Had a quick one-day trip to Houston and client booked me here. Excellent staff assistance from the moment I set foot inside. Room was very large for a king. Bathroom was much larger than average (I've stayed in Manhattan hotel rooms that were smaller) with Ferragamo amenities and a shower head with pressure that would make a firefighter envious. The gym was very large and clean. The restaurant and bar were expensive (as expected at a hotel of this caliber), but there are plenty other dining opti... Read more

Right for the beginning, the staff was very attentive. The entire staff was perfectly hospitable and attentive. The restaurant food was very very good, and worth the visit regardless of the weather outside. The room was well appointed and quiet, and the Italian toiletries were a nice touch. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Houston.

The Four Seasons Hotel Houston is a great place to stay when visiting Houston. The staff at the perfectly located downtown hotel is excellent. Having stayed at the hotel many times previously, I was greeted with a warm ‚??welcome back‚?? by the attendants in the motor lobby of the hotel and the reception desk. The hotel restaurant has improved dramatically with a new chef, making it a great place to eat if one does‚??t have the time or desire to venture to other Houston eateries. As part of th... Read more

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Houston as it was the host hotel for our conference and was very impressed. This was my first Four Seasons experience and it was stellar! After a long day of travel, the valet escorted me upstairs to check in and I was greeted with a glass of champagne. Impressive! The conference team was amazing and anything my group needed was delivered; the organizing committee kept commenting on how incredible the AV and technical support team was in accommodating all ou... I recently stayed at this hotel while at a conference. I was completely blown away..from the room, the customer service, the conference food. Unbelievable! They were undergoing some extensive renovations while I was there and it was seamless. I had no idea until I was told. Kudos to an excellent stay and conference venue!

The hotel did a fabulous job in hosting our daughter's wedding reception. The ballroom looked great, the food was terrific and the service was first-rate. The hotel staff went out of their way to make the entire event a memorable experience for our daughter and new son-in-law. All of our guests were impressed with the event. This location lived up the to the "Four Seasons" reputation for quality and service.

Recently friends of ours treated us for a night stay and it's a great local for folks visiting downtown Houston. Service was also fabulous and we were quite impressed with their pool area as they did their best to make it look tropical being in the middle of the city.

We live in College Station, Texas and decided to stay the weekend in Houston to have a fun weekend for the kids...(Zoo, Aquarium, Museum...etc.) We did the "Houston with kids" package. Our daughter was very excited about the surprise waiting for her in the room....that always makes a trip easier!! Overall, we had fantastic service. The restaurant was fantastic, so was our waitress. I arrived late and, Ramon, the night auditor on that Thursday night checked me in very swiftly and told me about the hotel and Wi-Fi access. I was in my room in less than 5 minutes. The room was very spacious and had 2 robes and 2 pairs of slippers available to use if I wanted. The closet even had an umbrella, in case it rained. The staff is very friendly and helpful but our stay was not as pleasant as we hoped especially for paying 500.00 per night. We were not told they were under construction till we arrived. I could hardly hear the lady talking as we checked in. I immediately asked her what the noise was coming from and she explained about the renovations. Room & hotel excellent, but departure was a nightmare. A Car detailing charged to our account that wasn't ours and our valet rental car was given to someone else apparently 24 hrs before we went down & checked out. We were told that our parking fee was going to be waived since our car was missing, but that never happened. The detailing charge was credited though. Long story short, they found our rental car and we finally made our flight. Not a good experience though.

This was my first stay at a Four Seasons, and I was blown away. Others who frequent five star hotels may have come to expect this level of service, but if you haven't already been spoiled rotten, prepare to be so. Little things like addressing you by name the minute you drive up, or offering to bring forgotten items from the car to the room, really makes you wonder if these people can read your mind. They say the Four Seasons, which does not own property, nor strive to have a unified arc... Read more

The hotel is beautiful, first class, conveniently located with comfortable, beautiful rooms, toiletries, linen, decor - just like I would expect from Four Seasons. I had a fare problem with a vendor (private car service) and the hotel took full control of the situation and remedied it immediately. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff were exceptional. Food was very good. Will return next time I'm in Houston.

Every time I am a guest in this hotel, I am treated with heart felt generosity by a kind and professional staff who remembers me from visit to visit. I feel at home in their hotel - - they make me feel like a part of their family. On top of the amazing guest experience, the hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The registration is on the third floor which was perfect since the restaurant/bar was there and the bridge to the Park Shops so you never have to walk outside!
