Hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable and within walking distance from restaurants. It is easy access to the airport as well as downtown or the university. I would recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Lubbock on business or pleasure.

We stayed overnight on our way skiing in NM. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel appeared to be new. The location was great because it is within walking distance to several restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was good. It's right along the freeway so getting on the road the next day was easy. Overall, a very good place to spend the night. Hassle free.

Better than my last Lubbock hotel experience. However, it did seem a little dated with minimal amenities. Would like to see a deep clean and some updating. Complementary breakfast was good but needs some variety.

Stayed here during a trip to see the family for Christmas and was extremely pleased with how helpful and cheerful the staff were. Had 2 younger and 2 older children and needed adjoining rooms. Staff Member was able to guide me through the process on the app over the phone making it a much easier process overall. Will be staying here the next time we come to Lubbock to visit the family

Difficult parking, strange odor from the toilet, fire alarm at 5 AM. We arrived late, and just wanted to sleep so I did not alert the staff of the toilet. The false alarm at 5 AM was horrible, and I do not know the cause or the responsible party. We just left the hotel after that.

Hotel was small but, efficient. It was near our family and easy to commute back and forth. Our room was clean and neat. I was able to use my government ID for a small discount - every discount counts!

Hotel was relatively new. It was very clean and quiet. A decent breakfast was included. Logistics: We were not familiar with the Lubbock area, getting here was not real easy. No restaurants were close.
