We had a late arrival and early departure so didn't have a chance to experience much. However the bar staff were very nice, attentive, despite the crowd. And made good martini's! Room was very nice. Staff at check in and check out were great, efficient, and pleasant. Only downside is that we were there on a Sunday and breakfast starts late (7:30). During the week it is earlier. So we missed out.

The grandkids love the fish and being able to feed them. After over 8 hrs in the car it is a great stop over for all of us. The grandkids always ask to stay at this location and my wife and I enjoy the space so they can run and play with out concern. The pool helps them burn energy so they sleep well.

Room was basic, breakfast was good but one night stay at a cost of $230 in Lubbock is just crazy! Especially for a weeknight. I would have stayed elsewhere but this was the preferred hotel for my doctor. I was supposed to receive a discounted rate because this is a preferred hotel for the doctors office after procedures, but I was not given the rate, not even when asked. My friend received the rate a week prior so I was a little upset to have to pay $100 more for the one night stay.

When I inquired about the entrance closest to our room this person directed us to that entrance and met us there with a luggage dolly. The common areas were beautiful and well-maintained; the gym was fine. There is a restaurant (open evenings only) in the common area. But the room was tired and in need of refreshing; the bathroom was so old that it didn't feel clean. My view from the bedroom was of a brick wall. Breakfast had fewer choices than most (no waffles); their made-to-order breakfast was limited to omelets on both of the days I was there. Nice hotel, rooms are a little dated but they were clean. Beer was too expensive at the bar. I missed out on the complimentary evening beverages. Just stayed overnight during the week with my family for a doctors appointment away from home. I like this hotel, fourth time to stay here.

We had originally booked our room at the Hilton Garden, but for some reason our room was not available. The staff at the Hilton Garden transferred our reservation to the Embassy Suites. I was very concerned that this was going to be a HUGE mess, but the staff at both locations made this simple and easy. Our stay at the Embassy Suites was great and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We will stay here again the next time we're in Lubbock TX.

Do not stay anywhere else in Lubbock. This Embassy suites is the best place to stay and is close to everything. Over the years I have stayed at multiple locations but some were way overpriced for minimal customer service and others are new but already seem run down. Locals love this place so much they are always coming in to the bar area to watch games and mingle with guests. I promise you will enjoy your stay and your wallet will enjoy the great price as well.

This hotel was set up by the local individual hosting the meeting. I will say when I first arrived I was not impressed by what I saw until I stepped inside. This is a great place to stay. Staff is attentive and responsive, Rooms are great and the hotel is in good shape. Morning breakfast is a great plus!!

Stayed for work at Covenant Hosp. Got a room over the courtyard. Very quiet clean and comfy bed. Two room suites with wet bar and refrigerator and microwave. Hotel offers cook to order breakfast and free cocktails at manager reception in the evening. Atrium is very nice with waterfalls and Coy pond. About ten minutes from hospital and the have a shuttle to and from the airport. Nice stay

9 girls staying in 2 Suites for a weekend! FUN! We had 4 adult women and 5 teenagers. Friend and her daughter drove from Alberquerque, we drove from Dallas. It was a nice halfway meeting point. We even made a "Maniquin Challenge " video for fun. The suites were a nice size and we had 2 side-by-side. Can't wait to book our next trip! The inside pool was the selling point for me since we were there with 5 teens in November.

I had an elite status match from Hilton that matched my Platinum Marriott to a Diamond Hilton. So my wife, 1 year old son, and myself decided to have a our first Hilton experience at the Embassy Suites in Lubbock while visiting family. Upon arrival we utilized the door unlocked via the app. We got to room, opened the door and smelled the most potent smell of smoke I have ever smelled in a room. I instantly called the front desk and they stated that I could come to the desk and get a key for ... Read more

Love this hotel. We had a problem with some noisy guests above us, but they took care of it. I've stayed in Lubbock many times. Overall, this is my favorite Lubbock hotel. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is great!

Stayed here for 2 weeks for. Usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express on the south loop. This place was head and shoulders better. I stayed over the course of a home Texas Tech football game, so it was actually cheaper to stay here than the Holiday Inn Express. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, great happy hour at the bar, and the breakfast is actually worth eating (compared to Holiday Inn's "breakfast").

When I made reservations, I was assured one price. After receiving bill by email....price was entirely different from reservations. Had just had retinal detachment surgery and was not in a mood to argue.

Stayed here overnight for my wife's birthday just to get out of town for a bit. Had a great stay! The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. And they had a good mix of amenities. Just a little difficult to get in and out of, due to location.

We have stayed here for years. It's a great location and the rooms are always clean. I think the same furnishings and carpet have been here since 2000 so much needed updating and polish is rexommended. Quiet, clean rooms and great breakfast keep us coming back!

Clean, good location, friendly, excellent staff and great food. The restaurant was opened Thanksgiving evening. The young girl that cleaned our room was so friendly and sweet even though she was working on a holiday. Ideal for family gatherings.

I had no wi fi and front desk oersonnel was not willing to help to resolve the issue. This is very incovinient when you go on business trip, because this is a service that you count with. No willing to help was the worst part
