Good location, near airport and downtown Grapevine. Customer Service was wonderful. Our morning waiter, I believe his name is Norman, was funny & very friendly and made our breakfast experience enjoyable.

Our toilet was broken and we told the front desk expecting to be compensated for the inconvenience or at least be told how sorry they were and instead were asked to verify our room number and told they'd send maintenence to fix it later. We were disappointed at the lack of sympathy or apology made for missing out on this basic and standard room function.

Business trip to Dallas, and the local office was on DFW airport property. This hotel was recommended by other team mates, and was less than 10 minutes from the office. Clean well maintained facilities, and it was very quiet for being so close to the airport. My room rate included a hot breakfast each morning, and I had a custom made omelet; very nice. The other thing I liked about this location was that it was very close to a number of nice restaurants, all within 10 - 15 minutes. I never had t... Read more

The hotel worked best for us given it's location, but the front desk was very rude. We could see rooms were available online, but the front desk told us they were not. Then they offered us a room at almost twice the cost of our friends. After an hour or more, they gave us a room for the same price.

Very nice hotel in Grapevine Texas. They will pick you up from airport and back and also to downtown Grapevine, the mall, winery or anywhere else with a five miles radius. The shuttle would run every half hour

I was surprised by the warm hospitality I received when getting in. Room is clean and looks fine. Fitness center is not large but has most of what you'd need. I just came here from a different hotel which didn't provide most of this. Hilton is starting to win me over again.

My fourth visit to this hotel. Convenient for my purpose with easy transfer from DFW airport. Comfortable beds with quiet rooms although a/c noisy as it is a room based unit rather than a centralised system. Breakfast disappointingly boring, especially the healthy options. Front desk staff most helpful and friendly. An abundance of good restaurants in the vicinity and within walking distance. Wifi reception good in rooms with 3 devices supported. Avoid rooms directly over the reception area as ... Read more

Upon arrival the property looked like any other Hilton Garden Inn. I had booked a suite. Upon entering the room I was disgusted at the stained carpeting throughout the room. There was barely a place to walk without stepping on a stain. Well I figured it was for three nights and I could live with it. I noticed the pillow covers were a dingy yellow color, pretty disgusting soI then pulled back the comforter and sheets on the bed and was mortified......There was dried blood all over the unders... As a Diamond member for several years this stay was terrible. Staff didn't know how to perform functions resulting in several mistakes to include a stranger accessing my room at around mid-night while my wife and I rested. I had to then wait for the right front desk person to address issue even two were not busy. The entire team appear disoriented and not up to standards, especially with regular Hilton customers like Diamond members. I will certainly stay away from this Hilton hotel in the futur... Read more

The staff was very friendly, the food we had served at our business event was delish (which is rare, I've found), the staff was super friendly. Also, the beds were comfy and they had very clean bathrooms. The bar was kind of boring but there were plenty of great restaurants within true walking distance.

My husband and I recently stayed at the hotel due to my work. There was something either on the bed or in the room that kicked up my asthma. Due to the hotel being packed I had to stay in the room. The featherless pillows had no shape. It seemed like they changed you for everything. The mini fridge we had to put bags of ice in there to keep anything cool. Xenia stood out like a shinning star! She was working her butt off keeping a packed hotel breakfast room running smoothly, keeping it clean, and dishes/food stocked. This hotel was a joy to stay at. When my family arrived Wed. we were informed complementary burgers, beer, and wine was about to start! We chose this hotel for its proximity to Grapevine and the historic district we wanted to visit. The hotel is primarily a business hotel, so on the 4th of July weekend it was not at all crowded. Our top floor room was quiet and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and everything in order. The bartender, Norman, had little to do with so few guests, but was fun to visit with and very personable. Can get eggs cooked to order in addition to the buffet. Rooms are comfortable, the beds are adjustable. We would stay there again.

Everyone was very helpful and made the stay even more comfortable for our large family to reserve a big block of rooms for my daughters wedding. I will recommend this hotel! Margarita and Lance were exceptional, Room 211 smells a little smokey which I hope they have resolved with new carpet soon and the shuttle service is exceptional to take you to everything you could need within 5 miles of the hotel which encompasses the city of Grapevine which is wonderful.

My wife and I agree; this is a very nice hotel. The shuttle service is great. We tipped the driver, of course, so it wasn't "free", but it's nice to be able to enjoy some wine on Main street and not have to worry about driving back to the hotel! The concierge staff there is 1st class, the room was clean and nice. Hooking up to the wi-fi with our cell phones was a breeze, no password or any other obstacles. We just got back from staying 3 nights at the hotel. It was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at and it was in a very convenient location. However on two of the knights for our 4-person family, they only provided us with three towels and 2 washcloths. Each time you needed additional towels , you had to walk downstairs and wait in line at the check-in line. Not a big deal but having to do this twice does get a little bit annoying.

Wanted to stay close to the airport because we had an overnight layover from Cabo. So, we weren't expecting much from this little hotel. From the outside it looks like a normal, little chain hotel but the lobby is beautiful and the front desk was very welcoming. They had two glass pitchers of cucumber water in the lobby: a very nice touch on a 100 degree day.
