Over the course of time and many stays, I could see how various things could be said and even exaggerated based on a dissapointing experience. However, THIS property ACTUALLY doesnt want certain classes of people to be their customers. As you can see in the picture included in this review, the construction vehicle of 2 axles (pickup truck) is completely parked within a parking space offered to guests of the hotel. However, I was duly informed by this property, pursuant to management, that alth... Read more

We had a terrible experience in this Hampton Inn. The staff was rude and the bathroom was not cleaned properly as we found a used towel and the coffee maker filled with old, cold coffee. We stay in Hiltons all the time and this is the first time we had a bad experience.

Shopping near by at outlet mall was a surprise as well. We liked it enough to stop over on our way back through. Rooms were a little worn but clean and comfortable. Nice, helpful staff as well. We'll be back next year on our trip back to Texas!

I have stayed here before and it is a very quiet place far enough away from the highway noise to get a great night of rest. The rooms are very clean but could benefit from the addition of a refrigerator and a microwave. I will be back though.

I have never been to a hotel where they pack your breakfast to go!! That is amazing! I needed 2 baby cribs and they provided them quickly! Hotel is close to everything you need. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were spacious. This is a great great hotel.

The hotel itself is a great hotel! Great Staff and the beds are awesome. Very quit rooms too. LOVE the breakfast that they offer. Now the access to the hotel is unsatisfactory and that is putting it lightly. No signage near the access road to actually tell you where to turn to get to the hotel and the road itself is in disrepair. I thought I actually lost a tire in the HUGE whole as you first turn off the access road that leads up to the hotel itself, and I was driving a big 4WD Pickup!!!

Great room, staff, complimentary breakfast, good fresh coffee in the morning, very clean room. The hotel overall was clean and the lobby/breakfast layout was perfect. This hotel was a little gem and I would stay there anytime I am traveling between Dallas and Houston. 5 stars!

We found the staff here lovely and helpful, no complaints there. The facility itself had some issues. The third floor elevator lobby roof must have leaked at some point because the ceiling tiles were sagging, wallpaper peeling and a great deal of black mold was growing on the wall. Floorboards and walls in the hallway were dingy and scuffed, one elevator lurched so badly it scared the daylights out of us and the other did not seem to be operational. Just a general atmosphere of poor maintena... Read more

Hotel was good overall. The staff was friendly. I used the fitness facilities and was pleased with them. Breakfast was typical, no complaints but certainly not wonderful. My only issue was how dim my room was. I turned on all available lamps and it was still too dark.

Room air conditioning was less than adequate. The room and breakfast were adequate. Price was very good. would only recommend it for a short stay in the town while passing through the area. Hotel needs a make over. Is kind of noisy being right next to the interstate. Not the best place place to stay but it was cheap
