Had to spend a night here on business. While the hotel is located literally next to the freeway, it might be confusing to get there as you need to take a special side bridge. Just follow your GPS carefully or you'll miss the exit. I really liked the cleanliness and the almost-brand new beds (for all I could tell, it was brand new). That's what separates a mediocre hotel from a 5 star one. I would have given this hotel 5 stars had it not been for the food and room service. Not only did they m... Read more

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean. We arrived about 8 on a Friday night and they gave us the 2nd to last room (I reserved a 2 bed room well in advance) and when we got to the room, it was a king room. There were 3 of us, my husband and I and our 15 year old daughter. They didn't have any other rooms. They brought up a roll away, but it was super uncomfortable. Supposed to be a blow up bed but it was weak on air. We made due and switched the next day. The room they moved us to w... Read more

Parking at the municipal lot was $15/night. No free breakfast, and the hotel did not provide an ala carte restaurant, if you want breakfast it's $18/person or nothing. No fridge or microwave in room. No indoor pool. The room itself was nice, but the bedding was very uncomfortable as the linens were not silky. The pillows went flat and did not provide adequate support. All of this at a premium rate! Would not recommend.

Room - no frill and efficient. Poorly insulated windows (room 918) which led to some cold when outside was -10C! One's gotta love the capability on logging onto your Netflix (or Hulu for that matter) directly from the TV. Staff - highlight of the hotel. Really cool, helpful and chatty in a good way. Kuddos! Breakfast - Same everyday, tasteless but not bad. Overall decent enough to not bother. Bill was still pretty high though.

Came here because my wife had a conference in town and has to be up early the next morning for day two. Check in was a breeze, but the gentleman checking me in failed to tell me where the elevators were. I had to ask and when I asked he acted like I should have known. Lobby is newer looking but rooms do not match with the lobby. Rooms are older looking and are in dire need of a renovation. So after I check in I go to the bar and order a dirty martini with grey goose. I'm told they are ou... Read more

Nope. Never again. Came here for company business. Room service for a sandwich and small bottle of wine (two glasses) no opener, called, told me I would have to bring it to the bar. Really? I did. Then everyone else very cagey about giving me the general managers name. So disappointed.

This was kind of a funny hotel. It looked really nice inside and out. The room was just okay, no fridge or microwave. Have to pay for meals. The bar was nice as well as the lounge rooms. The best part was the shuttle since we didn't have a car and the drivers had good recommendations. It is also right next to a train stop

Nice time in Richardson,TX for Thanksgiving. The hotel is wonderful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on site. Ride the train to downtown Dallas for site seeing. Restaurants near by and easy to locate. The employees are very nice and are there if need when need questions about the hotel and area. The media room with huge TV or split screen was even better for the games. The bartenders where also wonderful for a snack or nice drink.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was lit and the tv was on when I arrived, tuned to display the Netflix option. It made it feel homey. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all lovely and I enjoyed my stay quite a bit. The room was not updated, but it was clean and well-kept. The lobby was awesome and I stayed there for the afternoon after check out to work because the atmosphere was so quiet and relaxing.

The bed was super comfortable. Front staff was attentive at check-in. Breakfast buffet was not worth 18 bucks per person. They charge you 15 dollars for self parking your car. Bar area is nice to sip a drink and watch one of the many large screen TV's. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Nice stay!
