We've actually stayed at this location before, and the experience and hotel was so nice we had to come back again. Our second stay was much more pleasurable than our first, and nothing was wrong with our first stay, except we didn't get to stay long enough to even enjoy the amenities..this stay we enjoyed the workout center, the early morning breakfast, we walked around the area checking out the local shops and restaurants nearby, very intriguing. We had an extraordinary time, and the weather... Read more

The valet parking is a disaster. It took up to :45 to get our vehicle. The parking garage was closed The hotel is very tired and the buffet breakfast is not up to a Hilton Standard. With the exception of one man, the Honors lounge employees were very unconcerned about our visit. Our bath room was a reminder of a Motel 6. Exposed towel bar and toilet paper bars exposed and just painted over mounting screws.

Stayed for 3 nights on business. Everything as expected from a business hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Facilities fine. Room very large. Room service prompt and tasty. Bar staff great. Hotel is not the newest out there but this is a very good hotel that charges reasonable rates. Recommended.

As I've stated in the survey, vallet team and supervisors were extremely rude, the young lady at the front desk gave me incorrect information twice, I was without lights in restroom for the first night of my stay, and there was human waste on the bedding of 1 of the beds upon arrival.

This is a typical well cared for Hilton hotel. The room was good sized, clean, with a good finish level. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a business area but there are a few restaurants in the area to which you can walk. The staff was friendly. The only problem encountered on the faucet and hot water in the tub/shower. The water faucet was extraordinarily hard to turn on. My wife called me to turn it on for her because it was so difficult. The other problem was that the ... Read more

I was there for my nephew graduation in Hoiston, Texas. The hotel was nice. Being a Team Member of the hotel it was nice to stay there. I wish the hotel has self parking but they only had valet parking which is owned by a third party company and not the hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. House Keeping was really nice especially Ms. Laticia! She was wonderful. The front desk manager was great and corrected my reservation.

Nice hotel still. The garage is being renovated so valet only was available. The room was nice n comfy with a usable balcony. Bed was comfy and clean however shower water was cold. Took 15 minutes to get warm. No fridge and no microwave. But still nice.

We attended a wedding reception at this hotel and it was perfect. We spent the entire afternoon here after the ceremony and it was fine for the kids( & we weren't spending the night, but totally would have if we didn't have a friend's place to stay at).

I stayed at the Hilton Post Oak for a conference at the nearby hotel. This is an upscale hotel, with a beautiful lobby and modern furnishings in the room. The location is terrific, with ample food offerings within easy walking distance. The price for the Hilton was only $10 more than the nearby Hampton, Doubletree, and Homewood Suites, so I must have been visiting during a slow period (summer in Houston, ugh). The positives - the hotel lobby is beautiful and the pool is decent. Room service was good. Free Shuttle to Galleria mall was a plus. Negatives: Room had a dirty cup behind the bed that never got cleaned even after notifying room service and the front desk. Room needs upgrades/fixes. Bathroom door does not close - it needs to be sanded and made level. Outlet in bathroom does not work, so you will have to blow dry your hair in the living area or kitchen area. Upon arrival we were checked in to an executive king room on the top floor. The room was advertised to have movies on demand and an ottoman, which had neither. A lot of the TV channels had nothing but static for sound. Other than that, the bed was comfy and shower was nice as well as the balcony view. When we went to the pool at about 5 pm for a relaxing dip, there was a large crowd of college kids with music blaring. This hotel is remarkably sub-par. The staff has an extremely poor attitude. It is clear the workers don't want to be there, have no pride in the hotel (understandably so), and do not care about customer service. The rooms were not clean, the walls are paper thin (there was a baseball team staying at this hotel, and we could literally hear everything until they went to bed at 4 am--which included their 2 am romances), and the valet is slow.
