We stayed here two nights for family trip. The room is clean and comfy. The front desk and people work in the restaurant are very nice. One thing we think it can be improved is that there is no restaurant menu in the room but only room service menu. We can't find a good salad in room service but we found it in restaurant in 1st floor when we were on our way out. If they have restaurant menu in rooms, I bet they will have more people choose to eat in the hotel.

We went for a family emergency, and was very imprssed with the rooms. Made our stay easier because everything was perfect, clean, classy, and friendly. We would stay again. It's not cheap, but how much do you pay for a good nights sleep? To me it was worth it, and you will not be dissapointed!!

The night manager told my family of 3 that the reservation was for a room with a king sized bed, when we made a reservation for a two bed room. She was not just unwilling to help, she also was very rude, and told us there was nothing she could do and advised us to cancel our reservation (even tough we would loose our money) and make a new one. Besides the room is really uncomfortable, with almost no light, and dirty. The worst experience I've ever had on a Hilton.

We stayed here two nights while visiting Schlitterbahn water park. The room was clean and spacious. All the staff I encountered during the stay was very helpful and friendly. 4 stars were given instead of 5 because the beds are so firm!Even if you adjust the dial on the side of the bed it does not get hardly any softer.

As usual, Hilton delivers on quality. The customer service was excellent. As a Hilton Honors Member, we were given complimentary beverages on arrival. We did online check-in, so when we arrived, our keys were waiting on us, and we were in our room in less than 5 minutes. The room was clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent-close to attractions we were interested in, including the McKenna Children's Museum, downtown eateries, Schlitterbaun, and Gruene. Th... Read more

If you choose to stay here, do not expect pride in the front desk. The employees wore their shirts untucked and wrinkled. They did not greet us at check in but waited for us to speak. They gave our junior suite away and did not apologize, instead acted as though it was an inconvenience to change the rate. In the room, there was an elastic hair tie and used tissue on the ground. The beds were adjustable, although no card was on the bed indicating so-nor did the front desk staff tell us.

The hotel is good, clean and in a good location. The only concern I had was with the wait staff at breakfast. The one of the male servers was constantly making a lot of noise and talking in a rough tone to other servers. Then he would come around all the time to ask if I needed anything. He was not even my server. My server was a very nice lady and talked for a few minutes.

Bed extremely hard and they supposedly adjust but it didn't get softer. And key programming was just awful. Every night we got back to hotel keys were not programmed anymore. Had to leave wife and newborn waiting on hallway of 4th floor. Continously bumped into people on other rooms and floors having same problem. Service is great and friendly. Breakfast is great for price but only 3 tending front can easily be overwhelmed and fall behind.

This hotel is convenient to everything. It is always clean and there is always coffee in the lobby. The staff is friendly and easy to find if you need them. I have stayed at this location several times with no problems. I make at least two trips a year to this part of Texas and I will continue to use the Hilton.

Excellent hotel and staff. A wonderful place to stay with many family members for a wedding!! Thank you for going above and beyond. Hotel staff reserved block of rooms for the wedding several months ahead of time and graciously added as the time got closer. It was WurstFest weekend in New Braunfels, Tx and they still gave us a block rate. Great hotel. Will definitely stay there again!!

However the hotels/motels on that side are on the one way streets or ridiculously expensive. However, this La... Read more

This is one of the best HGIs I have ever stayed in. The overall atmosphere was a very relaxed and welcoming. The staff is very personable and helpful. Overall cleanliness was very good. The only thing I could remotely think to improve would be their Dinner Menu and that is just expanding it a little bit.

They are clean and friendly, however they are proud to offer 2 breakfast services for an extra cost. The buffet for 5.95 and all you get are carbs, cold pastries, fruit, or cereal. No proteins at all. To get a better meal with meats that are included in other hotels free meals you pay 9.95 more plus tip. Not impressive.

Third times staying in this Hilton property. Hotel in general is good; Breakfast staff are excellent and very attentive; Breakfast quality is very good. Afternoon shift Reception staff need better training in customer services and relations. During evening and weekends, front desk staff are generally relax and times no staff standing at the front counter.
