I had a very late check in at Four Points and the staff was very polite and helpful. Wellington, at the front desk, is the best! Rooms are nice and spacious as well. Only draw back is no free breakfast, but it's not really a problem because the hotel is surrounded by restaurants. I would stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our visit to Houston. The staff were so friendly and willing to help as needed. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the rooms very comfortable. I enjoyed the bottles of water provided each day. The hotel encourages recycling and has onsite parking for $10 per night. It was centrally located to the Museum District, restaurants and Minute Maid Park! We would stay here again if visiting the Houston area!

it's one of those times in your travel when you are forced to write a review while you are still in the hotel. booked 2 rooms BUT you get one on 9th floor and one on 5th floor. we are sold out they say. No problem I say. But a broken hand phone instrument takes two days to replace, and the day it's replaced... Your room does not get cleaned or made up. So keep reminding people around you. no way close to the four points level I had seen around the world. dimly lit rooms and a poor (flooding... Read more

Stayed on the 8th floor and never heard a sound. Room was clean and adequate. The personnel of this place makes the stay totally above average. First night I asked where to go nearby for late night meal. Asked why I did not used the Pub. I turned around and went for it. Earl was the sole person doing it all. His service and attitude blew us away, and the food was way above average. Salvadore was equally attentive and cheerful at breakfast and made great omelettes for us. Nice guy. Second night ... We stayed at the Sheraton Greenway one night. The Hotel is in need of a lot of TLC -- torn carpets, trash by the back entrance, general maintenance needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, this is a property we would visit again as it seemed like they were in the beginning of some improvements. The hotel was an excellent value as the price was very low for Houston.

I am a patient at the hospital so I come to Houston often. This was my most relaxing trip. Everyone was helpful and courteous at the front and the housekeeping staff was polite when they came in. Lera and Earl were great at the bar/restaurant, the burger Lorde made was top 5 I have ever eaten. The shuttle to the hospital was very helpful as well. There is always a choice and you need to choose Four Point.

So I am stuck in Houston for work and sitting in the bar knocking out some work. The only guy working is Earl and he is great, making jokes, keeping the drinks full etc. So I am hungry and he recommends the wings (normally not a fan) and I order some Sweet Chili wings.....OFF THE DAMN CHAIN. Lorde in the kitchen came out and BS'ed with me a bit to make sure everything was good. I hate traveling for my job, but if I am coming back to Houston, if Earl and Lorde aren't here I will be pissed....... Read more

The shuttle service was remarkable ... thanks to Nicki. She was on time and didn't complain even when having to drive during a severe thunder storm. Keeva was polite and considerate and Earl was the best bartender in Houston. I travel a lot and I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels but the customer service offered here was the BEST hands down (... Stayed here on a whim and I could not have been happier. The overall service was great and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. At the restaurant/bar I met Earl, who was working the majority of my stay. The man does an impeccable job making everyone feel at home. The food was delicious and the beer selection was amazing considering it was a hotel bar. If you like craft beer, this place has got you covered!

This is conveniently located not far from the Medical Center and Galleria areas. The property could use an update. The lobby and restaurant area are fine but the rooms need it the most. The paint, wallpaper and furnishings should all be redone. The best thing about this place is the staff. My elderly father got home without his suitcase which had his checkbook in it. After contacting the hotel and working Ms. Imparo, we were assured they would personally take it to Federal Express and send it. A... Read more

We have stayed in this hotel for the last three years when we came to Houston. Service is getting better each time and the conditions of the rooma are good. For a late dinner, we often enjoyed the bar/restaurant for its convenience and good food and beers. We like the ribeye steak and the BBQ wings. The steak is flavorful, well grilled and juicy. Our compliment to Braxton in the kitchen and Earl at the bar for the good food and friendly service.

We stayed here during a Rice University event and the location is quite good for that purpose. The hotel is dated and somewhat creepy and sort of rusty and not entirely clean.
