This is one of the best-run motels I have ever seen. Everything was expertly handled and the staff was superb. They took care of all the details without being intrusive. I thought I was in the care of professional wait staff at a resort!

This is a good place away from the Houston hubbub. It has always been clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is some road construction in the area but it still has easy access available to the hotel and the area.

Got in on Friday night not bad.Saturday morning breakfast was so so biscuits were cold right out of the refrigerator. Left for a funeral came back room was cleaned but I forgot the hanger on the bed so they made the bed with the hanger in it. Sunday went down for breakfast and someone spilled ice water on the floor the front desk lady was not happy she had to clean it up. There was no food for breakfast just waffles no eggs no breakfast meat or oatmeal. Then the front desk lady was asked to help... Read more

I've not encountered a hotel as well appointed and clean, and with as efficient and friendly a staff in a long, long time--particularly in light of the very reasonable room rate. I'm sorry that I didn't try this place sooner. It's my go-to hotel in the SE Houston/Rosenberg/RIchmond area from now on. Also, it's a stone's throw from a large Cinemark theater and there are nearby restaurant choices galore.

My overnight stay with Hampton Inn was really great over all. As a very seasoned traveler, I found virtually everything very much to my liking. I would have appreciated a bit better break for AARP pricing, and the door on the shower was off the track; but I fixed that. Otherwise, everything was absolutely top drawer.

The hotel is convenient for shopping, eating, and to enjoy a movie. We didn't have to venture very far. There was highway construction going on, so it was nice not to have to deal with that. This is really a plus if you are not familiar with the area.

We had a swim meet at the old Terry high school swimming pool and the Hampton was just a hop skip and jump away. The best thing was they served breakfast starting at 6 rather than 7, so we had plenty of time to eat before arriving for warm ups. Check in was easy, the room was clean and the bed felt good.

Hampton Inn was a great place for us while we re-built our home after the floods in Texas. Having breakfast every morning at the hotel helped us get to work faster and having all the luxuries of home helped us continue on until we could move back home.

My wife and I stayed here on our way to Austin. I was playing in a golf tournament nearby, and this hotel was close to the course and reasonably priced. Pros: Location - Hotel is close to a movie theater, shopping center, and plenty of dining options Check-in - We opted for the online check-in and it was so incredibly easy and efficient; would highly recommend Staff - The front desk staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. We checked-in late, but they were accommodating and friendly Cons Br... Read more

We stayed for one night after a family event in town. We are a family of two adults, one teen, and our elderly grandmother staying in two rooms, pre-booked through a third party booking service. On check in (which was at about 10:30 PM,) the front desk staff (not that we could identify them as such, dressed casually in jeans and tee shirts) were in the lounge area on their phones. We waited about five minutes before using the bell, and were surprised to see the young people in the lounge saunter... Read more

Clean rooms and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good. Area was quiet and close to shopping. Once construction is over it will be much easier to get too. Beds were a little too soft for me. Nice and cool ac. Water pressure was a little low. Nice and would stay again

The check in staff member was happy , friendly and efficient . The room was professionally clean. The temperature was set for cold per the hot weather and it was wonderful that I didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. Extremely clean bathroom. Quiet hallways! I will definitely be back to stay at this location.

This hotel is awesome. Comfortable rooms, nice staff who bakes tasty cookies, and great breakfast. The hotel is very clean and the customer service is second to none. I pastor a church in Needville and we stay here at least once a month. The location is great because it's located by many restaurants, clothing stores, and grocery stores. I highly recommend staying there.

They make absolutely not effort in trying to accommodate you. They never had extra towels or pillows and they have no washer and no clue were the laundry room is. It was so disappointing. My family has been staying in this hotel for years but it's going to change. This place just has the wrong staff. I tried to overlook it the first day but on the second day I just couldn't take it anymore.

Staff is very accommodating to your requests - we stayed here while our home was remodeled. Due to the contractor schedule we had to check out early and reschedule our stay at the Hampton. Jessica allowed us to check out early without penalty and then gave us the same discount as our original reservation. Thank you Jessica!

The staff at this location has always made me feel special. They go out of their way to keep my team and me happy. It's always the little things that make the biggest impression. A simple hello or a kind smile goes a long way.

For several years I loved staying here, at least twice a year we come to this hotel. My husband and I got to the hotel we were excited because we never had a complaint about this place we use too like it..But service was not knowledgable about the hotel. We went to go wash and there was no washer just one dryer. Well we were disappointed so we were about to go to bed and needed an extra pillow. We stay at Hampton Inn & Suites because of the large suites they offer. Easily fits our family of 6 with extra room so we don't feel like we are not on top of each other. Good location just outside of Houston.

The name of the review says it all. There is nothing extraordinary about this hotel, but that can be a good thing too. As the weather in Houston tried desperately to hang on to summer, I never felt the sticky heat from the outside, it was cool and comfortable in my third floor room. The breakfast was basic but ample, and the staff was incredibly polite. In short, this is a safe, clean, and quiet hotel placed conveniently near shopping and restaurants. This is perfect choice for just about anyone... Read more

The title says it all. After four stays in different Hampton Inn locations in Texas in less than 30 days AND, having experienced the same problem in all four; the "free" internet very frequently loses connection all together and is slow when working, I'm convinced it is intentional by the chain to entice you to purchase the "premium" internet package. They should not advertize free internet. If you are traveling on business and need internet, stay somewhere else.

we came here when it was first opened and in a field. the owner was gracious, we have returned every year but one at the same time,,,Texian Market Days, They never notice we return, But the service is nice, air is cold, elevator works. Yay from my side, We don't eat the breakfast isn't quite up to snuff. Pastries are stale..continually. Eggs are instant,,ugh. But it is all right. Coffee is quite good and plentiful...always.

We stayed here for four days to visit with our grandson who lives nearby. Upon our arrival, we were not greeted with the friendly "Welcome" that we usually receive as a Hilton Honors member. In fact, the greeting was not warm at all. The rooms were clean as usual which is one reason that we always choose Hampton Inn when it is an option during our travels. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The first day seemed to only have about half of the items that we usually find at the breakfast buf... Read more

Since when do 4 small European square pillows count as enough for a king sized bed? Be prepared to identify everyone staying with you. New rules according to the desk clerk. I had to ask if we were in a bad area that my husband was asked for his ID at check in. Was told th r really are many people who try to get keys to rooms that are not on their record. Never had a hotel tell me this before. Seemed more like a low budget hotel.

We were issued an uncleaned room. Walked into what seems to be a bed with someone sleeping in it. Issued a second room that was as clean as it could be but walls were poorly patched, TV mount was loose and our Hilton Honors complimentary items were not in the room.
