The hotel is located where you can get to downtown Houston, the stadium, the interstate and restaurants very quickly. The suites are very roomy and nice. You can get a suite with 1 king bed or 2 beds with a rollout sofa, Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and some dishes. There is a restaurant and a small room with snacks. The rooms are cleaned daily and the parking lot is well lighted. If there are complaints, (1)it would be the $11 fee for parking. Although the fee is lower ... Read more

The rooms are ok, but there's a construction next to the hotel that starts at 6 am. A big part of personnel is friendly and supportive, such as the nice lady in the restaurant: Maria, the bar atender, and some of the guys in reception. Most of them, but not all. There's this guy, Richard Palmisano, director of food and beverage whose manners leave much to be desired.

Our room was so dusty when we arrived and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Also there was some brown dried liquid running down the bathroom. The only reason I did not rate a 1 is due to they did comp our room after complaining. The front desk staff was horrible and rude. Also, you have to pay a ridiculous amount for parking.

This was a very tough visit but our room made the stay so much more comfortable. Thank you for meeting all our needs during our stay.

We have stayed here throughout 2016 due to medical issues that were being treated by doctors in Houston. Every hotel staff we have encountered from the transportation staff, restaurant staff and the desk staff have treated us with kindness, dignity, compassion and have been supportive throughout our trials. They have all been a blessing.

I have stayed three times at the Wyndham Houston-Medical Center Hotel & Suites. It is a convenient and safe ten minute walk to the Hospital where my husband has been going for surgeries and treatments. I have tried the single room, the single room with kitchenette and the suite (bedroom, kitchen/lounge). I got sucked into because of getting into the point system, and wanting something familiar when in a stressful situation. However: walls are thin and so every room seems to be noisy -- and if y... This is a very good hotel. It is so close to the Medical Center. The provided shuttles make it so easy to get around. I would stay here again.

We have to stay at this hotel a lot with our daughter so we can take her to a dr appointment. This hotel is walking distance from hospital or we can use the shuttle. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I had to have surgery at MD Anderson so I choose not to rent a car and stay close to the hospital. The people at the front desk were very nice and professional, but the best employees were the shuttle drivers. They were all full of personality and super helpful. I guess a lot of people that stay there are either patients or guests of patients at the hospital and they are just very kind to us. I highly recommend this place. It is worth the extra money.
