Hotel is looking old and outdated. The HVAC unit in our room did not work properly, sounded as if it was short cycling. Our room was near the elevators and the elevators are old and very noisy. The ice machine on the second floor did not work the 2 days we were there. The morning we left there was no hot water for the shower. The staff at the front desk were very cordial, polite and knew their jobs very well. The Gentleman who worked the two evening shifts while we were there was very efficient.... Read more

My room was nice, except that the tub facet did not turn off all the way. But the hotel was having major problems, and we had to walk through a maze of fans and water removal systems. We didn't bother with even going to the pool, as each time we had to go through the hot halls, with all the cords, wet carpet and dryers, and fans. I would have preferred that the hotel contacted us, and gave us an option to go to a different hotel. I am sure if they were not having this issue, the hotel would hav... Read more

Lukewarm shower water and low pressure. First, I was told the boilers were reset and the temperature would go up, but any time I took the shower the water never reached anything mildly hot. You can sit at the pool but is not something I would not wanna go into. The staff is knowledgeable but friendliness varies. My Mom came to for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. I found this hotel and it was right off the highway, which made it easy for her to get to. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and she truly enjoyed her stay. The room was very comforting and she made it known that she did not wish to leave. Thank you so much for making my Mother a happy visitor!

I asked when I arrived early if they could not use perfumed sprays or fabreeze in my room. It was nice to stay in a clean room that did not have perfumes that cause me to have breathing problems! I would have loved to have a healthy choice of oatmeal for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay.

I am staying 4 nights for a business trip. So far, I have no complaints. The room is clean and new looking. The room has a mini-fridge,a microwave and a coffee maker. The wi-fi internet is good. The breakfast is hot, meat-item and eggs and the normal bread-group items, cereals, etc. I would stay here again.

I had to make a quick trip to Richardson Texas to take care of a personal matter. Hotel was very nice and clean. Continental breakfast was complementary and very good. Business center was helpful as was staff.

Such a great stay! Flew in a bit early and was overly exhausted. The lady at the front desk Nanci, was extremely helpful and genuine!!!! Definitely made the stay worth it. Such excellent customer service :) The room was worth the price, the maids were always on time to clean up. It was just a great experience!
