Super clean & comfy. Friendly staff & good breakfast. Liked the setup of the room cause it had a real open feel. Shower was very big, but towels were kind of worn - needed an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the warm peanut butter cookies & coffee. Would definitely stay again.

The Hampton Inn in Pampa always provides a good, clean room and provides a staff that is very accommodating. I always stay here in when I travel to Pampa. There are several options in town but I feel like this is the best option

Arrived at the hotel at 11:45 pm, the clerk was trying to up sell me a room. I knew I could get a rate at the most of $89. I showed her on my phone the rate from the Hampton Inn website. "No" she said, I told her to call the manager and wake her/him up. She couldn't give me the rate after seeing it in black and white and I had to make the reservation on my cell phone and got that rate. She was lazy, unbelievable, and had a friend hanging around I guess she wanted to get back to chatting with. ... Read more

This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn. I had mistaken thought they were too pricey for me. Reading reviews of the other hotels in Pampa, I decided I would rather pay more. I didn't have to pay more. Everything was top notch. Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast. Nicely done Hampton Inn.

What a great place to stay at a reasonable price. First the rooms are great and staff go above and beyond. We have been chasing storms from Texas to Kansas for two weeks and this was our favorite. The breakfast was always well stocked with items that all the other hotels didn't provide. Valerie was over the breakfast. She was attentive and available to help provide whatever we needed. She was the best we have met during our trip. Wish she could train all those at the other hotels. They even had ... Read more

This is a good hotel clerks are fantastic, answered all my questions and was helpful in finding a good place to eat. Parking was easy and had plenty of spaces. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Rollaway was $10 more, thought it would be free.

This was our first time staying here but, it will not be the last if we are ever in the area again. We walked in and were greeted with a smile by Brittany. She signed us in and explained the times of everything. Our room was very clean, well appointed and had our favorite clean duvet cover. I went down later to get some of the famous Hampton cookies. They were fresh, warm and delicious. They actually had a warmer in the plate. We had a nice relaxing evening and slept very well as it was very qui... Read more

Desk staff was smiled, but did not give any information. Such as wi fi, breakfast, location of elevator, etc. Room was clean, bed ok, breakfast good. Did not use pool or work out room. Breakfast staff did not look up nor greet. But, breakfast was pretty good. Not healthy... but good.

I was driving from Colorado on a site seeing trip. I saw several historical sites on the way. As such I was not all that interested in making good time. I arrived a bit late as a result. The staff treated me right. The pool was a welcome relief after a long drive. The breakfast the next morning was very nice as well. I really liked the waffle you can make yourself. Overall it was a very good stay.

Liked that laundry room even had a key lock. Ate across the street at great western restaurant, Texas Rose Steakhouse. Highly recommend.

Got stuck in Pampa for work that was not supposed to be an overnight trip. Company put me up here. Room was nice except it was for handicapped and other than what some call mentally I am not handicapped so the shower was a tad short even for this short guy. They did give me a toothbrush and toothpaste which was nice and the breakfast was good.

Clean hotel - smelled new. Two concerns when we stayed: Breakfast was weird. I wish that simple scrambled eggs and toast would have sufficed but there was a some kind of bagel melt that was terrible. Fruit, yogurt and waffles were good. Pillows were bad. We asked for different pillows because they were lumpy and just bad. They tried to tell us that they were meant to have one firm and one soft on each bed. We did finally get new pillows but they still weren't very good. Other than that, ... Read more

Room was clean, and as expected of a Hampton Inn. Actually, it was a little nicer than most, seemed to have been updated recently. Check in went as planned, no issues, as we checked in around midnight, and called to inform front desk that we would be arriving late. The breakfast was nice, the lady was continually putting out fresh food and keeping the tables clean, she did a great job. The only advice, the showers were slick. There was no traction on shower floor, our 4 yr old skipped as... Read more

Not a quiet hotel. You can hear everyone above you and around you. Room didn't hold temp well. The air conditioning didn't keep a constant temperature and cycled on and off. Nice breakfast and front staff were very nice.

I broke down near this town and had to stay the night. Honestly, this hotel carried the same standards as other Hampton Inns, so there wasn't very much that was different. The staff was very courteous and my room was clean and nice. I was satisfied with what I paid for.

Misty at the front desk always greets us with a smile. And Valerie in the dining room did a great job of keeping it stocked and clean. And manager Tara does a great job. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn at least once or twice a year for the last five years. Always clean, a good breakfast and a good experience overall. We don't consider staying anywhere else in Pampa.

We spent the night here on our way to Colorado for a family vacation with our son and his family. We stopped over in Pampa to visit my 90-year-old uncle. The Pampa Hampton Inn is wonderful! Very, very clean room including the hallways. Bathroom was spotless, bed was so comfortable, air conditioner was effecient and quiet. Typical for a Hampton, no surprises, very consistent hotel that varies little across the country. Be sure to ask for a top floor if you're a business traveler. My complain is not with the hotel but with parents that forget this is a hotel and not a playground.

We are staying in Hamptons as we travel across the country. This is a lovely hotel, front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was great. However, both my husband and I were surprised by how firm the beds were, not like we've been enjoying. I also hope the Roman shade is not the new trend in Hampton decor, it lets in a lot of light and the parking lot light was right by our window. But those things may not bother other folks.

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the fitness center is above average with more than a couple pieces of equipment. The breakfast is the typical Hampton "eggs" and "omelets" (not very good) but that has more to do with the chain than this location. If you've stayed at Hampton before you know what to expect for breakfast.

They had wifi which I used several times during my stay. The staff was helpful if I needed anything day or night. There was never a problem.

I stayed 1 night at the Pampa Hampton Inn on a recent business trip to the area. I drove in from the Tulsa area so I was tired, and this Hampton Inn helped me to get the rest I needed for my meeting the next morning. We had gone to Baloon Festival in Albaquerque, getting up at 3:30 am and then driving all afternoon. Because we picked our room with advance check-in, we had no wait to get to our room which was modern and clean with a wonderful hot shower. As it turned out, picking a small town was a great choice - low rates and blissfully quiet. While most of the breakfast was Hampton standard, the fresh strawberries were a pleasant surprise. The hotel was extremely clean. But the outstanding features being the courtesy, friendly and helpful staff. We used all the amenities during our stay, everything was well maintained and ready for use. The hours of the complimentary breakfast were perfect and available for late sleepers. We really appreciated that since we were visiting and not trying to get back on the road. Many hotels cut off breakfast at 9:00 am and that is one thing I look for in booking a hotel.

Earlier this year we stayed a couple of nights at this hotel & we enjoyed those stays so we made the choice to stay again while passing through the area. As before, the quality is top notch. Our room was large and had a great layout. It was super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were plush. The staff was super friendly and of course they had the delicious warm chocolate chip cookies for you when you arrive. Definitely would stay again.

Off I 40 either east or west - Stop. Rest. Relax. A mere 27 miles "off the path is THIS Hampton Inn. This is just about the neatest, cleanest, most quiet Hampton I have ever stayed in (other than one just built and opened). The Team there appreciates the folks that pass through and stay. The town is nice - that is where they get the Staff!!! We felt really welcomed!!
