I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel! We were treated as members of the family the entire time we were there. We arrived really early on the first day of our stay and we were exhausted. the front desk staff went above and beyond and got us a room! The room was clean, smelled fresh, and comfortably appointed. The air conditioner....awesome! The breakfast was delicious and our room was kept clean every day. This hotel is right outside of the airport so there were times when planes flew ov... Read more

Friendly staff, clean facility and great breakfast! This hotel has complimentary Internet and hotel shuttle. If you need to depart before 4:30am they will arrange a cab for you. This location is perfect for any airport access. The beds are so comfy too!

Arrived early from driving in 3-1/2 hours away. Was able to get into my room early which was much appreciated since I needed to change for a 1:00pm meeting in lobby. Location was great for my purpose of meetings I held at hotel.

After an 18-hour flight, the Hilton Garden Inn was a wonderful place to get a comfortable room for sleep. The breakfast at the hotel in the morning was delicious, and the service was great! The staff at the hotel was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The beds have a huge sinkhole in the center. There was no hot water when we woke up to take a shower. There was urine on our toilet when we arrived. The clerk promised a bill credit that she was not authorized to give.

Hilton Gardens Inns are always a great place to stay for business or personal. Very clean, safe and comfortable. Great having restaurant and bar on premise. You can always find something good to eat at the restaurant and they have extended hours which is really nice!

This is a basic hotel which can meet your needs of catching some sleep close to the airport. Nothing special about this property. I would probably check out another property next time I am in the area.

All the amenities of HGI. Clean room at a fair price. Plenty of parking and convenient for getting to the beltway and I-45. Breakfast was a step below most HGI but acceptable. Staff was very friendly the couple of times I interacted with them. Fitness center had free weights and a couple of machines.

When my husband and I arrived at the Houston International Airport, we called Hilton Garden Inn for shuttle pickup. We went to the area in which they instructed us to wait. After waiting for 35 minutes and seeing shuttles from other hotels pass through a couple of times, I called to confirm our request and make sure we where in the correct waiting area. I was told the shuttle would come shortly. After another 15 minutes I called again and was told they were on the way. After another 10 minutes, ... Read more

Hotel was clean...hallway and room smelled funny....water was brown so I just used bottle water to wash off and wash face. No real restaurants around and even though we got there right at 10pm the food service would not allow us to place an order. I ended up eating cheese and crackers, an Airhead, and a Sprite for dinner. All in all I wouldn't stay here again just because of the whole brown water thing. Plus I couldn't add my Hhonors number to the reservation since the airline paid for it...not ... Read more

I have stayed at a few hotels close to IAH, and this one is a good choice. Clean, and very convenient. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the terminals, and they pick you up on request. There is some plane noise late at night, as you would expect this close to the airport. The pleasant surprise for me was to find a really good veggie burger on the menu, so I rate this place very highly for vegetarians, our anyone who wants to eat healthy.

I just stayed one night to catch an early flight the next day. This is a very worn out HGI that has seen many better days. They hallway and room had a strange smell. My bed had a crater in the middle that I couldn't keep from falling into. What I will say, is that every hotel staff I encountered was very friendly. That is the only thing going for this hotel. Stay at the Doubletree across the street.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of IAH the next morning and are Hilton Honors members. The check in went well and front desk personnel were very friendly. The lobby is nicely decorated, but the rooms were small and on the shabby side. One of the two queen beds squeaked horribly every time one of us shifted positions. We never could get the AC adjusted comfortably. When it was on it was too cold and then when it cut off and the fan ran alone it was too hot. A miserable night's s... Read more

Food was absolutely horrible. Beds were uncomfortable. Air condition worked so so. Then we get to the shuttle service. The front desk will tell you first come first serve every half hour. What they don't tell you is flight personnel come first. What makes them any different than the paying customer. An entire shuttle bus was already loaded when the flight crew came out. The flight crew complained thus causing the shuttle driver to make every one on the shuttle bus get off. When the occupants... Read more

Staff was great, very friendly and the real embodiment of southern hospitality. The breakfast is a little pricey if you are not an HHoners member, but that is standard. Complaints: The dinner menu was not great and the food not very good. I had ended up eating the spinach salad which was probably the hardest thing to screw up. The TV channel line up was not top quality, but the TV worked and the remote worked.

We stayed on an overnight through Houston. Waited an hour and a half for the shuttle...called the hotel after waiting 30 minutes, were told it was on the way...waited another 30 minutes and were told that they would send it now...shuttle arrived 30 minutes after that. You can't book the shuttle in the morning, it is first come first serve. There was a line of very irate people waiting when we came out at 7am, said they had been waiting since 6am.

We had a two night stay and really enjoyed it. The room was nice and the food at the restaurant was really good. Our waitress Angie was awesome. She made some great reccomandations on food. The room was clean and the service was excellent. Although we were 30 minutes from Minute Maid the drive was not that bad. We would stay there again for sure.

I have stayed at this Hilton Garden inn at IAH, many time and the front desk is always helpful and ready to help, one in particular is Ms. Ethale who always greets you with a cheerful smile! Being a Diamond member for years my only concern has been with their adjustable beds, seem to be broken, not as much at this hotel but others!

Usually I rely on Garden Inns to provide a great breakfast. In this case, it was hit or miss on our three mornings. The first morning was awful in terms of selection and quality. The next two days were better but I still ended up with a stomach ache later in the morning (and I have a tough tummy). Disappointing in general except for the fact that they offered soymilk!

My husband and I visited Houston for a family reunion. We stayed in a room on the second floor. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view of the pool. The staff and restaurant was nice. I enjoyed the bar. It has a trendy and welcoming lobby and I spent quite a bit of time there with family. We did not need the shuttle as we drove so we have no feedback about that. I had a very early morning flight the next day and this hotel is right down the street from the rental car return so it made it very easy in the morning to return the car and make my flight. The hotel itself, while a typical HGI, was showing some signs of wear and tear and could possible need a refresh. I had dinner in the restaurant the night I checked in. We were comped by United for a missed connection so arrived late at night and left early in the morning. We didn't have time to try the restaurant either for dinner or for breakfast, which doesn't open until 6 or 6:30 in the morning. We had to take the free shuttle at 5:30 for an early morning flight. I'm flying out on an 8A flight from a business trip to Houston and decided to stay close to the hotel. Now most "airport" hotels are dismal places. There's no joy in the atmosphere. This hotel isn't an exception. The rooms are in need of a refresh. The hotel itself seems a bit tired. Reasonably comfortable beds (typical hard "adjustable" beds that don't really adjust their firmness all that well. Kind of stuffy, not sparkling clean. Very good hotel, up to par with other similar Hilton properties. The adjustable beds are extremely comfortable. The fitness center is barely acceptable; up to 50 lb dumbells, one bench, and a couple of treadmills. I wish more places would get kettlebells, and a pullup bar would be a nice addition to this one.

This is very close to airport and offers shuttle service and you can park your car for the duration of the flight. We used this service, only paying $4.95 a day and they dropped us off and picked us up from the airport in a van much nicer than the "big parking lots". They were helpful, friendly and courteous and the van driver the same. The hotel is clean and seemed very much on par with all of the other Garden Inns I have stayed at.

Having been sent to the Garden Inn by United, I arrived as a very disgruntled traveler. I was met by Jason, who was not only delightful, helpful and patient; but able to talk me into a much better mood. I found the room to be exceptionally clean; and while not luxurious, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever found in any hotel. The shuttle drivers were curteous as well.
