn and a good location. We were in transit from New Mexico to Houston and this was a nice mid-point to stop. The Inn was clean and we slept well. A few of the lights in our room did not work so these were reported and will be fixed. The inside hall was way too cold as the AC seemed to be on ice-cold. Overall, though, it was a good hotel with an adequate breakfast.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and continue to come back. The kids enjoy the pool. The staff is always very friendly. Breakfast is decent. The location is in a safe section of town. Very kid friendly but great for a couples weekend away as well.

This is west Texas in August which is hot. I think the rooms should not be hot on arrival. Also Ac made room hotter they immediately changed my room to a smaller room on other side of building which was much cooler but that wasn't the real issue. Ac was blowing warm air. Except for this the rest of stay was great.

I stay at Hampton Inns for all my business travel. This hotel has been one of the nicest yet. The room was clean. They were waiting for me at check in and had my room key waiting. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect and only a few minutes from where I needed to be for meeting with my customers.

Not much to say except, that everyone made a conscious point to see if I was happy or needed anything. Had to leave early due to work and the lady at the counter would not let me leave without taking a breakfast to go. Physical plant was good, but it was the staff that made me decide to do the survey. Would be more than happy to stay there again.

The free breakfast is not worth the price. Bad selection and ran out of coffee both days. But there is an IHOP next door. The hotel is fine but they shouldn't advertise free breakfast and serve what they did.

Old Hampton Inn. The hot tub in pool area had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was old toothpaste on the bottom of our toilet in room from previous guests. Also, a huge amount of rust was in tub that was not pleasant. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They also offered 10% discount at Texas Roadhouse nearby for dinner. Overall an ok hotel but was definitely not impressed.

My sister, nephew and myself stayed here for 2 nights during our visit to Goodfellow AFB. It's about a 10 minute drive from both the San Angelo Airport and Goodfellow AFB. It sits next to a Midas (which is only noisy during the day but didn't phase us a bit) and an IHOP. We loved our stay here. The hotel is very, very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't bad but it isn't great either. The rooms were clean although the room had a smell; thankfully we had some Febreeze to help. The A/C worked great! The bed was not comfortable; felt like I was rolling into the center all night. Nice flat-screen TV. The breakfast was decent. The side door of the hotel was broken and would not close properly; didn't like that at all! This made me feel uncomfortable; anyone could walk in off the street and enter the hotel.
