Good choice for a quick overnight between flights. Overall very clean, comfortable, nearby reasonably priced places to eat and fast food places too. Good WiFi signal. Good value for the money. Complimentary airport shuttle was prompt, fast pickup and drop off, but does not operate 24/7. Breakfast was included, but choices were waffles, pastries and donuts, and cereals. Beverages coffee, tea, apple and orange juices. No yogurt or fruit. (But for the price, who can reasonably complain?)

I was forced into this hotel due to travel issues. I checked in and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Got to the room and was surprised that it had a fake wood floor not carpet! As per my usual routine, I tore the room apart looking for anything that crawled, bit or stung. Good to go and I was surprised at how clean the room was (not typical for Red Roofs) They do a good job here, Only real complaint is they need to fix the paper thin walls you can hear everything from you room and th... Due to a bad storm IAH, one of Houston's airports, closed for several hours. I missed my connecting flight, so I scrambled to find a hotel. Very little was still available. Thank goodness Red Roof Inn had a room for my sister and myself. They also came and picked us up in their shuttle. It took 30 minutes as only one shuttle was running between all the terminals and the hotel. The room was basic and the bed OK. Their shower was quite large and needed after a stressful day. Of course the... Read more

I have stayed at hundreds of Red Roof Inns, this one has to rate in the bottom 3. The pool was literally green with a oily slick on the surface. I had a person next door that had the TV so loud I could tell what channel was on and someone jumping from the bed to the floor constantly in the room above. I called the front desk and was told nothing could be done because she was the "only employee on duty and could not contact the room" Do yourself a favor find another location to stay unless you a... Normally stay at Country Inns And Suites next door. But this time decided to save 20 bucks or so and stay here. Won't do that again. RRI is showing its ag. Worn carpets, smelly bathrooms....just generally tatty around the edges. Breakfast is crap, no fresh fruit, just sugary cereal, white bread and waffles. When I asked where the tea bags were I was told "don't have any". Really.....in a breakfast room?? The biggest failure, is the complete lack of soundproofing. I was in 122....way down the ...
