My 5 day stay was OK. If I returned to Houston I wouldn't mind staying again but only if I couldn't find something better, because I feel it is the "Motel Six" of the Hilton chain. The TV reception was terrible, it kept skipping like a scratched or dirty DVD. I like to stay in a modestly priced hotel but I didn't expect noisy window air units like in a low-end mom & pop motel. The worst of my stay was while I was out for the day for business they cleaned the carpet without any prior warning. I w... Read more

Rooms, housekeeping and dining were all great. The front desk people seemed like I was an interruption both this visit and my visit in January. I won't stay again. Hiltons are typical for their lukewarm receptions. Will start accruing points with Marriott again as their service is bar none the best.

Our family stayed here over the weekend for a soccer tournament. Very clean rooms. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good location close to amenities and restaurants. Digital check-in was simple and expedited the process. We will most definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The staff shows a genuine willingness to help and create a great stay. The Hotel has everything you need and if you find something is lacking the staff will make it right. The gym is pretty small and could use an larger open space but other than that the stay was wonderful.

We were in Houston for a Lacrosse Tournament and stayed here. The experience was easy. There's not a lot to do in that particle area, but there are things close by. The hotel is a good value and was clean and again easy. The lobby has a small convenience area to purchase snacks and drinks. The hotel operates on limited staff, but it was fine for our stay.

We were displaced by flooding for three weeks and needed a place to call home. The suite was small but efficient and we were comfortable with my wife and two teenagers. Well maintained and surprisingly quiet. While we did hear some heavy step noise from above a night or two, we never heard any sound from neighboring rooms. Courteous staff were always friendly. Great home for three weeks!

Very clean hotel rooms and friendly, helpful service from staff! There is a complimentary social hour and buffet. They have a schedule of the "themed" dinner for each evening with complimentary beer and wine. Great breakfast in the mornings included making this hotel a wonderful place to stay.

My wife did not like the hotel because of the dingy smell in the room and then we went down to hotel pool and there was lots of hair in the pool. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast lady got on to my kids and said that they could not start until she got done....

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Room smelled like nicotine and this was supposed to be non-smoking. We were late checking in and we're just too tired to complain. We sprayed it to knock down the odor.

I arrived at the Homewood Suites today after being on the road since Sunday. I was warmly greeted by Scott Gonzales, the Assistant General Manager. He was not only helpful, but went out of his way to make sure that I had all of the accommodations I needed, including great recommendations on restaurants in the area. Nice clean property, even better staff. I will be back!

Rooms clean and modern. We felt safe and secure. Friendly staff was eager to assist us. We stayed in multiple locations on our trip and because of the service here, stayed at other Homewood Suites. Close to dining and shopping. Easy access from highway. I would stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this same hotel one year ago and reviewed it then. I was impressed with the value of the suite with a full fledged kitchen (with a LARGE refrigerator rather than an undercounter mini-fridge, microwave, real oven and even a dishwasher). The bedroom is separated from the living area by a full door so two people can share the room even if they don't sleep at the same time, without disturbing one another. The room that we got this time was basically the same. This time I was on the 4th ... Read more

My husband and I visit Cypress often and we always stay here. The first thing I look at when I get into the room is the bathroom and shower, then I pull back the bedding to ensure the sheets don't look dingy or have stains. A quick survey of the carpet and tables for finger print marks that may not have dusted. Each visit the room clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is also good.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and this was one of the worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced. I placed a simple request to receive a Do Not Disturb sign. After 4 calls to the front desk and 2 hours later, the sign was finally delivered to my room. Later after returning to my room at the end of the day, another Do Not Disturb sign was placed in my room, which meant they totally disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign that was on the door. Our room was adequate except with hairdryer caught on fire and I had to wait 30 mins for another with wet hair Then I left behind a couple of makeup bags and glasses and by the time I called back they could not be found. Makes me wonder about the housekeeping staff and the thieves they hire and expose to our belongings. The hotel staff not very helpful when I called back to inquire about my missing items

We found this hotel online and read amazing reviews. We needed something with breakfast and 2 queen beds. And Inwood Suites delivered. We were surprised that they also had a complimentary dinner/social. This means 2 meals per day. That helped save a ton of money. We stayed one night, then decidedo to stay for 7 moreally days. Stayed there several times during the last years. Prices can vary quite much, depending whether an Oil & Gas fair is ongoing or not. Please remember that this hotel is located far from Houston downtown. Rooms are big and if I am not mistaken most of them equipped with a kitchenette. No special fancy standard but up to date and very clean. Typical American breakfast is served, being a European, it unfortunately lacks most we are used to, but it is OK. I enjoyed my stay. Was there visiting family. Great value. Happy hour nice plus with soup and salad and just enough to tie you over until dinner or could serve as light dinner. I was a bit disappointed with breakfast waffles, scrambled eggs (lumpy) and bacon (limp), but variety (boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, bagels, cold cereal) gave great alternatives.

Great location only thing is Construction going on and due to rainy night the Parking Lot flooded. The Staff was very professional and paid attention to details. I was there the weekend so didn't get to enjoy evening meals, so can't comment on that. The breakfast was good, however it could have changed up a little more. Choices like biscuits with gravy, sausage patties with biscuits, even grits.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and they appear ti have recently upgraded much of the interior. It is missing the 5th star from me because of a few of the small things: the bananas in the morning were all very green, too green to eat; the shower door on my room was problematic as it didn't slide very well at all. I will consider staying here on my next business trip.
