Courtyard is one of my go-to places to stay when traveling. The room was spacious with a king bed, seating area, desk, mini fridge, microwave, and balcony overlooking the pool. The location is great for a quiet stay but still within walking distance of restaurants, etc. The free cookies available at the front desk is a nice touch. There is plenty of free parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price with my discount was pretty nice.

We really enjoy this hotel, and stay here 3-4 times a year, when visiting family .... it's so convenient to Richardson, and also to lots of eating places (many on the US-75 access road north of the hotel, as well as on Arapaho, also N. of hotel). The beds & pillows are SO comfortable, and the rooms are large, bathrooms are immaculate. It is a very nice property.

I was in town for a wedding and stayed at the Courtyard Dallas Richardson. The typical bullet points (cleanliness, comfort, courteousness, etc.) were excellent. What made this stay exceptional was Mr. James Humphrey at the front desk. Like another reviewer has posted, Mr. Humphrey was very accommodating in allowing a few us to use the common area after the reception to lounge a bit. His kindness made for an even more memorable evening. Thank you, James!

Our room had ants in the bedroom and bathroom. During the night, someone opened the door but could not come in because we had the metal latch on the door. To open the door, they needed to have a key or pass key.

The room was great. Clean, comfy, quiet etc. You can tell the staff goes above and beyond to keep things in tip top shape. The management and the desk staff folks are AMAZING! The staff at the hotel are very friendly and engaging. Jennifer, Mike and James were very helpful and The Bistro staff and food were very good. This location is convenient and the rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. No problems at all.

I had an overall great stay at this hotel. I was traveling on business and my company paid for it. But when I checked in my personal credit card was swiped by the front desk clerk for the charges. An employee named Jennifer quickly corrected the error the net morning . I truly appreciate Jennifer going above and beyond to correct this mistake the was made by another person and providing great customer service in the process. I will highly recommend this hotel in the future.

Jennifer, Rickey, James, Alex, and Tuyen are Awesome!. They are so amiable and cheery. After a long day of driving and dealing with life's complications, they are the faces you want to see when you check into a hotel. Jen especially has a knack for making ppl feel welcome and at ease. Our first room wasn't so great but we were moved immediately with no issues when Jen and her staff were made aware of the problem. Seriously ck in at this hotel and ask for Jen. AWESOME!

I spent one Friday night here. The rate was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. The lobby is the "new" Courtyard style, and is very welcoming. That said, I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but rather a Panera Bread a mile down the road. My husband and I was most pleased with your hotel. James, the gentleman who took our reservations, also checked us in at midnight on Friday night and checked us out on Sunday morning. He was professional and very helpful and friendly. Most times you find that people who work the night shift are not that way, but James was on point. I was only here overnight, but that was long enough for an impression to be left. The lobby is very inviting and modern. On check in, Jennifer noticed that my birthday was the day before so I was given a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. Very nice courtyard. Very well maintained but the service is what makes the difference here! Stayed nearly a week and the front desk staff (actually the entire staff) is so friendly and helpful. Special note to arrive on Sunday night for the chips and salsa!! Special thanks to Jennifer and Thomas!!!

Excellent staff. Ricky was beyond friendly and helpful at the front desk. Answered all my questions and was hilarious. Ty in the Bistro got all orders right, out on time, super friendly and carried a conversation the whole time. Maria in housekeeping was amazing, sweet, kind, helpful and always asked if there was something I needed.

Very friendly customer service at front desk. Room was available as we drove in. The room was very comfortable. It had everything I needed. I didn't realize it even had a refrigerator. In the closet there was a blow dryer, and ironing board. All the conveniences of home.

I live in Richardson Texas and I had gone out to eat Dinner with my daughter when she got of work. When i got home about 6; 30 pm my electricity was out. TXU said that it should be on about 8PM needless to say it was not and they did not know when it would be on.I did not want to go stay with my daughter in Allen, TX. We arrived at mid-night, and Asher is very friendly and provide the service right away to get the room set. The A/C is in good condition and Inside the room is roomy and clean. I left in the morning toward the local Dim Sum restaurant for brunch. the hotel is close to the highway to commute to the neighborhood. Also the price is fair for me. That's another reason to choose COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT

Always friendly service. Clean room and great entertainment on Tuesday night!!! Jennifer was very helpful with making appt for a salon visit. She called for me and got my appt. she gave me directions and the experience was wonderful. Will go back. I stay at this location once a month and have never had any issues.

I've had to stay at the property for multiple business trips. Jennifer at the front desk is always so friendly and she does a awesome job welcoming in guest especially for those returning customers. Me James who works the night shift have been so helpful on more than one occasion as I constantly lock my self out of my room leaving my key in the gym. Ricky is always very professional and expedites a seamless check in.

Was in town for a business trip, first the staff was very courtesy and professional especially Mr. James Humphrey who went out of his way to ensure that I had the best stay possible. Second the hotel reception area was nice and clean giving me a great first impression. Finally the room was clean and smelled fresh, because of the hotel appearance and the professionalism of Mr. James Humphreys next time I'm in town I will recommended this hotel to family, friends, and my business associates.

I stay at this location often and when I check in, Ricky and Jennifer are awesome. They make the check-in process seamless which I appreciate after along day of work and travel. Mr. James is always eager to get me coffee as I'm leaving in the morning. All in all, being away from home sucks, but this staff makes my trip a little better.

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the DART station. Less than 5 minutes away is the Arapaho Station with plenty of room for parking. I rode the train downtown for a conference. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and it had everything you expect from a Courtyard. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I arrived late for check in, my reserved room was unavailable. Who wants to hear that after a long day of travel--NOT A PROBLEM! Asher Din to save the day!!! Upgrade at negotiated corporate rate! I found the staff here went over the top to make you comfortable and happy. Zero complaints with the staff...each experience I had with them was positive. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The first room I was in had a toilet that would not flush so they quickly moved me and the new room flushed but it was tricky. Nice stay, easy drive down to the Cotton Bowl. Staff was very friendly. Location close to many things including Allen Outlet Malls. Rooms were clean. Many restaurants within short drive. Quiet hotel. Would stay again.

I stayed there for 2 night it was not very good the room was have smell of moisture i was very tired to cheang the room so i stayed in the room i the next night i called for the AC was working non stop they told me the tech is not there and they can't do nothing about it . The location was perfect but the hotel was average

this is where we stay everytime we visit Richardson. It's extremely close to family (whose home is too small to accommodate all of us). breakfast is good, location is good, rooms are always clean. quiet even though it's on the freeway.

What you expect from a courtyard. Friendly Marriott staff and a consistent product. Room is fine all works and it's great value for money. Has the usual Amenities and lobby bar. One thing would be nice is if they added some more channels like AMC to the line up. Would stay again.
