Great stay. Clean room. Awesome staff. Easy check-in and checkout. The only thing lacking is a continental breakfast. However they did have fresh coffee. The shuttle took me everywhere I wanted to go.

I was here 2 weeks ago and once before back in Sept 2015 and always been a great experience. Lobby is bright and welcoming. Staff is helpful, friendly and breakfast buffet is good. Room and bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable but pillows are too soft for me but other than that, I have no complain. The pool is small but is very clean and my kiddos always have a good time. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Houston.

Stayed here over the weekend on a family trip to visit our son. Clean hotel, very nice. Got upgraded to a suite. Front desk staff was very helpful. Friendly staff. Chef had us try something new while we were at the bar and it was very good. Breakfast is excellent. As this is mainly a business location weekend rates are impossible to beat for such a nice place.

Very comfortable hotel with great rooms and great staff. Gym needs some upgrading and repairs but did not detract from a very good 2 week stay. Location is good although I10 traffic is awful although possibly due to recent floods.

Exactly what you expect, which is nice when traveling Pool is small but nice. Beds great, wifi very good although you did have to log in every afternoon They do serve dinner as well as the breakfast buffet. Room was good size for our 5 day stay Probably more of a business spot but great weekend rates.

We utilized the HGI Energy Corridor location for both the hotel, and a good location to conduct interviews for our new employees. The conference room was perfect and very professional for our needs. The staff was great and took care of everything. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Even though they are close to the Katy Freeway, you could not hear anything from your room. I would highly recommend this location for both a nice hotel, and for business needs.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Energy Corridor for 2 weeks and got to know the hotel and employees pretty well. Everything was great: the desk staff was friendly and made us feel at home; the restaurant food was very good and the service excellent. There is a small bar with several TV's available for watching news and sports. The chef cooks good food and the waiters and waitresses are friendly and professional. Great location, quiet, clean and friendly staff. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. The room is clean, spacious. And also there was a voucher for a complementary drink in the bar downstairs. It's close to freeway, but not on the side of the freeway, that make it more quiet.

My stay began with fecal matter in my toilet upon check-in. The restaurant ran out of many food and drink options during our stay. It seems as though nightly they ran out of something new. To add to the food woes food was delivered improperly cooked, our steak was over cooked which was replaced by an undercooked steak, the outside was burnt but the inside was for the most part raw. On another night I ordered the quesadilla which came out looking excellent, the first bite told another story. I... Read more

This hotel was my home away from home this year. The staff at the hotel are top notch and the hotel is great. The staff here are very friendly, very helpful and all are great people. Working in Houston this year was made really special by the good people at this hotel. They all knew me by my name and treated me exceptionally well. I consider them all my friends. Overall we have had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This morning we had an experience worth writing this review. My boyfriend and I woke up later than expected and when we went downstairs to have breakfast we missed the breakfast time. I had a quick night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Overall, it was a very good night stay. I didn't use any of the amenities so I can't comment about that. Location - there is a lot within a short driving distance but not much around it. Fyi, It looks like they are building some other Hotels and/or Apartment buildings right around the corner. I spent about a week in this hotel and was a great time. It is well located with clean rooms. The price was not great (US$172 per night) and didn´t include breakfast (US$11), but the wifi was free of charge. The staff was great and their services are very good. The rooms´ decoration were old fashioned, but they were very well equipped (microwave, coffee machine, small fridge, iron and safe to keep our belongs). I recommend this hotel.

Did not totally meet the usual high quality of most Hilton Garden Inns when it comes to quality. There was a blood stain on one of the pillow cases and only one coffee creamer packet for two people in the room. Other than those two somewhat minor flaws, just your typical Houston quality hotel.

When my Boss informed me that this is where she liked to stay in Houston, I happily agreed to also stay here. Long story short, I would not stay here again. A few things to be aware of: The continental breakfast as advertised is NOT free...It's $12.99. My next disappointment was the awful Garden Sleep system bed. It was the most uncomfortable mattress I've slept on in my life. And that means a comparison against Motel 6. You're in bad shape if your hotel bed is not as comfortable as any of... Read more

HGI are always a consistent stay. You know what you are getting when you book a stay. However it's time the company takes a look at their bedding. Stay is always professional which I like. Workout room could use a revamp instead of being a left over space converted into a workout room.

Clean, smoke free, nice décor, full restaurant breakfast is $12 but worth it, pool required more chlorine but it could be because it was off season. They offer free taxi trips within a 5 mile radius. The cabs are ripping the hotel off (meter says 10 they charge 20). The place was clean and safe and close to area attractions. I would recommend and if I return, I will stay here.
