The stay was great. I needed to get away and get some work done and this was a great place to do it. Taka, the breakfast person made great omelettes Tues through Fri morning and she was really sweet. Hotel wad quiet so I was able to get lots done. It was close to restaurants an shopping. I'd definitely recommend.

My first room smelled like urine, which I verified by smelling the carpet. My second room had bugs in it...gross but not as big of a deal. And the shower did not work, which was inconvenient in the morning.

Unhappy with the cleanliness of hotel. Staff was friendly however bathrooms were very dirty, with mildew inside the tub. Floors were sticky and rooms smelled of mildew. The breakfast was good, and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was not as secure as I would like, doors from the outside were always unlocked, where it should have taken a key card to gain access. Some of the rooms our family stayed in had problems with pest, and air conditioning units not working prop... Read more

The rooms need to be Refreshed, the sitting/relaxing chair should have been taken out months, if not years ago. The stuffing was coming out on the arm rest. The ergonomic chair at thee work station in the room "wasn't" - meaning - it was NOT a chair that anyone would sit in and work! The AC could not be set below 65 - that is too high/hot to sleep. I was not asked at check out -"were you completely satisfied". I will stay at the Hilton Garden next time

The hotel was Ok. I have stayed at many Hilton properties. The staff was great, however, the bath tub had mildew stains. The pool was fine, the hot tube paint was peeling. I was stuck in Houston over night due to a cancelled flight. Many hotels were already sold out, to I picked the closest hotel I could find. Like I said, staff was great, property was just Ok.

The best part of the stay was the service of Ms. Taka - she was excellent in all areas - service, value, and cleaniness of kitchen. She was helpful and such a pleasure to be around during breakfest. The food was fresh, tastey, and neatly presented.

Hampton Inn's always deliver on service. This particular trip, however was unusual in that the room had an odor to it that was not evident in the hall or another room that we visited. The breakfast was as expected from our previous stays, but we were offered a fresh omelette on Friday morning that was cooked for us by a staff member and it was very good.

Vehicle break-in, no action taken by hotel and security guard non responsive. Hotel management was disrespectful and has no regard for patron safety or security. General manager did not return multiple calls. I filed a complaint with HHONORS and no response from anyone.

This is a newer hotel, and is nice. I would recommend to anyone in business. The rates are below $100/ night. The staff is amazing, and will be back on my next return visit to the Houston area. Rooms are nice size, and have plenty of space. Good for families.

Worst GM ever! Andrea Rodriquez. (I think that is her name) Unprofessional, rude and not management quality, especially in the hospitality field. The housekeeping staff are friendly and work hard, the 2 ladies at the breakfast bar are professional, friendly and engaging to the guest. The first GM Brian that I dealt with when we first got there was GREAT! However, I will never stay there again due to the manager. She also manages the Hilton next door. In fact, I will never stay at another Hil... Read more

I don't expect too much when staying at Hampton's, the lowest of the Hilton chains. I did expect more than this however. Especially when priced at the same nightly rate as the BRAND NEW Garden Inn across the parking lot. The lobby looks good, and common areas are maintained well but it's a different story in the rooms. I went through 3 rooms and threatened to go next door over a smell in every room given. There's a musty odor, like a mix of mold/tobacco/age maybe. It was repulsive in the first... Read more

The hotel is nice on the outside and in the lobby however, the rooms can use some upgrading and the hotel in general has a musty/old smell to it. The staff is extremely helpful and the beds are comfortable.

It is a nice place. The price is good and it's always pleasant. The people at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. I just really like it there. The location is perfect for where I work when I'm there. It is easy to get to and is only about 20 minutes from the airport. It's quite easy to skip the toll roads as well.

Somewhat of a Bittersweet experience. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are efficiency rooms (with small kitchens). Front desk staff is the best I have ever come across - at any hotel. Very helpful, friendly, welcoming, hard working. The bitter part is that my room was not cleaned until after 5:30 pm every night while I was in my room. Awkward. Not sure what was going on there.

Nice place to stay except for the stale odor that pervades the lobby and the room. Nice staff. Good bed. Good location. But something needs to be done about the smell. Because of this, I can't recommend it to anyone, unless you have no sense of smell.

We stayed one night at this hotel to attend a function outside of Houston. The reservation was very easy to make on line. This was easy to get to and easy to get out of. We had lots of choices for places to eat. Clean and comfortable hotel with great staff.

This is the best Hampton Inn as far as I am concerned. They have special touches that go a long way with me. Hotel and rooms are clean. Hot Breakfast was good and the Pool and Exercise room were awesome and clean. Very Elegant. Worth every dollar spend here. Loved it.

I travel alot and I have to say this hotel offers amazing customer service you're automatically greeted with smiles and eagerness to get you settled in, the complementary breakfast is not just your grab and go... the "all smiles and bright" young lady in the kitchen makes omelets, french toast, oatmeal and of course the usual waffles and extras are available.... She has come out and greeted everyone and asked how everyone is doing... the rooms are large and very clean! I would highly recommend t... Read more

This hotel is on the outer perimeter of I-45, which puts one outside the Houston traffice and the Toll fees, closer to my home of Arlington TX. The Rooms are clean, the staff, friendly and helpful. This is my new personal location for my visits to Houston.

Staff helpful; breakfast okay, sometimes hot food in burner too long making it dry. Selected property based on close proximity to hotel. Setup of the meeting room was incomplete - we had to tape down cables when other properties of same size completed this labor intensive task for us.

Used towel in the bathroom and food left over in the refrigerator. Otherwise the room was beautiful , staff was friendly. If location is clean would be great. Just check the room very thoroughly on check in.
