The hotel was nice the bed was a little worn on the left side. Thermostat didn't control temp in the room very good. The lobby was very clean and the outside was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of items to choose from. The parking lot was well lit.

This Hampton Inn & Suites is clean, comfortable, and staffed with knowledgeable front desk personnel. The directions to the hotel on its website were exact and easy to understand. There was construction going in the street in front of the hotel at the time we were there (May 2016), which made turning into the driveway confusing. But hopefully that construction has been completed. We especially like that there were a couple of dining options that were in walking distance. ( We chose Church's F... Read more

Automated check in experience was right on! Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The property was exactly as expected from the brand. I wouldn't call it the best Hampton ever, but it was worth the price and we were not disappointed.

The staff at the front desk would not give me a reciept until morning. When morning came along the front desk said I would receive my receipt by email, even though one has not been provided. I demanded a tangible receipt. After, I described that an extra 20 dollars was charged to my account. Furthermore, I didn't get any sleep due to all the noise. People were slamming doors, jumping around, and being extremely loud between the hours of 3 am- 8am. To say the least, I did not enjoy my stay. I alw... Read more

The big plus here are the clean rooms and the divinely comfortable beds. My husband and I both slept so well on beds and pillows. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, and the coffee maker had a regular little coffee pot instead of individual pods...another plus. There was also a microwave and fridge in a really comfortably arranged room. However, there were no plugs in the lamps near the bed and that made it difficult to charge technology in use while relaxing on the bed. The outside doo... Read more

I have been coming to Nacadgoches every week for the last 2 years for a company overnight. I travel 3 hours to get to this location and really don't like being away from home. The hotel staff makes me feel extremely welcome and at home. My room is always ready for me and gives me complete comfort. I have stayed in many other hotels in this town but this one is by far the best.

We were in town for a family trip and looking or something a step or two above the hotels around the school and gave the Hampton Inn a shot. While not a Hilton or Garden Inn this property is at the high end for the Hampton brand. Had the mini suite with the grand-kids and it met our expectations. Breakfast is also a step above the brand with waffles, sausage, fruit and more.

We had no water. All staff could do was say they could not get a hold of the owner and that it was not their fault. Well, I don't really care whose "fault" it is, our baseball team of college men could not go to the restroom, get a drink of water or shower after being in 100+ temp all afternoon. Fact is we were charged FULL price, and told they would give us a call on Monday....No call. I rated this average as the stay for the most part was okay, the breakfast was okay, nothing amazing, but on checkout I noticed a ding in my hood and asked if they had surveillance video of the property, the manager just didn't seem very cooperative, and I chalked it up to I had to leave and I would just deal w/it on my own. Excellent Hampton Inn, probably the best one we've ever stayed. We won't stay in anything but Hampton Inn. The service was excellent, check-in was smooth, staff was awesome. The room was clean and very nice. Will definitely stay here again. The area and street into the Inn was a mess but that wasn't the Inn's fault.

We loved the hotel. The staff was great & the hotel was so clean. The complementary breakfast was pretty good as well. The location of the hotel was easy to find right off the highway, but a little difficult getting into it due to the construction traffic. Once the construction is done you should have no problems getting into the hotel.

We rely on reviews when selecting a hotel. This Hampton Inn was nice, clean, and has a sparkling swimming pool. The only negative I can say is the 'hot breakfast ' was not so hot. I have had much better hot breakfasts in other Hampton Inns.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms very clean and quiet so I got sufficient rest. The hotel is off an interstate highway but you don't hear the traffic. There are plenty of places to dine-in or take out, grocery stores and shopping malls are less than 6 miles away. I stayed there for business, two weeks and would use this hotel again if I'm ever in town.

Hampton Inn is absolutely one of the very nicest hotels in Nacogdoches. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the breakfast was more than adequate. Staff overall was friendly and helpful. There was road construction and traffic in front of the hotel but I heard none of it from the room.

I was put into a double handicap after I asked for a king, it was pretty clear there were other rooms available that were not sharing a wall with the elevator. As long as I kept the TV on, I could drown out the noise. the rooms were clean and the staff was freindly, just not accommodating. The highway noise was extremely loud but, it was 20 feet from the road as was every hotel in this area. It is what it is.

We really enjoy Hampton Inn & Suites as a rule. I love checking in early online and the hotel here gave us the room we wanted by an exit.
