Nice large suites. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good everyday. It is hard to get into the hotel entrance because of traffic and it isn't easy to see but worth it once you get in. I would recommend this hotel.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a Hilton Property in a while. Checked in on Thursday for a two night stay and had three rooms in my party. We opted for the top floor, end of hallway for all rooms. The hotel appeared adequately kept but had a dirty smell when you walked in. My room was a very nice size, plenty of space to work. However, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Just in front of the sofa we found a small blue pill laying in plain sight. Turned out to be Benadryl ... Read more

Like most other Hampton Inns in that it was clean and had a standard Hampton breakfast. This property cannot be too far away from a remodel. Dark carpet, dark window curtains, one dark wall, and dark furniture make for a dark room. Not enough lighting to brighten it up. Close enough to eating places, but difficult to get in and out of due to a very busy road in front.

Excellent hotel.... clean, nice and comfortable. We will certainly stay here again! Restaurants and shopping stores all around hotel area. Great rate for excellent room. Breakfast staff went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with quality of service.

There must have been something wrong with the thermostat because we had it set to 65 and it was still warm in the room. If we had just the sheet on, it was a little cool when the air cut on but if we pulled up the coverlet, we would sweat. Made this aware at check out and Anil Patel (the manager on duty) just shrugged his shoulders. I also made him aware of us having to wait outside our room before we could enter. He shrugged his shoulders and said "Oh, well." He DID give us a $50 discount on o... Read more

This hotel was just perfect for access to the highways and interstate highway. There are many restaurants in the area and the location is quiet and away from the traffic. I will definitely return in the future as I have family and friends in the area.

My wife, son and his family (wife, son & daughter) stayed in the Hampton Inn in New Braunfels during our stay to attend my grand daughter's graduation. The staff was very professional and helpful and the facilities were excellent. This was not our first stay at this location, and we will definitely return. The breakfast was more than adequate, as usual.

We just stayed 1 night. Just a quick getaway with the family. Main attraction was the hot breakfast advertised that is served. No!! Biscuits and gravy was not good. I had oatmeal and it was not good! That was the only "hot" breakfast. The rest was your typical continental items. We had a room next to hollering screaming, cussing each other out neighbors. It was very awkward! Seemed trashy for the hotel as well... I was just dissatisfied altogether. $240 total for 1 night. We won't stay here agai... Read more

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and always come back because of the cleanliness, easy access, and excellent service from staff. Great breakfast offerings. Internet easy to access from room or hotel computer room. Snacks available in lobby. Extra pool towels too.

The hotel was nice and clean. Had coffee 24 hrs and the front desk was more than accommodating. It's backed off the interstate a little bit so there was not an excessive noise from the interstate. It's a great place to stay. The breakfast was good. Ham, eggs, bagel toppers, cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, and a couple of other things. It was a great place to stay.

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Schlitterbahn park. We loved the short drive from the hotel to the park. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Did wish for a little more room. The rooms are smaller then most hotels we have stayed at in the past but we made it work. The hot breakfast each morning was nice but wish there would have been a second waffle machine. Very poor value for your money. For $225 a night, what we received was pathetic. First off, its on a very busy street/highway. Not very appealing at all. Room - The beds were not comfortable, the walls were paper thin so we could hear people talking next door all night, and the air conditioner unit liked to make this pleasant cranking noise every 20 minutes, which made sleep a dream! Also, the refrigerator in the room did not work. Next up? Breakfast! Dry biscuits, watery flavorless gravy... Read more

I stayed at this location for 3 days and everyday the fire alarm went off. One time we had to evacuate the others just random at 2 Am in the morning. The wifi in my room was horrible constantly dropping the connection. I notified the front desk and they said no one else was complaining so I guess I just had to live with it. They didn't recognize me as Gold Member during check in.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel in June for business. In many ways a Hampton Inn is a Hampton Inn and this hotel is no different in layout or amenities. It offers the same features you see in all Hampton Inn and that is not a complaint as everything is done well. I am really liking Hilton's mobile app that allows you to check in and pick your room a day in advance. Asked for a non-smoking room and was given a handicap room that someone had been smoking in; a very strong odor. I then called the front desk and ask for a non smoking room and was quickly switched. So I showed up at 1:30 am, with my 5 & 7 year olds. The lady was very sweet when checking in. However the room was not clean at all. There were bugs and hair (yuck) on the bathroom floor, coins on the floor, and nasty oily fingerprints everywhere. I told the front desk and they acted shocked and said they would talk to house keeping the next day. Which, I mean, hand me a broom at least. I'd like not to step on bugs and hair, k thanks. Hotel is clean and far enough to back from main road to quite. But the only way in to property is hard to locate (currently) because there is construction ongoing. I'm betting once completed the place will look nice. I would park in the back to block the sun beating on the car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is marginal, fast food joints surround the property but walking is difficult and driving is hard due to only one driveway and traffic.
