after long 10 hours drive ur was nice to see two nice lady work at night with smile on there face. Rooms was very large,nice and clean. Outdoor pool area looks very nice. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Helpful housekeeping and catering staff. Great food. My room was close to elevators so it was loud at times. Free wifi for members. Business center isn't very private- it's in an open area near the bar. Good fitness facility. Location is near several chain restaurants.

I like this location because of its proximity to Beltway 8 and the airport. Check-in was great (I'm a Gold member, so I was expedited while others had to wait). The complimentary breakfast on the Executive Floor was incredible! But I had to request an upgrade and late check-out. This should be automatic for Gold members. I know it is the Diamond, but Gold is only one tier down. It's the least you guys can do. Otherwise, I had a good stay.

So I turned 50 and decided to have my party at Club Summers in Southwest Houston...a group of 12 flew in from well as friends from GA, NC, CA & NV...we picked the Hilton Westchase as our Hotel...and we're glad we did...central to everything and close to great eating spots.

We came to this hotel for a weekend activity. We were pleasantly greeted by the desk attendant who was very helpful and informative. The room was great. It was clean and very functional. I have stayed in hotels literally 1000s of times. This was one of the best for quality, price and service. I highly recommend it.

Hhonors members should be identified and credited at time of check in. This way it is not a 2 step process. Also most people forget to request their points. Make the system to alert the front desk individual of hhonors members and this should be part of the check in process

Beautiful hotel, great rooms-really comfy bed, great location-easy to get to highways, Galleria Mall, etc, loved that the have free parking! Restaurant and bar downstairs look great, but didn't get to enjoy them, almost ordered room service breakfast because it sounded great, but again, didn't. I'd definitely stay here again when in Houston.

We ended up getting a hotel last minute and with a 3 am checkin. It went smoothly, the staff was extremely helpful and made a horrible travel day end well. We were given transportation the next day to get a rental car and housekeeping was able to help, even in the middle of the night. Friendly staff and great rooms.

I was greeted and treated well on arrival. I received a room upgrade to a suite. The room appeared nice, but the air condition did not work and the room was unbelievably hot. I contacted front desk for an engineer and no one came. I endured the first night and asked on my way out in the morning that they have someone take a look. Excellent...we used suite; attending daughter's graduation from Residency program for MD...received family as guests, all were impressed with suite quality, and Penthouse accomodations; while bathroom was somewhat small, living area excellent with great floor to ceiling windows and panaramic view of city; a/c was comfortable; food and service was good; staff was polite, helpful, no complaints.

Shower wouldn't turn on. Wouldn't accept client's CC info with Security card noted in his email since CC was in transit. Required FAX of Pre-Authorization for to prevent fraud (supposedly?). Even though one can charge on-line immediately for all other business and other transactions/purchases.

One can always count on a good experience at any Hilton. Our stay at the Westchase in Houston lived up to what we expected. Service is always outstanding and the accommodations are very good. Can't beat the price for a stay at the "executive level."

This hotel was ok. The Houston weather in June is brutal and it there was no air conditioning on the elevators. There was no refrigerator in the room, therefore I had to drink room temperature water, which I am not a fan of. The ice machine was near my room and it was very noisy most of the night. Also, the last staff member I encountered was rude and did not want to give me a receipt. There was no breakfast. I would recommend another hotel in the area..there are plenty to choose from.

Older hotel still very convenient and comfortable. Rio Rancho restaurant attached and excellent food. Really a good value and easily drivable to the Galleria. Beautiful structure. Help very polite and efficient. It was difficult to find at night. As the entrance faces the side street. Need to put a visible sign on Westheimer.

Very nice got a great deal! Didn't like that they charged me a $50 deposit for incidentals....however it will be given back to me....never heard of that...took a few minutes to get someone to change out feather linens but once they came up....Mimi in housekeeping was so sweet and apologetic for them taking so long. Nice room comfy bed and quiet hallways. Very pretty room, bathroom could have been a bit bigger but overall very nice. Would stay again.

Great hotel. We were upgraded to a beautiful 1 bedroom suite. We had a nice view of trees swaying. I like how the room windows are kind of angled. The concierge room had a very nice breakfast and evening reception. It had beautiful views with lots of windows. And the added plus of a late evening dessert was a neat event i hadn't seen elsewhere.

The hotel and staff need an update. Rooms are mediocre. Hallways smelled. Staff was not knowledgeable. Hotel had a great deal, thus why we stayed there but next time I will stay at the Marriott across the street and pay a little more.

It seems as though there are more rooms than parking spaces. Parking is terrible but that's the only complaint I have. The room was great! Oversized, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Great location as well!

i have been at many hilton houston location. What i love about this location rooms are clean, staff are very professional and most important very quiet with a very very good bed and the curtains can block sun light during day to have that extra hour of sleep in the dark :-)..... my experience is based on executive floor and i love the executive lounge for breakfast..

Good hotel for the price. You may need to stay on personnel for attention to detail. If you get a room with a sofa bed, be sure to request linen. For some reason, they don't have it available in the room. conditioning wasn't great, room remained humid for entire stay.

At check-in, the counter staff welcomed us with "Do you have enough money on your credit card to cover your reservation? instead of a "Hi, Welcome to ..." We had a phone in our room (209) that did not work properly. The receiver was broken and we could not dial out unless we placed it on speakerphone. Very nice mid range Hilton property. We located on BriarCrest between Richmond and Westheimer Rd. in West Houston, near the Beltway 8. The Rio Ranch Restaurant is located in the hotel complex- air conditioned walkway connecting the two. It is a very good Texas style restaurant with good service.

I stayed at the Hilton Houston Westchase in Houston for six weeks in June and July of 2016. The interior of the lobby looks new when you walk in and the staff is very accommodating to help you get checked in. The rooms are the standard Hilton fare with a good amount of space in the king rooms. The bathrooms are nice but small. The bath door swings within a few inches of the toilet. Yesterday was a very nice man in the Lounge named Bob and this morning there was a girl named Sarah that i thought had been working here for years. The room was nice and clean. Location is super close to many restaurants including Outback which is a walking distance. The AC unit was very loud and not very efficient, I was too tired to report it then and go through the hassle of moving all my belonging to another room. An excellent Hilton hotel. Easy access to Loop 8 and IH 10. The hotel itself is reflective of modern day Houston and has very modern architecture (steel and glass). The connected restaurant reflects the more rustic side of Texas with wood and field stone architecture. The food is excellent and the bar is exceptional with a wide variety of scotches, whiskies, and special beverages.

We have finally arrived at our final destination, waiting for the movers to catch up with us. Wish we could have spent more than 5 hours here, but that was our short night's stay. Our room was huge! We plan to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Our first choice (Marriott down the road) didn't have room for us and we were glad to save the money and stay in such a great room, if only for a few hours.

The Hilton Digital Key is worth a star all by itself. Seriously, there's nothing greater than being able to park, grab my bags, get in the elevator, and immediately enter my room without having to deal with the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel every year to attend a conference for the last few years. The staff is always very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and the conference areas and ballrooms are nice. The exercise area is nice with ellipticals, treadmills, and weights. The food they cater is decent. My biggest issue with the hotel is that it is always SO humid. Houston is humid but the inside of the hotel seems worse than outside.

The two staff I met during my check in where horrible people. And unwelcoming .no smile no conversation my wife even to talk to them about the Olympic they were not interested. I stay at Hilton Hotels at least 40-50 nights a year. Some are great, others not so much. The Hilton Westchase (Houston, TX) falls into the latter. I had to take a cold shower Sunday morning. (I've read other reviewers have said the same thing.). I get the impression they turn the boilers off on the weekends when they have very few guests. I am extremely disappointed with my 2 weeks of stay. I am on a long term project in Houston and a frequent traveler with a Diamond status with Hilton. The first week i arrived i found a cockroach in my side table on check-in. On informing the front desk staff about it the next day, she exclaimed 'Sometimes even they are necessary'. Allison and Kieron at the front desk were wonderful. They took great care of us during our two night stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. In today's times, most hotels are equipped to meet our needs. So to me, the staff is what makes the difference. The hotel staff at this hot in far exceed any other hotel!! Only here for one night but so far everything has been great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great views from the PH Club. I did not use any of the amenities but everything seemed clean and well cared for. I ate dinner at the Rio Ranch next door which is part of the hotel but a short walk across the parking lot. The room was nice, clean, and met my needs. The shower/tub was a little dated and subpar to the rest of the room. Over I would recommend.

The location was within 5 miles of the event we were attending. The location was easy to find and easy to exit to Main Street. The staff were helpful and cheerful. This is a Hilton Hotel in the WestChase area of Houston. It is only several miles from the GALLERIA mall. There are a great many restaurants in the local area. The Hotel itself has a great restaurant call the Rio Ranch. The hotel staff are excellent.

I just loved this Hilton. The staff was great, and I got a wonderful room, which I am very grateful for. My room was updated, large, very quiet and comfortable. I ordered room service which was excellent, and the server was dressed up as a cowboy which was fun. This stay was just perfect, wonderful and I couldn't have found a better hotel. Amazing staff - friendly and genuinely caring. The group at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and well outfitted. Room attendants always kept the room spotless. Great place to stay.

Very clean! The breakfast bar was superb! Omelet bar and everything was hot and fresh on the buffet. Room was big and clean. AC was very cold. Bathroom was a little small. Only downside was there was no refrigerator in the room.

Great place to go. Customer service was top notch. The pool was not as clean as I thought it should be, but its okay. Clean room. Fast check in and check out. Digital key was awesome. I didn't have to worry about forgetting my key card. I always bring my cellphone with me. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location,beautiful decor, clean rooms and lobby. The entire hotel staff that we came in contact with from the front desk to the bellman was extremely helpful and professional. We also had dinner at the Rio Ranch the smoked salmon and grilled chicken was delicious.

This Hilton is not worthy of the Hilton name. From the moment I walked past hoodlums loitering in the parking lot into the lobby full of intoxicated ghetto dwellers, it was obvious this was not the type Hilton quality I have come to expect. If you want a very nice hotel property, an excellent room, with good restaurants nearby then this is the place. All of those are met in spades. If you want accomodating staff who care about their clientel, respond to requets for assistance, and act like they care about anything other than a paycheck then this is not the hotel for you. Staff take the hotel from a "10" to a "3". I'll stay at ANY other hotel property before I darken the doorway of this property again.

This hotel greeted you with a smile and was very kind. The rooms were very nice and neat, I would recommend a view of the pool v/s a room with a view of the parking lot. This hotel offered after hours menu however it was very small selection, luckily there are several restaurants that deliver late night that were around. I travel to this area often and this hotel is at a good location for business travelers. It's located close to several well known restaurants of all price ranges. The rooms are clean but they are dark, the mattresses are comfortable but the pillows are not, and some rooms I've stayed in are quiet and others are noisy. Terrific location. Near galleria, Sam Houson Tollway, restaurants and more. The pool is outside and lovely with tables and vine covered arbor. We were booked for 8 nights - 2 on business and the rest personal. We did not arrive until mid nite the first night and the hotel was already full so they put us in a hotel about 15 min. Away. The staff was very apologetic and we had a rental car so other than Getting to bed late and being tired in the morning we managed to get a nights sleep. I always enjoy my stay at the Hilton Westchase when I am visiting Houston. The venue is conveniently located near my office building. Also, there are many local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is always pleasant. I really enjoy the executive lounge and the fitness center.

Stayed in a executive room and was not worth the money I paid. 1) The A/C had to set it at 64 degrees for it to cool off the room, 2) No microwave in the room, 3) The piano bar in the lobby was closed (On a Friday night?), the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was completely dead...there was no nightlife at all. Nicely located and quiet location, lots of food options within walking distance in a safe area. Wonderful views and pleasant staff. Would definitely stay at this property again. Pool area is relaxing, lobby is nice and fitness area is what you would expect. Didn't eat at Rio Ranch so nothing to review.

Enjoyed this refuge in the Houston Westchase area as it felt like a home away from home. The peaceful lobby allows privacy everywhere in the lobby to use the internet, have a drink or a private meeting. The overnight rooms have very comfortable beds. Staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you with friendly service day and night.

Guest services major screw up and cost me 70.00 more for a ride to the airport. Not a business friendly hotel no coffee or continental in lobby area Restaurant on property average at best -and pillows are terrible.

Hilton brand raises great expectations. The hotel is great, the rooms are nice and the location is good, but doesn't go the extra mile. Restaurant service at night is poor, there is no local rentar car, and a few things that make life easier and pleases the guests.

I have not been to this part of Houston for many year. I was impressed with the hotel's amenities. Beautiful pool though I did not have an opportunity to swim. Checked in on the Executive Floor so I was able to enjoy the breakfast which was similar to others. The Rio Ranch restaurant connected to the hotel was very convenient and had excellent food. I stayed here 14 days during my business trip. the room is clean and staff are very respectful and polite. The location is good, close to Galleria and many restaurants and also 10 min drive to Memorial shopping mall and city center. if I would travel private I may not chose this hotel because of the price but for sure for business I would chose this Hotel again.

Good stay and very clean. Great location in Houston. Restaurants, gas stations, shopping and the interstate were very convenient . I would definitely stay again. I attended an event at the Arena Houston and the proximity was very close. I wanted to stay at a safe area hotel. The parking lot was full so when I parked and took out my luggage it was a far walk from the parking lot to the hotel. Security does ride around the parking lot at night and during the day so I was very pleased about that.

Great hotel staff. Especially Roselby Zelaya. Nice,clean rooms. The fillet in your restaurant was one of the best ever. Good location. Everything seems to be on Westheimer. There were 2 tour buses at your hotel and your staff took care of them in a timely manor - not always an easy task.

Given few choices for the Hilton brand in Westchase area of Houston, this hotel is conveniently located. Staff is friendly. Hotel is old, and could use a make-over. Woke up all four mornings with the worst backache ever. I guess beds are worn out.

I reserved a stay for 11/19-11/20 at the wetschase branch. Upon checking in I was told that the room I chose through my app was changed because I guest over booked. I booked a penthouse room. I was given another room that had a very loud and disturbing AC unit on the same flood. I think walked back down to the lobby and asked for another room. The staff was very welcoming and I felt I could ask them for any assistance. The room was spacious and there was a chair and ottoman which you don't see everywhere. I prefer to sit in a chair and not just a desk chair. The staff at the bar was very attentive.

I was surprisingly impressed with the value of this property. Great location near the highway and many restaurants nearby. There is room service and a bar. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Front desk device was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
