Really clean and very friendly staff. The free hot breakfast is WONDERFUL!! For you ladies the lighting in bathroom is great for makeup!!!! Nice pool and workout facility. You can even use a laundry room if needed. We will definitely stay at Hampton Inn for future trips.

Clean & Comfortable. This is a slightly older but not a worn Hampton. The breakfast was meatless, something we see more and more. They had Mexican omelets that my wife loved. I do not eat eggs so I like a slice or 2 of bacon or a sausage patty. The oatmeal was very good. Parking was convenient but there was a lack of handicap spaces.

Found that if I went before the second week of May that the room rate was just a little over one half of the summer rate. Real happy with that. Very satisfied with everything except the breakfast. Not as good as other Hampton's I where I have stayed.

Stayed due to hail damage on RV. Staff went up and beyond to help everyone be comfortable as they were handling property damage. We have stayed here before and will return again. The staff make the hotel great!

This is a very nice clean hotel. Lots of motorcycles in the parking lot so it must be an affordable location. Rooms were very nice and spacious, clean. Only stayed here for one night. There are several restaurants within walking distance, other service facilities very close to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff were very good. Wi Fi worked very good here.

Great handicapped rooms! Hot breakfast until 10 am, friendly staff, and an easy nine miles to Quiet Valley Ranch. Welcome home for us music fans who don't choose to camp. Breakfast was quite tasty if a bit unimaginative and rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable.

While not located within walking reasonable distance of main street, parking is not a problem when you go to the main shopping area. No complaints about the room, everything was just fine. The room rate was a bit higher than comparable hotels in nearby Fredericksburg. I checked in via the web so I was just handed a key when I gave my name and I really liked that feature. The breakfast was typical but without scrambled eggs. The paper plates were too small for the waffles, so the syrup will run r... Read more

This Hampton Inn is a relatively new hotel in the Kerrville area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there is a strong smoke smell that permeates the exercise room and makes it difficult for a non-smoker to exercise. The room rates fluctuate widely depending on demand which is disappointing for the consumer. The hot breakfast is good, but this non-smoker will not stay at this particular hotel again.

The Hampton Inn, Kerrville is very well located to explore the area as well as being conveniently located to the Interstate. Car parking is extensive and there are restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is well managed and maintained with friendly staff and an excellent free breakfast. The TV and Internet services are of a high standard.

I was not in the room most of the time I was there due to being there to visit family. I reported the problems the following morning before we checked out so they were aware of the issues. The room was clean, but the refrigerator made a continuous clicking noise that was so annoying I had to unplug it. The shower in the bathroom needed a lot of work. I felt like I was showering in a trailer. The adjustable messaging shower head did not work (you couldn't adjust it because it was broken) and... Read more

We stayed here because it was close to the university. It was pleasant and we were pleased with the free internet and breakfast. We would stay here again. We left a couple of items in our room and didn't realize for a day and a half, when we called we were informed our items were there and we made arrangements to have it sent to us. We got our stuff as promised.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. WiFi was fairly fast. Breakfast was very good. Most of these types of hotels have terrible fruit but this was great, yogurt and juice too so you're not forced to eat fatty foods. Dependable, fair-priced stay.

I was pleaseantly surprised when this property exceded my expectations. The hotel was modern and clean. The female who checked us is (I wish I could remember her name) was very welcoming and cheery. The hotel is very comfortable. Easy to get to. Staff is very good. Rooms appointed well. I would stay here again. Just bring your own food. Town is devoid of quality restaurants, mostly fast food. Which is odd considering how many hotels are in this town

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. We both got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good, with waffle maker, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and a selection of bread. We would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting relatives in Kerrville.

It's a good place but seems a little pricey for a 3 star hotel. But it's clean and comfortable. Most of the hotels in the area seem to charge around the same price though so I suppose it's just what you get in the area. If I was going to this area again I'd probably go here again.

It's fine! Handy to I-10, clean, good staff, breakfast is full and fresh. This location can only accommodate a MAX of 4-persons per room, i.e. no pull out sofas or roll-aways...only drawback we could see. Pool is nice, and plenty of nearby retail to make your stay easy. In Kerrville, the 'real town' is a short drive away. Give these guys a chance.

Great place to stay. It is just right off Hwy 10 and is only about 1 hour drive north of San Antonio. Great places to see, especially going to Fredicksburg, Texas which is a short 20 minute drive. This area is well known for their German Cuisine as well as for their wineries and shopping.

Very disappointed. The air conditioning was not on when we got to our room. It was 99 degrees outside and it took forever to cool down. No conditioner supplied in the bath, but fortunately I travel with my own amenities. The bed was comfortable. The comforter was too heavy. Breakfast was a joke. Watered down oatmeal, orange juice and no eggs, bacon or sausage. That is one of the reasons we stay at Hampton Inns is for a nice breakfast.

Check in was very fast. Very friendly front desk with helpful suggestions for dinner. The room was large with a whirlpool. Hampton Inn comfort at its best. The only reason this hotel doesn't get a higher rating is the shower is extremely small. The hotel is located just a couple blocks from Interstate 10. Will stay again on our next trip in the fall but will book a regular room with full size bath.

If you need a decent, clean place to stay in quaint Kerrville this is your place. Hampton Inn has consistently clean rooms. The beds are comfortable and pillows are soft, though small and the breakfast is acceptable. At least you get choices like eggs, bacon, fruit and assorted bread/pastry items. Definitely a good choice when coming to Kerrville!

We have stayed at a variety of hotels in Kerrville over the past 5 years and I have only given the YO Ranch a bad review. But This hotel was not worth the cost in my opinion. There are cheaper choices with a better stay in this area. Our air conditioner was loud which of course made it hard to sleep. It also did not cool the room down like it should have! The bed was ok but not really comfortable. I know most people bring bath products but on this trip I decided not to since they always have the... Read more

Simple online reservations, great online communication, and online check in, which worked out with an early check in. Our room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well manicured and lit. Our only issue is the king bed was not that comfortable, too firm. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.

but Hilton price. I only rated the value low because I think it was overpriced. Hampton Inns used to be the cleanest and best of the low cost hotels bu Hilton took over and now the greed is taking over. $145 for a Hampton in a one horse town...absurd. BUT it was clean and simple. I imagine the crappy Holiday Inn was the same price but less desirable.

Very courteous front desk staff and breakfast hostess. Room was very clean. Especially appreciated the size of bath and bed area. Much more affordable than Fredericksburg hotels. Pool was also clean and hostess brought second set of towels when a storm came up and blew ours in the pool! Will stay here again! Love the Hampton treatment.

Stayed here a couple of times this year and this is a very good Hamton. The staff is nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices are a bit limited, but tasted ok. The orange juice was very watered down, to the point it was not drinkable. You can make your own waffles and those are good.

I chose this hotel due to the points. The location is great, and the service by the staff was top notch. They were everything you'd want in a small town hospitality staff. The hotel itself is showing it's age a bit. I had a room that I'm sure was the last room available, as it had a wheelchair accessible shower. I'm sure they only rent this room when there are no others, to be sure that a guest that really needs this accommodation has it. It gave the bathroom an institutional feel, but oth... Read more

Everything Great and very quiet. This is the best place to stay in Kerrville, Texas. The staff was very friendly and the place was so clean; could not have asked for a motel or inn to be any better and for the price it is fantastic. Well lighted parking lot and you feel safe and secure here. Main entrance doors to lobby are not automatic opening, as at most modern Hampton Inns. Hotel is likely 15- 20 years old. Carpet and paint have been replaced since new, but not sure about anything else. Breakfast item variety and quality did not impress vs many other Hampton's. Our King Study room had a grab-bar in the shower, which was helpful. We would stay here again.

We stay at Hamptons frequently when we travel. This was kind of an average Hampton. The lady at the front desk was very helpful though. She recommended a great restaurant and helped us find a car was to clean the bugs off our car. The room was a little dated and had a jaccuzi tub in the bedroom. This was a little weird. It would have been fun if we weren't so old. Anyway. our stay was fine and we would stay here again.

The breakfast was not up to the usual Hamptonn Inn standards I would expect, however. The staff was friendly and the area is quiet. Overall, I would recommend.
