This Homewood Suites was wonderful They are immaculate and well designed. The room layout has great flow and a well stocked kitchen. 2 large screen TV, fireplace etc. The beds were very comfortable and the ventilation/ac/heat was perfect. Large bathroom. Well furnished and comfy. Fresh Breakfast with many choices, & 5-7pm beer, wine appetizers that were very tasty. They are a mile away from the University of Dallas. Easy access off & on the main road. There is an adorable little town right down... Read more

Very odd layout. I arrived late at night and there is no direct access to the rooms from the main lobby. You have to walk outside the hotel into a darkly lit tunnel to access the rooms. It did not feel safe. Rooms were in need of refurbishing- especially the rugs. My room had a bad odor in the kitchen. Also bugs in the room which I hate. There are so many nicer, safer, cleaner options in the Las Colinas area- I would choose anything but this!

As is the case with many properties in the Homewood brand, this has the bungalow floor plan. Bear this mind. In addition, much of greater Dallas has rolling hills. There's a definite incline from the rear of the property to breakfast in the lobby. As for the merits, the staff does a good job of keeping it up and running despite its age. If you want a fully functional suite with kitchen in the general vicinity of DFW Airport and the Las Colinas Country Club, this could serve you well on a busine... Read more

Previous experience with Homewood was good so we stayed at the one in Irving. It was OK, no real flaws, just seemed kind of cramped and dated. Room was clean, bed was OK. Air conditioning didnâ??t seem to keep up with the temperature and cycled really quickly. WiFi was good. Coffee was good. Breakfast was ok.

The room was really nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were two problems: 1. The hotel is laid out like an apartment complex, with lots of stairs. It makes getting large bags to and from the room very difficult. Some ramps would be nice. 2. There is NOTHING in the area. No shops, no restaurants, just office buildings.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice room we loved the layout and being able to close the bedroom door. Our son loved the Basketball court and pool. I wish they would have been able to have waffles at breakfast time, but on the plus side the coffee was really good. It was kinda confusing getting around. All in all a great stay and would definitely return.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE or any options regarding that. "Take a cab or Uber and good luck to you". Yeah, $35 later. No restaurant anywhere near the hotel, no bar, nothing. Evening social is okay, but not a real meal. I nearly starved. Pool was busted 4 out of the 5 days I was there. Nice pillows.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. Originally we had reservations for one night but we were staying in the city for two nights. We went to our first hotel and it was absolutely horrible. I called and asked if we could modify our reservations, Katie and Karla worked VERY hard to accommodate my family and I. Only hotel availble when our hotel in arlington overbooked. Pretty far from globe park so i wouldnt recommend this for that purpose. But anyhow, perfect size for 2 separate couples. Provided adequate privacy. Very clean. The room was a little confusing to get to a night but they may be bc our group had a few drinks at the Rangers game. Bfast was a little lacking but better than most hotel complimentary bfast. And staff kept refilling food despite it getting very close to the end of bfast time

I was traveling here with my family which includes a toddler and teen. While the staff wasn't rude they seemed very aloof and apathetic, which in my opinion can often be just as bad.
