Great location, very helpful staff; loved shuttle service, and good breakfast. Recommend this as good value for the money. Shuttle service would be helpful if you were getting to airport for flights, was also good for getting to DART station in order for ease in visiting other areas of city without parking or traffic worries.

We really enjoyed the fresh fruit for breakfast. Additionally, the staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was clean and fresh. I liked the digital check in which was helpful since we had a late arrival.

Except for the lack of helpfulness over the phone, the face to face assistance from staff was excellent. I had to leave before 6am on Sunday morning and was able to get a little breakfast food to take with me.

Very nice visit. Thursday night through Sunday. Very nice desk clerks. Great hot breakfast. Topped off with GREAT fresh fruit. Fresh blueberries and raspberries along with the mixed fresh fruit. Everything you can ask for. Even a to-go bag when I was running late. Great location just north of the ongoing Byron Nelson and a great steak house is right around the corner. Comfortable bed.

This hotel is very clean and contemporary. It is quite and the complimentary breakfast is awesome considering it is complimentary. The surrounding area has a lot of good restaurants to visit. The staff is very friendly and the front desk is very helpful and quick in assisting.

I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. I couldn't have experienced a better nights sleep or nicer accommodations at this price point. The location in Las Colinas was easily accessible and a bit off the beaten path of Dallas.

My family and I traveled with our mother-in-law to Dallas for a wedding. We were traveling with our three month old daughter, so we wanted to pick rooms that were next to each other but not too close to the lobby for fear that noise would wake her up. We were able to pick rooms online in advance, which we love. The rooms were clean and quiet. We also loved the hot breakfast. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was very professional, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely sta... Read more

I like staying at Hampton Inn because of the consistent service, cleanliness, and well stocked breakfast. This Hampton had the usual but the Cheese Omelets and Turkey Sausages is appreciated for those of us who avoid pork products. We will return!

Room was clean and spacious and nice to have fridge and microwave. Outside doors would not work with key cards and ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast.

The place is going under some renovations and even know my room wasn't done, the hallways and some other areas are looking great and once it's done it's going to be a nice looking place. The hotel is walking distance to about 5-8 fast food joints and a 5 min drive all kinds of restaurants. The airport is about 15 mins away.

The hotel needs updating, but it was comfortable and clean. The price was affordable. They may be remodeling, which is a good thing. It's in a good area, close to the Byron Nelson Classic tournament golf course. It's also close to shopping and the 114 freeway. The hotel has 4 floors. The gym was small. It had a stationary bike, an elliptical and treadmill. There were some weights. I couldn't figure out how to work the large TV, or it was broken. The gym was clean, but out if water, which ... While this site is being updated, the staff is doing a great job making it less obvious and trying to keep things in order. Rooms are great and I would readily recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be in the southern part of the Las Colinas area of Dallas. It is one of the better hotels in the area. Although the roads make it hard to get to, good eats are nearby also (Champs).

Looking for a reasonably priced hotel with easy access to all Dallas has to offer? Look no further! This hotel was clean, comfortable, and located within 15 minutes of all we wanted to do and see. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, which allowed us to have leftovers for lunch if we wanted or to store snacks. The breakfast had many options and was delicious. We enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay too! We will definitely stay here again!

I was here on business and found the staff helpful, the breakfast quite nice and the hotel very clean. I would stay again. I felt very safe in the area which was very upscale for the Dallas area. Renovations were going on at the time but we were never bothered by any noise from it and the workers were not in the way at all. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

I rely on Hampton to always give me a clean and functional room as I stay around the country. This site did not do that. The floor had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floor was not clean. The room had the loudest air conditioner I have ever experienced in a hotel room. Although disappointed in the location, where I have stayed numerous times without issues, Hampton is usually the best price for the money.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Although on the website it showed that they were doing remodeling, we never heard any noise or was never inconvenienced because of it. Breakfast was very delicious with scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, breads, yogurts, and one waffle iron. They definitely need another for when kids sports teams are in town. Lobby/dining area was nice to just sit and relax. I would stay here again.

First I'll say I'm a Hilton Rewards member for a reason. I stay at the Hampton because I've grown to expect consistent good service and a clean hotel. The Hampton Inn Dallas - Irving - Las Colinas had none of those attributes. The front desk manager on duty on Saturday the 16th at 3:00 PM when I arrived was indifferent at best. I've stayed here many times before. It was heavily under remodel last time I visited. This time, it was supposedly still under remodel but I didn't notice or hear any construction. I stayed on the 5th floor about halfway down the hall. The room was recently remodeled so the finishes were new and comfortable.
