Resort quality hotel. Many activities for the family as well. The pool is nice and clean. They have a nice hot tub as well. The gym offers a lot of equipment. There's a nice wide sidewalk in front of the building for the new runners.

This is a very nice hotel with access to the Grapevine mall and buds up to a beautiful lake. The hotel has ample of amenities such as tennis, swimming, jogging, gym and is right next to a golf course. Keep in mind that if you stay over a weekend, they have till 5:00pm to service your room. If you have no car, there is a 7 - Eleven that is walking distance (15 mins) from the hotel. Lite groceries are expensive. Also, there is a Ms Ericsson, Front Desk Manager that was very helpful.

This hotel is located right next to Grapevine Mills and many restaurants. I wouldn't bother spending the extra money for the executive lounge access. The lounge is much to small for the size of the hotel. It was always over crowded and with one attendant the food was not restocked. We also got a room next to the elevator which was very loud and interrupted our sleep many times throughout the night.

The property is well kept. The staff goes out of the way to take care of the guests. My only issue and reason for the lower rating is the size of the bathroom. We stay at Hilton owned Hotels almost exclusively and this was the smallest bathroom we have ever encountered at a Hilton Property.

We chose this hotel due to location and outdoor pool. The pool area did not disappoint, it backs up to a small lake which was really nice and made it feel very private. Walking distance from the Grapevine Mall. Good conference rooms. Food is great and loved the bar on the ground floor. Has a well laid Lawn Tennis and Basket Ball court. Great Gym to keep exercise regime going. Splendid to sit by the lake in a swimming pool. very quiet and private place.

My family stayed at the Hilton on Memorial Day weekend. Even though it was a busy weekend, the staff was attentive to our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. I picked this hotel because of the proximity to Grapevine Mills Mall and that it has both an indoor and an outdoor pool. With a 9 yo boy, a pool is very important when choosing hotels. After dinner, we had a good time in the indoor pool for it was too cool to be outside. The room was comfortable and we were all able to have a good ni... Read more

The hotel was everything you expected from Hilton. The room was clean and enjoyed both the breakfast and the continental lounge. The burger from Bonnie & Clyde Restaurant & Bar was delicious. Other than the virtual key difficulties, everything was excellent. There was several activities available at the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again; however, I would try to get a room facing the woods and lake Grapevine.

I am never one to rant ... But I can only say I was unfortunate to choose this airport hotel this time - having stayed at several others at DFW before. In spite of its nice rooms and great facade the best this hotel could offer to get from DFW airport to the hotel was alleged shuttle bus that drove off from me - when he clearly saw me - when I ran over to catch it. And that without even explaining why. I called the hotel a second time to be told he was circling round again. Some excuse he couldn... Read more

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They are more than willing to take care of anything you may need. The executive lounge is great, food and friendliness makes for a nice evening. The hotel is on some beautiful property to view.

Weekend getaway to celebrate anniversary. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! Executive lounge included generous snacks, domestic beer or house wine and amazing dessert! Shopping and restaurants nearby.

This location post 30.06 and 30.07 signs restricting all CC carry permit holders. We are forced to leave arms in car for thieves to steal and put on black market. Also, you and your family have no way to protect themselves in the room. dont know if they pay attention to the news but wont stay here again as its a target rich enviroment for crazy people

Quite expensive hotel but rather disappointing. I would rank this at the lower end of Hilton experiences worldwide. The staff, with a few exceptions, were not very helpful. The rooms had little view, no windows that opened, and the air handling system thermostat was broken. The shower could not be adjusted and sprayed out all over the floor (requested help but to no avail). We waited for almost an hour for the shuttle at the airport--they kept telling us over and over that it would be 15 to 20 m... Read more

This was one of the older Hiltons I have stayed at in the past 5 years. The rooms were dark and the carpet and wall paper looked like they have been there since the 80s. The service was very average. I attended a meeting so I had no choice on the accommodations, but I checked my travel app and there were 3 other hotels across the street that were newer and on average $50/night cheaper.

This is the 2nd year that I have stayed here for a business event. It is so convenient that the conference area is so close to the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the food is great and the bar - Bonnie & Clyde's is so much fun! The staff is so friendly and the property is very clean.

Nice facility, wish I had time for some tennis. Wish the pool would have been open, but it is November. Good conference luncheon and dinner. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very accomodating staff, always pleasant.

For A quick business stay this place fit the bill. Reasonable price for a comfy bed close to DFW. Easy access to Graoevine downtown and local corporate headquarters made this a good choice for business travel.

A great find not far from the airport. Excellent services! I had one of the best salads ever at Bonnie & Clyde's inside the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant experience from the Hotel Shuttle to the length of my stay.

First time staying at this location. Although its been around for a few decades, you wouldn't know it. It's in great shape and well designed for supporting different types of business meetings. The sleeping rooms were convenient to get to, and the food/beverage was very good. I like the fact that the conference center had its own buffet food service area avoiding the typical long lines for lunch that can happen with other hotels. We had our own designated tables and service was quick and pleasan... Read more

Great Customer Service!! Valet and Bell Hop were the best and they are outstanding!! They even remembered me when having to make a last minute roadtrip and came back late that night after seeing my kid play in the playoffs. Personnel like this is what makes or breaks a business and they are making the business here!! Great Job to them.

I frequently stay in Hilton brand hotels, but this was one of the best I have stayed at. The hotel was very clean and exceptionally welcoming. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, guest rooms and especially the concierge was extremely helpful.

fantastic hotel, location and holiday, although we didn't get the room we booked. this trip was a gift for a special birthday and anniversary. the one thing that wasted this holiday and caused stress was finding out half way through the holiday that the credit card that you give details of while checking in(normal practice) has had a hold of cash put on it JUST IN CASE you use room service or charge something to your room!! this was not pointed out a t check in, if it was i would have refused ... I received the most exceptional and professional service. The facilities lack nothing and the hotel is very well located with a mall within walking distance but not too close and a lake and nature behind the hotel which I found to be therapeutic for the soul.

We stayed here during Labor Day for the Football Game and we had (4) rooms. Everything about the hotel is amazing. Great Location between Dallas and Arlington. But most of all the STAFF was awesome. I cannot remember all of their names but Kim E., Jesse D., and Sherie E. were great. The night auditor on the night of 9/2 helped me plan a special amenity for my fianc├ę for the night of 9/3 as we got engaged at the game. Thank You for all your help!

We are Hilton Diamond members and I've stayed in a lot of Hiltons of every variety. This was by far the most beautiful Hilton I've ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to give me a ride to and from the Airport and to the car dealership where I was renting a car. They also upgraded us to a full breakfast in their beautiful restaurant. Talk about Southern hospitality! The room was perfectly clean and modern, as is always the case at Hilton. Well done!

Overall nice hotel, but amenities need improvement. Gym hours were not great, especially for a business traveler with early mornings and long nights. Also, lack of an on site sundry shop made getting water a pain, especially without a car. But the rooms are clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. Also the Internet was very good.
