Very convenient to get to from consolidated rental car location. Hotel is just outside south airport exit. Typical atrium at center design good front desk coverage. Good pool, exercise room and restaurant (good surf and turf) around $37. If you want less noise don't take 2nd floor rooms. Ample parking and good breakfast options.business center for printing boarding passes. Gas station near by along with a few fast food joints such as a 24 hour Whataburger. Embassy is known for its breakfast. For this hotel, it stops there. It's easily 20 years past due a renovation. Don't expect much from the rooms, you won't find it. They are big, but the furniture and condition are in bad need of an HGTV Hotel Crasher of some kind. Sorry Embassy, this property is stuck in the 90's.

I have stayed here several times and have loved it, however it is not the hotel it once was. This last trip the lack of service was very apparent. The room was not clean while away for the day and even then the bathroom was not cleaned. We had a 3AM fire alarm that kept us outside for 40 min with no communication from the hotel staff. The over all room itself was not clean and not what it has been in the past. I am not sure what has happened at this property, but I will be giving some other ho... Read more

Overall the property was good. The bedroom and living room had plenty of space. The bathroom was so tiny, it felt like a closet. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, Taking a warm shower left the entire room covered in moisture, the vanity was soaked! The free breakfast had multiple options and was good. I personally did not use the pool. I am not a fan of indoor pools. I wish there was an area to sunbathe. Staff was all very friendly.

Hotel is about 5 miles from the airport and offers shuttle service back and forth. I called for the shuttle and was told it would be 15-25 minutes. Actual time for the shuttle was 50 minutes, with the driver claiming that he was at the stop and that I wasn't there (so basically, he accused me of lying). I love the variety of items, even for picky eaters! The evening reception is nice as well! They even make Shirley Temples for the kiddos and have a few snacks! We were on a 3 day weekend spending a day in downtown Dallas and a day at the Cowboys Redzone games so we weren't sure as to what area to stay in since both event locations are opposite of each other. The location of this hotel is basic with not much surrounding it but it made a good halfway point for either direction, but be prepare... Read more

I guess I should have known with such a reasonable price, but with past very good experiences with Embassy Suites, I assumed the hotel would be nicer and thought the price may be lower because of low weekend demand around the airport (fewer business travelers). Good: Service, atrium appearance and breakfast. I was welcomed promptly and politely and my room was ready as requested. The atrium area is nice and attractive. The breakfast is very good. Lots of options. Bad: The room. The decor and c... Read more

Let me start this off by noting that I am a loyal Hhonors Hilton Diamond member and have been for many years. In all that time I can not recall an urge to post a negative review but my stay here was so unacceptable I just have to. I had the displeasure of staying a single night here on Sept 22nd prior to a flight the next morning. First, it took 3 phone calls and over an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to finally pick me up from the airport. My first call I was hung up on after 10 minutes ... Read more

Room decor is dated. Bathroom door has water damage to bottom and the facing was chewed up at the bottom. Breakfast was good. Room service was good and fast. Ice machine carpet was saturated with water.

Nice place. Nice lobby and Happy Hour. Close to DFW. Restaurant staff was courteous and helpful with an issue my child had with her meal. The chef prepared a new dish to her liking. Indoor pool and spa were refreshing.

Efficient handling of check-in and check-out, breakfast included, reasonably good wifi. Mostly business guests during the week and families during the weekend. Make sure to get an early breakfast at the weekend to avoid long queues.

I came at a very busy time with my company and the staff did not have any of our rooms ready for us so we had to wait about 3 hours and then when it was time to get our bags and check in staff was scrambling everywhere and was not very helpful and had a very rude vibe.

I like staying here when I am in the DFW area. Close to good restaurants, easy in and out, and I am alway treated well by the staff (can you do something about all the Cowboy fans haha). If youre in town for the game, apparently, this is the place to stay.

While this hotel is older, it is very beautiful and has an upscale feel about it and is just down right charming. The live plants and fish pond add to its appeal. The free full breakfast in the restaurant is delicious and cooked to order. I also placed an order through room service. The food was delivered within 30 minutes of my order and was very tasty and the presentation was great. I loved the suite also. It was extremely clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for four of my... Read more

Room was dirty, shower handle feel off on my son's foot. The "happy hour" was basically chips and salsa. I called the front desk to ask what channel the baseball game was on and the person answering said I don't know and hung up! When I went to check out two females were sitting chatting and not even approach the front desk to see if I needed help. The service was horrible! Don't do it!

This place had several business groups while I was there. They took really good care of our group and the food was good. Everyone liked the breakfast. We used the airport shuttle with no issues. I do have to say the rooms need to be updated.

The staff is freindly, but the place is old, run down, and in badly need of repair. The furniture in lobby is old and worn out, as well as the rooms. The elevator does not show the correct floor and makes it confuseing getting off at the right floor.

I am a HHilton member. I STRONGLY agree with other reviewers DO NOT DO THIS HOTEL. Looks can be deceiving from the outside. I honestly think the rooms are dark to hide the dirt, stains, and ROACHES. Had brfst in our room. When a ROACH crawled out from the plate. It was immed.reported to mngmnt. Mngmnt had NO IDEA how to handle situation. They offered a g. Cert to shut us up. Then two days later, we found another ROACH in the restroom. H.Hilton notified of our discuss n discontent with this hote... Read more

We stayed here September 9-12 in a standard king room. Front desk staff was professional and friendly, room was OK, parking lot was large enough, manager's reception was good, and breakfast was good. The bathroom was incredibly small and the fan in our room sounded like a loud engine. When we got into our room, it was too warm for our preference, so we went to turn down the thermostat a few degrees - it read 65, which it definitely wasn't. The room never cooled down regardless of what setting or... Read more

This hotel allows smoking and it shows. Of the three rooms I rejected, two smelled of tobacco. The other was at an icy 60 degrees Fahrenheit, all of the rooms apparently having been set at maximum cooling despite it being jacket weather in mid-November. The room I took was a frosty 65 degrees Fahrenheit and it was not until I had a space heater delivered that I was comfortable. The building is of 1980s vintage and it shows. Took an agonizing 45 minutes to get the two miles from DFW to the hot... Read more

The lobby is gorgeous & truly invites you to stay but do not be fooled!! The rooms are circa 1985, very dark with old furnishing. Someone haphazardly attempt to refurb the unit. The bathroom door had clearly been submerged in water for an extended period with 4" of paneling peeling from the bottom- yet painted over!! The closet contained a large box fan (yep, like the one Grandma bought from Kmart in the 80's). Room was freezing cold!! Internet was not available in my room- a key must have... Read more

Booked this hotel for a surprise birthday party for my 17 year old grand daughter and a couple of her friends. The hotel was great they allowed me to check in early so I could get the suite set up for the big surprise. We were on the 10th floor with a balcony. Room was very clean as the entire hotel was. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location near Walmart and other food locations. About 16 miles from AT&T stadium. Breakfast and internet were provided in room cost! Our stay was for the Raven vs Cowboys game on 20th. Our stay was for 2 days which we were allow a late check out on the 21st at 2pm. Worse thing I could say about this Embassy Suites the refrigerator and microwave were very small. Not the full kitchen with stove, larger refrigerator and pots and pans.

Good place to stay. Rate was very good.Breakfast was great and enjoy the mangers recpetion in the evening. Stay there for a Cowboys game. We took a uber but it would have been nice if yall had shuttel for the game. But I did like the fact that is was a good place to stay and you got a good rate even though you were not that close to the stadium. If I go to another Cowboys game I would stay here again!!
