This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, and the staff are terrific. The staff are friendly the facilities are beautiful, clean and well kept. The breakfast they offer is good food, and varies daily. The exercise facility is clean and plenty of towels. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Like always this Hampton Inn provide exactly what you expect from this chain. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. The location is quiet but close to some attractions. The only drawback is the pool is indoors and there is not hot tub.

I was very pleased with this hotel and how close it was to the DFW Airport. The only problem we had was with the GPS finding the exact location. There was some road construction and I think that confused our system. Very nice Hampton.

The few things I liked about the hotel were a large lobby for chilling out in the evening with your group, my room was clean, free breakfast and free shuttle to anywhere close by you may want to go. And not to forget the wonderful staff members. Other than that it seems to be a wonderful place on that side of the freeway. I believe I only saw one other hotel on that side nearby. The rest of the hotels are on the other side of the freeway. It would be great if they had a restaurant or a bar for ... Read more

I stay in quite a few Hamptons and generally find them quite nice. I thought this one was a bit sub-standard, at least the room itself. The worst single feature was that we had a 1st floor room and the toilet flushes from the rooms above were unbelievably loud...shocking when you first hear them. Once you figure out what the noise is, it becomes a little comical. The complimentary breakfast was fairly good but not very creative...same both days. The staff were friendly with the exception of... Read more

You can tell this is an older property but it has that grand style of some of the older Hamptons. Nice woodworking in the lobbies and good size rooms. Being a HH Diamond member I was fortunate to get upgraded to a suite. Suite had a living room area and a dinette area complete with stove and fridge. Nice breakfast area in the lobby.

Bad pool and food selection was at best Terrible!! Bed was hard and couldn't sleep! The A/c in the room couldn't keep up with the heat of Texas. Turned on the fan and dust fell everywhere! T.v. had dead spots in the flat screen!

You can't really go wrong with a Hilton property. I have yet to stay in one that I wouldn't return to. As hotels go this one isn't the newest. The decor is a bit dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Excellent location as it is just minutes from the airport and has shuttle service. I didn't get to try the breakfast unfortunately but it looked like a nice spread. I would return if we were in the DFW area again.

We arrived late at night. The young lady gave us a nice welcome and was so curtious. The hotel decor was beautiful wood on lobby fireplace it just gave it a warm ambiance. The shuttle driver was a very nice young man. Very professional, courteous and friendly. After chatting with him a bit we found out he is a professional basketball player with the globetrotters.

The room was huge and the beds were comfy. Not quite as plush as some of the other China I've stayed in but very acceptable. The only downfall is of course being so close to airport. Breakfast was acceptable.

After spending several hours at the airport only to find that our flight had been cancelled, it was such a pleasure to be picked up by the shuttle - which was driven by a kind and knowledgeable lady. She took us to the hotel - which had the most beautiful Hampton Inn lobby we had ever seen. Several people were using the indoor pool which looked very nice and clean. We were exhausted but after getting to our room and freshening up our shuttle driver dropped us off at a fun restaurant - Hard Eig... Read more

My wife and I were kept waiting for a courtesy van in a fumey under highway area of the airport--for a solid hour! When we called the hotel desk we were told several times that heavy traffic was the problem. When the van finally arrived the driver said no, the problem was another driver who was supposed to pick us up had quit for the day. When I told the hotel clerk this, she got defensive and rude. We've stayed in dozens of Hampton Inns over the last 13 years and this was one of the best. Slightly over a year old, everything still looks and feels brand new. Friendly staff and fantastic furnishings for the price. The bed was super comfy and our teenager said the sofa bed was the best he's ever been forced to sleep on! Highly recommend if you need to stay near DFW airport.

The desk could be larger or maybe the lamp needs to be smaller. Great location and close to the airport. You just can't beat the value.

Although convenient to DFW, I found it to be old and tired. Room was dingy and I was looking for any signs of bugs in the room. This Hilton property cost more than the one I stayed at the night before that was 10 times newer and cleaner.

I would highly recommend. Beds were very good. Service was great and hotel was conveniently located. No problem with any personnel. Had a minor problem with bathroom but maintenance came right away. Traveling across the country requires good rest. Unfortunately we did not get that here. There was drilling, cutting, and hammering virtually until 3:30 am. Not good with a 10 hour drive ahead. Upside and why it gets 3 stars is the Hampton honored their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We trly appreciate that. Room was fine, service was great, but just too loud to sleep.

Stayed here while hunting for an apartment in Flower Mound. The lobby looks amazingly clean and well kept. the rooms themselves are your standard Hampton rooms, so no complaints there. For being so close to the freeway and airports I can honestly say that I was surprised at how well the windows kept the noise out. I didn't even notice! As I sit, waiting for a taxi the front desk (hopefully) called, I wonder if the day crew knows the night crew completely blows off peoples' wake-up calls (not done for two rooms), and no shuttle service. We asked repeatedly if there was 24-hour shuttle service. There is a shuttle sitting out front. The guy drove up in it and has since disappeared. This is absolutely unacceptable for an airport hotel. I get to stay in lots of hotels during a year. For the general category this hotel is in, it's a good one. It's new - I would guess open less than 5 years. It's clean, modern, bright and cheery. My room was plenty large with lots and lots of electrical plugs. (I mention this because the hotel I had been staying in when I came to Dallas had one two outlets in the bed area, and both were FULL, so no place to plug in my stuff.) Maintenance personnel failed to resolve a faulty door lock mechanism in a timely fashion and management would not provide an alternate room or offer compensation for loss of access. Repeated requests for problem resolution were ignored. At times the problem was exacerbated because the front desk was left vacant for long periods of time.

This is a mixed review. The employees at this Hampton were perfectly friendly and helpful. However, the place is in a bit of chaos during their remodel. The entire hotel, especially the rooms and hallways, smelled damp and musty. The rooms were clean in appearance but again, damp. This Hampton Inn is undergoing a well-needed remodeling. Frontdesk staff were VERY NICE. The room was worn, with stains on the carpet, dust where the wall meets the floor, and furniture that should have been replaced years ago. My room was a "Double Queen Room". Nope. The beds are fulls, not queens. I'm very disappointed that they were advertised as queens. The location is GREAT, if you need to be near DFW. Given Hampton Inn's reputation, I expect this place to be great after the remodel.

The room smelled so I talked to the manager at the front desk and he advised me that it was MOLD. I will never book this hotel again. If they knew the room had mold why would they put a guest in it?
