This hotel was very well kept. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are in a good location. Just up the street are many dining options. The complimentary breakfast was ready on time and they offered to-go bags if you didn't have time to eat before your day started.

This is a very dirty Hampton Inn. The worse I have stayed at in 15 years traveling for work. The manager has no control over employees and the cleaning staff are mostly temporary employees. The milk was sour and they ran out of coffee often. They will also serve the same items for brakfast several days in a row. Get to know Randy because he is the only person that will bake the cookies for the guests.

I stayed at this hotel with my family in April 2016. The hotel is nicely renovated with contemporary/ modern architecture. I personally like this style and enjoyed it. The room was very nice. The same modern look was applied to the room with a Texas touch. The door to the bathroom and closet are shared by using a hanging barn style door. This is nice and bad. This is a very nasty dirty hotel! I travel a lot for work as a diamond member this is the worst hotel I have every stayed at. I always check my bed/sheets for bed bugs and noticed my sheets were dirty with hair and blood on them. So I told the housekeeper in the hall that my sheets were dirty in my room, she laughed and asked what size is your bed I was like queen she just give me the sheets and walked away. Had two reservations and had stayed at this hotel in the past which was close to our families home and activities. The only problems we had with the hotel was the shower valve. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Location is very good. Ample parking. Maintenance has to be improved. Carpets are really dirty in the main lobby and hallways. Room had a pungent smell. Washroom needs a makeover. Internet works good. Breakfast is OK but the fruit tray was stale.

Hotel needs new carpeting in high traffic areas. The computer and i of 2 elevators were down on arrival and for 4 of our 5 days. We did not get the king bed we reserved until the second day. Breakfast was OK, but yogurt was missing for 2 days. Staff was friendly and tried to cope.

This hotel is not maintained. Carpets and floors are terrible. Bathrooms were covered with hair and the pool was green. Food was cold and there wasn't enough to cover guests. Do not spend money or points at this Hilton property. There are plenty of options in Plano/Dallas.

Surrounding location was upscale and very nice. Lots of shopping to do. Variety of places to eat. Loved the outdoor pool for hot humid weather. Fitness area was not the greatest. The room I started in was humid, A/c was not functioning appropriately. Staff looked into it to attempt to solve issue. Also was offered to switch to another room. Was given a fan to help with room temp for time being. Overall great service and facility.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for events in Plano/North Dallas area, even though the hotel itself is slightly off the beaten path. Staff was excellent, but room cleanliness a little lower than expected and breakfast overall was a less than favorable experience.

Where do I start? As we entered the hotel on Friday afternoon, there was a sticker on the window indicating the hotel was a "Top TripAdvisor Pick". I strongly suggest the TripAdvisor folks visit the property and scrape that sticker off the window ASAP! We were there for a long weekend - had two rooms in the hotel. This hotel is not up to the normal Hampton standards. The carpets seemed dirty, the breakfast area seemed dirty (water dripping from juice machine into a bucket on the floor, tables not cleared, etc.). The staff did their best, but this facility has seen better days. Holes in halway walls, exposed sheetrock, torn wallpaper. exterior door were all propped open because the card readers did not work. Interior hallways were hot and humid. room ac was off when we arrived making room uncomfortable for a few hours.

This has to be the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Water was dripping from the juice machine everyday during breakfast (very unsanitary), there were holes in the roof outside, and the ice machine was missing parts and this represents only a small sample of the problems. We stayed here and room was nice. Hotel was clean. Food was nice in the mornings. However about 4:00am the room above us decided to do some aerobics and early packing - dragging their bags across the floor over & over; or the laundry facility was being used and their cart was running back & forth. It was rather disturbing and kept us awake until about 6:00 Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Is stay again just not in at room!

stayed there as my office moved north recently as I used stay at the Hilton Lincoln center, and I am Hilton loyal customer. This Hampton Inn is located in one of the nicest parts of Plano. So you'd expect a respectable hotel. That's not the case here. I go to my room and found the remote had the batteries removed. Not the first time this has happened when I travel, but that was at an Econo Lodge in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a hotel that is signed up with my company and I travel to the area every 3 months. Normally it is ok. However in the last 12 months something has happened. ' It is in very poor condition. Most importantly IT IS EXTREMELY DIRTY. My room had blood drops all over the bathroom floor, dust everywhere, hair in the bathtub. I slept on top of the bed. My wife & I attended a business meeting in Dallas / Ft worth area, this hotel was within a few miles of our meeting. We decided to make it a business / slash get-a-way trip. The room was large with a couch and coffee table. It also had a fridge and a microwave in the room. The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the coffee bar was great. The coffee bar definitely makes me want to continue coming back to Hampton Inns when I travel.

Pool was nasty. Full of trash and bugs. Also there was a lot of trash around the pool to include cigarette butts. Breakfast - had to ask for milk each time and the lady would bring it to you. Although the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was lacking in every way. We ended up checking out 30 minutes after we arrived. The carpet floors in our room were stained. The box springs of the bed were stained on the sides. The arrival process, the stay, the room, gym and pool and the departure process was absolutely great. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Prices were average but location for my need wa's perfect. Breakfast was good, would loved some more options for the kids. We are going to be back in Plano in October and already prebooked our room. The room was a good size but my bed linen had stains on them. I tried to report it the housekeeping but the phone wasn't working. The next day the person at the front desk was very nice but she said the manager had just left and to call back on Monday so I did. I called 2 times but the manager never called me back. My niece was getting married and she asked if me and my wife would attend. Made reservations but there was a problem when my brother in law got to the hotel to check in. His name wasn't on the reservation like requested. So he had to call me at work and i had to walk out and call Hilton rewards card customer service and try to see what was the problem. Finally after about 30mins it was taken care of. So for the stress and time i miss from work, i would like to be compensated!!!!!!

Pros: clean, very nice staff, quiet location, comfortable beds and ample enough rooms. A short drive to restaurants and shops. Cons: generally quiet but in the mornings you hear doors of other guests, had difficulty with the internet like i have at many hiltons.

The property looked and felt old. Central air was out of order for my entire stay. Housekeeping was poor to non-existant. Food service was as expected but the one kitchen staff needed assistance from time to time. The property lacks strong management to address the deficiencies. The property looks like one in financial distress, cutting corners and skimping on guest service and property management. On a positive note all of the front staff were excellent.

Noticed a garment and wallet that was in pant pockets missing when we got home. Kinda funny they found the pants in the laundry shoot but couldn't find the wallet with the cash, credit card, etc. even front desk said it appeared that someone was trying to cover up the issue. Hotel staff was courteous and that was about it, in desperate need of updating, at least cleaned well, although beds seemed clean, I did not walk on the floor in my bare feet. Hotel is run down and poorly managed. Food service was not good and variety was poor. Carpets are ragged and there was trash in hallways. Property doesn't live up to typical Hampton Inn standards. Rooms are a bit "skeevy" and property is in disrepair. Hampton Inn sign on exterior wasn't even functioning properly. Stayed here once before and gave them the benefit of the doubt after my first poor experience. Needless to say, this second experience was no better. Will find a different place to stay for my next trip to Plano.

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Hilton should either take their name off this hotel or do a major update. Carpet were very worn, stained and very dirty. Would have stayed somewhere else but it was late after a long day of travel. The bed seemed to be clean. The lady in charge of breakfast was very sweet and did her job well. The man at the desk at checkin was friendly and answered promptly when lamp was not working in our room. Big disappointment in hotel!

Stayed there a couple of years ago and it was perfect. Stayed there last week and was quite sad to see how dirty and badly maintained the place is now. Carpet in the room was disgusting, mold stains by the AC and multiple stains. Luckily the bathroom was clean or I would have left immediately. The ceiling by the entrance seemed to have some kind of hole in it, not very attractive. Will not stay at his hotel again.

I was in town for a high school reunion. I arrived late at night and quickly got a room. The problem with the room was that the air conditioner didn't work. We got our reservations a month beforehand. We were told we could check in after 3pm. We arrived around 6:30pm, only to wait for an hour and as a result miss a lot of an event that night which was why we were in Dallas. The staff has not tried to address it with us despite our efforts.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and I got little sleep in my two nights there. It was very hard. Maybe some people like a 'firm' mattress, but this one just seemed too old. I don't know if this is a different brand of mattress than is used in other Hampton hotels, where I have always slept well. I stayed at this hotel in July of 2016, and was a little bit disappointed that JT, the guy at the front desk, was a one man show. My husband stayed here for a business trip. First off, he had a handicap room on the third floor. The water was either no pressure or melt your skin off. The continental breakfast looked gross with processed eggs and old fruit. The bed and pillows were comfortable though so that is something. This review is basically a reminder for us not to stay again if we want a good breakfast with the hotel.

There were some major sewage issues over the weekend while we were there. Our sink backed up with some pretty nasty water, there was a wet spot on our room's ceiling for a day, and there was water dripping into a trashcan in the lobby. Room smells of mold. Hot water does not always work. Entrance to hotel is literally crumbling. Front desk staff are courteous. Very low end hampton. Location is great and price was ok. TV did not work well during stay. Breakfast was typical and staff work hard to keep up with demand. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. Will not stay again. Many other good hilton hotels nearby.

We reserved rooms for a family reunion this past weekend. Friday morning the maid left notes on the beds that there were no clean towels! Unbelievable! How do you have a hotel and not have clean towels? There were no forks for breakfast Friday morning either. Several of the rooms sinks backed up. Rugs and ceilings in several rooms had water stains. good place for a few nights ... great beds, rooms kinda of small ., but clean and staff very helpful ... great location ... the cleaning staff are awesome .... they will take very good care of their guests .... i always enjoy my stays here

We have stayed here several times and really enjoy the property and its central location. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. We have stayed with sports teams and find the location and amenities a great value

Went down for a golf tournament ... first time staying here but loved the convenance to shopping and food. Would stay again in a heart beat. Friendly staff. I loved the breakfast they had everything.:

The cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting. If you have food allergies they are not accommodating. When asked if they would get some options, they stated they doubted it. So why stay here. Not that I ever would again due to the dirtiness of the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. The staff is very friendly; Especially TJ at the front desk and Dani who used the hotel van to pick me up daily. They care about the guest experience and are always happy to be at work. Martin was on vacation this trip, so others were able to drive me in the morning. The internet works well, the breakfast is always set up, and the gym equipment was working with towels available and a working TV.

This place kept me off the freeways and toll roads while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. And it was close to eating places and stores where extras could be picked up. Nice facilities and the rooms are set up so well. Open shelving so stuff doesnt get hidden and hooks to hang stuff everywhere.

Very very disappointed by the filth, lack of updates for a Hilton in a high traffic area, smelly and filthy filthy filthy! Service was ok but the employees didn't really care much. Great central location though.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be out of the city but close to it. Plenty of amenities both in the hotel and nearby. Plenty of access to shops and necessities so it should be a good choice for everyone in your party!!
