Hotel is nice.Rooms are updated. The only complaint I have is the incidental charge. We stayed two days and was charged over what we paid for the room per night for incidentals. This was my first time at a Sheraton, we normally utilize Hilton or Marriott and we are never charged that much for incidentals. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

All rooms are large 2 room suites! Great value for the money. The location is terrific as you can walk to the Galleria shopping right from the hotel. I would recommend for tourists or business travelers.

Let me start by saying this is now my "Go to Hotel" in Houston. It was a superb experience. The suites are large, very well done and you can tell that there is good maintenance culture. The buffet breakfast is a good spread and you must try the omelette as they are so delightful. Service is quick and the people are friendly. My only negative will be the shower system in my room that doesn't turn off 100% and had this almost negligible drip...I am wired like that. It is also a walk from the Ga... Read more

Wonderful service and comfortable rooms. Had to extend our stay due to flooding and flight cancellation. Will at the front desk was fantastic in getting me set up with an additional night and taking care of us. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Houston. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurant food was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly fine hotel. No complaints. Room clean. Valet quick. May be a tad noisy for some but I don't mind. My room exceeded expectations had separate living area with frig, coffee maker, and couch. Bathroom was decently sized.

The hotel is nice looking. The reception was warm and genuine. Although Gold member, i was not upgraded - not a big deal. The room was large and very comfortable. It was quiet and provided a very nice night sleep. It is located "walking" distance (if weather permits, although they provide a shuttle) to The Galleria Mall. Although, if you are driving, this is a highly trafficked area. The parking is $19/day. One of those costs that are hard to find anywhere... It is a fairly good and comfortable ... Read more

Good stay, free Wi-Fi, pay parking, Room are big and descent. I liked my robe. Staff was awesome. Pool was nice. I didn't eat in the restaurant or bar. I went out to a nearby restaurant. Perfect stay. Overall, I recommend to stay here for a couple of nights.

Although I found the hotel rather pricey for a businessman (@$385 per night), I found the two room suite very much to my liking. The lobby bar is a good place to meet fellow business travelers for conversation.

On a short business trip to Houston I stayed here. As a Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG member) I have specified in my profile that I preferred a room high as possible and as far from traffic noise as possible. I'm a light sleeper and traffic noise will keep me awake. So imagine my displeasure when my room was on the 4th floor (of...16?) and virtually outside my window was the Houston I610 interstate highway. I should have immediately requested another room but I was exhausted from traveling a... Read more

Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The only 2 things that could have made our stay better is if the air would go lower than 65° and if the hotel parking wasn't so much. Other than that it's a great hotel.

A congenial welcome to the tremendous hospitality of the Houston business community. Right in the center of town, everything is right at hand, or just a short ride away. Leaving this hotel will be challenging, as the staff and rooms are first rate. With surprisingly first class treatment on arrival, to perfect baggage handling, smiles on every face you see, this is simply a great property, with excellent staff. Not the â??expectedâ?? good service, but something more. The staff have been aro... Read more

Very clean and expedient place to stay both for pleasure and business. Friendly staff and funny staff at check-inn, but somewhat indifferent and careless bartenders, unfortunately. That being said, our stay was overall very good

They charged me for parking when I didn't have a car. I did say I did not have a car at check-in. Accidents happen, understandable. Most hotels would simply remove the charge and be done with it. The lady at the front desk was openly hostile with me, asking me all these questions about why I was charged for parking and she said she would have to validate against her garage computer system in order to remove the charge. She was openly accusatory toward me. I stay over 200 nights a year in hotels ... Read more

This is my first time staying at the Sheraton Suites Houston Near the Galleria and a wonderful experience. The suite room is large with a separate bedroom. My room is facing the parking and pool, which is quiet. Contrary, room facing the I610 I was told was noisy. Overall, great front desk and nice room. The only negative feedback would be the expensive $19/night for parking. Sheraton Brookhollow is free parking, which is about 12 minutes drive from Sheraton Suites Houston Near the Galleri... Good location close to the galleria, rooms are all very large because they are suites. Nice staff and good value for the money. Since we are SPG members we got access to the free breakfast at the top of the hotel which was really nice.

Booked this hotel as part of SPG and also close to the galleria. Staff very pleasant at checkin. Hotel was a little dated however, in very good condition - room was also like this. I was in a king mini-suite which was well appointed. Only criticism was that the minibar was not stocked - not a biggie Was going to give this place an extra star however my breakfast didn't turn up and I was hungry. All good though Would stay again, staff made it a better then usual place.

Overall, a nice clean property located in a great part of Houston. Walking distance to the Galleria and plenty of great food and shopping. It's difficult to reach the hotel due to the one-way feeder roads, but otherwise the overall property is great. Check-in process was smooth, even though I had a trainee handle my check-in. Room was decently spacious, bathroom was clean, albeit a bit dated. Plenty of power ports to go around, and a decent view from the upper floors. Didn't check out the club ... Read more

Sheraton was a decent enough hotel in walking distance to the Galleria. PROS - Relatively cheaper than surrounding hotels. - Free WiFi. - Great customer service. - Nice, large suites. - Right off the interstate. CONS - Older property. - Terrible cleaning: tub was dirty, filter was left in coffee maker, there was a stain on the floor and there were gnats and a roach at the bar :-/ - Have to pay to self-park. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and particularly enjoyed the size of the room. Ho... Read more

i have stayed around 12 days in sheraton suites and the stay was average however i have to comment about their food, as the breakfast open buffet was very very poor and even the parking was very expensive however i have been parking myself not using the valley service
