One of the worst hotels I've stayed and then a very long time . Expired mayo that room service no air conditioning that worked no regulated water in the shower so scolding hot water to be expected shuttle service from the airport was difficult

this is an old hotel that has done a make over. we all know how nice those are. because they had a make over they think they can charge the prices of the new hotels around the airport. then, i make a hotel reservation where i can eat at the hotel, but they decide to close the restaurant / bar at 8:00. i just arrived at 8:00. who closes at 8:00

I plan an offsite event for our organization annually in Dallas. I started planning this trip 10 months prior. During those 10 months, I dealt with 4 different contacts (each one was a replacement to their predecessor that left). This in and of itself is not all that surprising. I've found that this industry has incredible turnover. Our contact we dealt with had been at the property for less than a month. She actually did a good job, the best she could with the property she had to work wit... Read more

Great staff, a very pleasurable stay and the beds are tremendous; super hotel. A lot of amenities including a shuttle that gives you easy access to the airport and conventions in the area. easy access in and out of area. Breakfast buffet is so good it will hurt you you'll eat so much.

Staff was friendly, courtesy service to the airport was excellent.. but not much else to say positive about this hotel. I was greeted and thanked for my Hilton Hhonors gold status at check-in, and given a room on the 7th floor (701). This turned out to be right next to the elevator, so there was some noise issue there. But by far the worst noise issue was the people next door in 703. The walls between rooms of this older hotel (probably built in the mid-seventies) are quite thin with apparently ... Read more

Doubletrees can be hit or miss. This one is a miss. Desperately in need of a renovation. Everything from lobby to bar to corridors and (especially) room is dated and not really up to brand standards. Other options nearby that are better maintained.

Was like going back to th 60's. Some of the towels in the room dirty. Bottle cap left on the floor when walked in room. Waiters in dining room not customer oriented. Looked like it was too much effort to get utensils when asked to borrow some for dinner.

Good location on the north side of DFW for catching a early morning flight. Staff was helpful & courteous upon check-in. However, the hotel itself is dated along with the rooms. The executive lounge is beyond average....Good for a quick one night in/out, but if I were traveling around the Dallas metro I would look elsewhere.

We stay in DoubleTree's all the time and we're upset to get to our room to find a non working TV, bathroom sink that constantly dripped and not enough bath towels for 3. The solution was the front desk offered to buy me a cup of coffee. We would have settled for a different room
