Stayed here as part of a quick trip to see an Astros game. The room was very clean and well laid out (the water closet is completely separated from the shower area, with two separate sinks. One of the smartest layouts I've ever seen at a property. Beds were comfy. Rooms were very nice, with a simple frosted glass divider separating the seating area from the beds. They have a shuttle to and from IAH every 30 minutes. Although, if you are in a rush during an off-peak time, they're willing to run... Read more

A one night stay-over between flights ... The room was georgous - 2 queens, separate toilet, mini office/lounge space. Average meals provided for dinner, eg sandwiches, wraps, burgers. But, Worth a short walk down the road for A la carte bistro menu at the similar prices. Continental breakfast was typically American - glad I bought my Vegemite to spread on English Muffins ... Staff were friendly and professional l.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel with very large rooms. Very Contemporary decor...Minutes from IAH...very friendly staff...large business area with couch, fridge, microwave. Two bathrooms. One with potty and small sink, one with vanity and walk in shower. Bar in the lobby. A nice well stocked snack bar area...Will definitely stay here for our next early morning flight.

Great hotel with nice updated rooms, very clean & presentable, friendly & helpful staff, very close to Houston/IAH airport, and good dining choices all around the location. The value is high, given such nice modern rooms, which aren't huge or extremely suite-like, but good enough to get the job done. Will definitely consider staying here again for future layover visits.

Had an amazing stay John was amazing came in late from flight, hotel was 5 mins away from airport. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean my stay was care free. Felt safe on property parking was great not to crowded was able to find parking space even though it was middle of the night. All the amenities looked clean and well kept. Wasn't able to use due to late check in, but I look forward to using them for my next stay.I highly recommend staying at this very clean and cozy property.

I stayed at Springhill for a week to attend a class for work. The rooms were very nice and recently remodeled. The staff were all great; Marlaine was immediately friendly and welcoming, and Andrea was very helpful with my questions and shipping a package. The only drawbacks were the lack of an onsite full restaurant (there is a bar with pub food in the evening), and the conference rooms were a little musty - if you are sensitive to that.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was welcoming and inviting. The room was more then I expected it to be. It was clean and quiet. We swam in the pool which was well maintained. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

This was our first stay at a Springhill Suite. We were very impressed with the hotel and rooms. Normally, we stay at the Fairfield Inn a bit further from IAH. Springhill Suite was a little more expensive but we feel it was worth it. Shuttle was there to pick us up within 10 minutes of our call. Check-in was immediate and friendly. During our stay, there were many school age children attending a basketball conference. The room we were assigned was next to a room with 4 loud kids so we retur... Read more

This hotel was great, and perfect for an overnight stay before our early morning flight. We got in late, and got up early, so we only used the beds for a matter of hours. But the biggest value was the park and stay. We were able to leave our car there for our entire vacation. They took us to the airport and picked us up. We would definitely stay here again when flying out of Houston. The staff was wonderful! Terry was awesome!!!

Stayed there for the weekend. Check in was great, the Operations Manager checked us in. She made us feel welcome. Property was nice, the airport or take off of the planes did not bother me. You can hear them just a little bit. I knew I was booking near an airport so I expected the noise. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. Bed was comfortable, showers had an extra knob for 2 sprayer that will hit your back which is nice. Again Operations Manager was great, I saw her through out my stay and she... Read more

I was stranded in Houston one night due to flight delays and found this gem on Expedia for a great price. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with a separate sitting area, great work space, and very comfortable bed. They are also very clean and the wifi was some of the fastest I have had in a hotel in a while. The toilet and shower are in different bathrooms, which I quite prefer. The staff was also very friendly and helped us find a decent local restaurant that wasn't too far away. Only co... Read more

Stayed here when we had an overnight layover when traveling to Cabo. The shuttle arrived promptly when we landed, and when we got tot the hotel we were treated by the friendly manager at check in. We had a spacious 2 queen suite with pullout that accommodates 5 easily. Great wifi, and loved having 2 separate bathrooms. Hotel was very clean, and breakfast was good. From what I saw in the little time I was there, I would defiantly stay again when flying through IAH.

Late, late night, stranded in Houston due to missed connection (as were many people). Went to one hotel that had no vacancy then was given the number to Springhill Suites. Spoke with John at the desk and was able to reserve the last room. Shuttle arrived within time frame. John was so courteous and helpful and a relief. We had no luggage, he was able to supply toiletries, toothbrush, etc. He informed us about the best time to catch the shuttle for the flight out the next day. The hotel is... Read more

We had an early flight so we booked a room so we could be at the airport early the next morning. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was excellent, They have an airport shuttle and you can leave your car there for $20/week. They picked us up at the airport shortly after we arrived. A very reasonable value for the room and overall an excellent experience.

Springhill suites- we stayed overnight at the Springhill suites due to the higher ratings that airport Marriot. We were not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed. One thing that sticks out were the pillows. They were the most comfortable non-feather pillows I have slept on while traveling. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus to the stay and we will be staying here again when our travels take us through Houston.

This was my first time to stay at any Springhill Suites by Marriott. I'm not here to bad mouth, but the beds were very hard which made for an agonizing sleep. I don't expect Ritz Carlton, but breakfast leaves much to be desired. And an expectation for the rooms to be tidy daily is a must. Its the attention to these type things that makes a stay comfortable for me.

We unexpectedly had an overnight stay at the Houston airport. We chose this Springhill Suites and we're not disappointed. The young man who drove the shuttle bus was very friendly. Andrea at the front desk was compassionate to our situation. We were pleased there was a restaurant with a limited menu and a bar in the lobby. The bartender/waitress was very busy, but very competent. There was a market in the lobby to purchase soda, beer, wine and snacks. The room was comfortable and the bed wa... Read more

Very nice and clean. Close to IAH. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable with a sitting room (separated with a desk and frosted glass). Bathroom is nice and the body jets in the shower were awsome. Pool could be cleaner and was very disappointed there was no jacuzzi/hot tub. Over all was it was pleasent.

I can't say enough about this hotel. I have travelled quite a bit and have stayed in 1 star hotel to 5 star hotels. For this visit we were looking for affordable and comfortable but nothing fancy. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a very spacious room with a great sitting area, couch and desk. Separate rooms for the bathroom and shower. I never eat the hotels free breakfast, but I happily ate here every morning. (The only down side was the AC was loud and continually turned on and off- bugge... Read more

We've stayed at this hotel when flying out of IAH and are always pleased with the convenience and friendliness of staff. I compare prices online and it's the overall best deal. They offer light meals, hot free breakfast and free shuttle to IAH.

My husband and I were here for our anniversary weekend. Very clean hotel, rooms & common areas as well as grounds. The saltwater pool was very relaxing. The room was spacious. I love that the shower and toilet were in separate spaces. If you are there to relax and don't have to get up early, close the shades and enjoy the almost soundproof nights sleep. If you are there for business, make sure you either leave the shades open a bit or get a wake up call as the beds are extremely comfortable. Th... Read more

On our stop over in Houston we stayed at the Springhill Suites in Houston. Pick up by airport shuttle was fast as was check in. Lobby was relative standard, rooms were good and nicely decorated. We specifically asked for a sofa bed for our daughter. When we entered the room, there was no bed We had to convert the sofa to a bed first and then with the linen provided had to make the sofabed on our own, not something you are looking for after a 10 hour flight. The breakfast had a large variety of... Read more

Stayed 2 night 3 days, free shuttle to the airport/hotel, hotel lobby was marvelous including great customer service. Gym was equipped with modern machines (has outside pool but I never used it) and room was good, with upgraded furniture and basic coffee maker, ref and microwave. It smells fresh, too, and has wired/wireless internet connection. My only negative comment is the hotel is situated far from restaurants and the only food source is the bar, but with no room service. I needed a hotel for a local 5k event at Southern Star Brewery. This hotel was perfect. The hotel was clean and a few local restaurants nearby for a bite to eat. The room was the modern style with a separate area for a living room and desk and separate shower and toilet. I could easily spend a couple of weeks here if needed for business. Only downer is the Houston traffic, try to avoid rush hour if you can!

The hotel is really clean, and staff is very professional and friendly. One star off is for separate toilet/shower arrangement that resembles late Soviet apartments. And why can't the door be locked when one is using the bathroom? Another issue is AC unit which is really loud, especially when turning on.

Our visit started with a call to be picked up at the airport. Whomever we spoke with in the phone gave us very clear directions what doors to go out of and where to stand to be picked up. Our driver's name was Junior. He was so kind!! He knew we were weary international travelers and made suggestions of places to eat at, we followed his advice and were not disappointed!! I cannot stress enough how kind he was to us. We then met a gentleman at the front desk whom I believe was named Nadeem (it wa... Read more
